"Tesis ini membahas strategi perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan rantai pasok, dalam rangka melakukan lokalisasi pembelian komponen elektronika yang sebelumnya dibeli dari China, dipindahkan ke Indonesia. Studi kasus pada tesis ini membahas proses-proses yang dilalui perusahaan mulai dari identifikasi komponen, pencarian pemasok, melakukan verifikasi, audit kepada pemasok dan pada akhirnya melakukan penetapan atas pemasok yang terpilih, berdasarkan pada kriteria Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD).Fokus pembahasan tesis ini adalah pada strategi pemilihan pemasok dari setiap kategori produk yang akan dilokalisasi. Metode pemilihan pemasok di lakukan dengan cara melakukan verifikasi kelokasi pemasok, audit untuk pemasok baru, pengecekan kapasitas dan kapabilitas produksi di pemasok, perbandingan penawaran harga hingga pada bagian akhir dilakukan penetapan pemasok yang terpilih untuk memasok kebutuhan perusahaan.Cost Benefit Analysis juga dilakukan untuk mengkonfirmasi bahwa rencana lokalisasi ini dapat berkontribusi pada perusahaan dengan memberikan manfaat tidak saja secara nyata (tangible), namun juga manfaat yang tidak nyata (intangible). The purpose of this thesis is to analyze company's strategy that related with supply chain, in order to conduct purchasing localization project for electronic components that are previously produced in China, and then transferred to Indonesia. This case study discusses all the process that the company had discovered, started from supplier identification, verification, audit for new suppliers   and making decision on the selected suppliers, based on Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) Criteria.

Focuses on this case study are on the supplier selection strategies from each product categories which will be localize in Indonesia.  Supplier selection method was held by conducting verification on supplier's site, audit for new suppliers, checking on supplier's production capacity and capability, price quotation comparison and supplier approval.

Cost Benefit Analysis also conducted in order to confirm that these localization plans will contribute to the company with such tangible and intangible benefits.

in the end, localization plan can be carried out smoothly and contribute a significant cost down effect for the company, other than the benefit in inventory space, shorten the lead time order and easier for the planner staff to arrange the delivery from local suppliers."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas implementasi e-procurement dengan mengambil studi kasus di PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk(PJA). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian didahului oleh penelitian kuantitatif, kemudian dalam memberikan saran berupa implikasi manajerial, peneliti menggunakan alat fishbone diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived benefit of e-procurement, perceived barriers to e-procurement implementation, dan critical success factors in e-procurement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel perceived future organizational with e-procurement. ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is to implement e-procurement on sourcing peformance at PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk. This research are quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. Research was preceded by quantitative research, then to provide advice in form of practical implication, researcher used fishbone diagram tool. The result of this study shows these variabels are perceive benefit of e-procurement, perceived barriers to e-procurement implementation, and critical success factors in e-procurement give significant impact to several of perceived future of e-procurement. Therefore, each of these variable elements from perceive benefit of e-procurement and critical success factors in e-procurement must be present in a implementation of e-procurement. Also each of these variable perceived barriers to e-procurement implementation elements from must be avoid in a implementation of e-procurement. In the framework of system development and performance improvement, PJA needs to pay attention to 4 variables namely human, system, process, and partner."

"Tesis ini membahas perbaikan level kualitas proses pembelian di PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan Six Sigma diaplikasikan menggunakan lima fase dalam DMAIC yaitu Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve dan Control untuk mengontrol dan meningkatkan level kualitas pembelian. Dari fase Define diketahui bahwa permasalahan adalah tingginya pembelian barang utama yang spesifikasi (specification), jadwal kedatangan (time), jumlah barang, dokumen dan kemasan yang tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi pelanggan. Dari fase Measure diketahui bahwa kondisi awal level kualitas pembelian adalah 6002 DPMO atau 4.01 Sigma. Dari hasil pareto pada fase Analyze diketahui bahwa cacat yang paling dominan adalah cacat specification dan time, sehingga kedua cacat tersebut menjadi prioritas untuk melakukan perbaikan mengurangi cacat pada proses perbaikan level kualitas pembelian. Dari diagram fishbone diketahui bahwa akar permasalahan adalah spesifikasi material grindstones kurang tinggi, spesifikasi material wire kurang tepat dan permintaan pembelian (UR) terlambat masuk ke bagian Purchasing. Dari analisis FMEA pada fase Improve, diketahui bahwa permasalahan spesifikasi material grindstones dengan nilai RPN sebesar 576, menjadi prioritas tertinggi pertama, permasalahan spesifikasi wire dengan nilai RPN sebesar 432 menjadi prioritas kedua dan permasalahan keterlambatan Oks paint dengan RPN sebesar 280 menjadi prioritas ketiga untuk melakukan perbaikan. Tindakan perbaikan yang direkomendasikan adalah melakukan proses pengadaan grindstones dan wire yang spesifikasinya lebih tinggi dari current condition dan pembuatan berikut sosialisasi lead time standard pembelian Oks paint.

The focus of this research is to improve the quality level of purchasing at PT. XYZ based on Six Sigma. In this method, Six Sigma approach is applied using five steps, called DMAIC defined in Six Sigma, to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the quality of the purchasing process aiming at enhance the quality level of the purchasing process. In the Define phase, the main problems is the high purchase items which specification, time arrival, quantity mistakes, document mistakes and packaging that do not match customer expectations. In the Measure phase, data obtained that current quality level of purchasing is 6002 DPMO or 4.01 Sigma.

From pareto diagram in the Analyze phase, data obtained that the most dominant defect are specification and time so that both the flaw to be a priority to make improvements to reduce defects in the process of the improvement of the quality level of purchasing. By using Fishbone diagram is known that the root cause is the lack of high-specification material grindstones, wire less precise material specifications and user request (UR) late entry into the Purchasing.

By using FMEA analysis of the Improve phase, the data obtained that the problem of material specifications grindstones with RPN score of 576, the highest priority first need immediate improvement. The wire specification problem with RPN score of 432, the second priority for improvement, and Oks paint time problem with RPN score of 280 is the third priority for improvement.

Recommended corrective action is to conduct the procurement process grindstones and wire whose specification is higher than the current condition, and calculate and socialization lead time standard of Oks paint."
