"The Existence of Adat Lands is still recognized by the Indonesian Law, even though it is contrary to the system adopted by UUPA. Most agricultural lands in the villages do not have written proof yet. It creates problems. How is the existence of the adat land at Muaratais village. And have the conveyance of Adat land and its registration been done according to the law. This research is aim at knowing the existence of Adat land. Its conveyance and regrstration at Muratais village.The contribution is reconmended to government to solve problem on adat lands and its registration. Data used are primary and secondary. Primary data were obtained from interview with peasants, and secondary were from Head of The Village, chief of tribe, Camat,  and staff  of National Board for Land Affair. The result of his research shows that the existence of adat land is still recognized and its registration has not been implemented according to the law. It is necessary to register land in order to avoid harm to the peasants"

"Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari proporsi family ownership dan CEO ataupun chairman yang merupakan pendiri dari perusahaan terhadap besarnya cost of debt yang ditanggung oleh perusahaan. Sample penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 65 perusahaan family ownership yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2007. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan mengenai family ownership karena sebagian besar perusahaan di Indonesisa adalah perusahaan family ownership. Cost of debt merupakan beban yang ditanggung perusahaan sebagai akibat terjadinya hutang dan merupakan cerminan dari resiko yang ditanggung oleh pihak kreditur. Berdasarkan sample yang diteliti, ditemukan bahwa proporsi dari family ownership dan CEO yang merupakan pendiri perusahaan tidak berpengaruh pada besarnya cost of debt.

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Family ownership proportion and the founding CEO to cost of debt. There are 65 samples in this research. Those samples are family ownership company which are listed at BEI in 2007. This research reveal about family ownership because most of company in Indonesia are family ownership. Cost of debt is cost that should be paid by companies due to loan that they got. And it reflect to the risk that they gave to the creditor. Based on the sample, it found that family ownership proportion and founding CEO has no significant impact to cost of debt."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang peran mediasi ketiga tipe konflik keagenan pada pengaruh kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan keluarga terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan ROA dan Tobin's Q. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 352 perusahaan nonkeuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017, dengan total 1.760 observasi. Teknik pengolahan data dengan 2 Stage Least Square (2 SLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, baik ROA maupun Tobin's Q. Kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, baik ROA maupun Tobin's Q. Kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketiga tipe masalah keagenen. Kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh negatif signifikan hanya terhadap masalah keagenan tipe 2. Masalah keagenan tipe 1 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA. Masalah keagenan tipe 2 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tobin's Q. Masalah keagenan tipe 3 berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA dan Tobin's Q. Ketiga tipe masalah keagenan tidak memediasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja perusahaan baik ROA maupun Tobin's Q. Masalah keagenan tipe 2 memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga terhadap kinerja perusahaan baik baik ROA maupun Tobin's Q. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi teoretis dan pragmatis yang berkontribusi pada diskusi tentang teori agensi.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the mediating role of three types agency problem towards the influence of institutional ownership and family ownership on company performance as measured by ROA and Tobin's Q. The sample used was 352 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017, total observation was 1,760. Data processing techniques with 2 Stage Least Square (2 SLS). The results of the study prove that institutional ownership does not affect firm performance, ROA and Tobin's Q. Family ownership has a significant negative effect on ROA and Tobin's Q. Institutional ownership does not affect the three types of agency problem. Family ownership has a significant negative effect only on agency problem type 2. Agency problem type 1 has a significant positive effect on ROA. Agency problem type 2 has a significant positive effect on Tobin's Q. Agency problem type 3 has a significant negative effect on ROA and Tobin's Q. The three types of agency problems do not mediate the influence of institutional ownership on ROA and Tobin’s Q. Then, only agency problems type 2 has role as partial mediation to the effect of family ownership on ROA and Tobin’s Q. This research has theoretical and pragmatic implications that contribute to the discussion of agency theory."

"The goal of this research is to know about the role of Keujruen BIang on Village Government System in Aceh. Research employed yuridis normative method, that examine the Law text book connected with the problem. Data was analyzed through qualitative approach. The result of this research show that Keujreun Hang is one of adat institution include in village government structure in Aceh that help Geuchik (head of village) in forming section, especially to manage watering system."
