"Saat ini Rotunda Pondok Indah merupakan rotunda empat kaki dengan pengaturan bersinyal. Pada kondisi jam sibuk, khususnya sore hari, kerap terlihat antrian pada lengan ruas antara rotunda dengan Simpang MRT Lebak Bulus. Penelitian ini menganalisis perbaikan kinerja simpang bersinyal tersebut dengan mengoptimasi menghilangkan pulau pada rotunda agar jarak tempuh lebih dekat sehingga dapat mengurangi antrian di dalam simpang. Selain itu analisis juga melakukan integrasi waktu sinyal pada tiga simpang terdekatnya (simpang Pondok Indah Mall, simpang MRT Lebak Bulus, dan simpang Pondok Pinang).

Pondok Indah roundabout is a four-legged roundabout with signalized settings. During peak hours, especially in the afternoon, vehicle queues often occur along the segment between the roundabout and the Lebak Bulus MRT intersection. This research aims to improve the performance of signalized intersections by optimizing and exploring scenarios that involve removing islands within roundabouts to shorten travel distances and alleviate queues at intersections. In addition, the analysis includes integrating signal timings across three nearby intersections: Pondok Indah Mall intersection, Lebak Bulus MRT intersection, and Pondok Pinang intersection."
