"ABSTRAKInsiden tumpahan minyak di Teluk Meksiko telah mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis British Petroleum plc BP . Dampak itu telah mempengaruhi kondisi keuangan perusahaan bersama dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Makalah ini akan membandingkan perbedaan profitabilitas BP dengan Royal Dutch Shell dan kinerja pasar minyak dan gas. Diskusi selanjutnya akan memeriksa pasar dan non-pasar pemangku kepentingan yang terkait melalui peta stakeholder dan mengidentifikasi solusi dengan menerapkan delapan layar radar strategis.

Its impact had influenced company rsquo s financial condition along with its related stakeholders. This paper will compare the difference in BP rsquo s profitability with Royal Dutch Shell and oil and gas market performance. Maka, bisnis perlu mengidentifikasi resiko apa saja yang mereka hadapi dan memastikan bahwa mereka memiliki kontrol yang relevan untuk mencegah resiko-resiko tersebut. Dalam konteks akuntansi, kualitas informasi adalah yang paling terpengaruh resiko bisnis: informasi dapat menjadi tidak lengkap, tidak akurat, atau tidak valid. Dalam laporan ini, proses bisnis Dave Liquidation Inc dianalisa, dan aspek kualitas informasi yang mana yang terancam diidentifikasi. Kontrol-kontrol yang menanggulangi masalah direkomendasikan, dan Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) untuk mengukur perbaikan yang dihasilkan oleh rekomendasi yang diberikan juga disarankan.

ABSTRACTBusiness process designs determine the risks that businesses are exposed to. It is then imperative that businesses assess what risks they are facing and make sure relevant controls are in place to mitigate those risks. In the context of accounting, information quality is most at risk: it can be incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid due to one business subpar process design. In this report, Dave Liquidation Inc`s business process is assessed, and which information qualities are at risk is identified. Controls to address its issues are recommended, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the improvements brought about by the recommendation are also suggested."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas aspek persaingan usaha dalam pengelolaan minyak bumi khususnya penerapan konsep monopoli dalam pengelolaan minyak bumi. Langkah awalnya ialah menjabarkan penerapan konsep monopoli dalam pengelolaan minyak bumi dalam UU No. 44/Prp/1960 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi jo UU No. 8 tahun 1971 tentang Perusahaan Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas Bumi Negara, UU No. 5 tahun 1999 tentang Larangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat dan UU No. 22 tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi. Kemudian diuraikan pula bagaimana dampak penerapan antimonopoli pada pengelolaan minyak bumi sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Minyak dan Gas Bumi tahun 2001 terhadap persaingan usaha yang sehat, wajar dan transparan karena dengan berlakunya UU No. 22 tahun 2001 pengelolaan minyak bumi terbuka secara umum untuk semua pihak. Selain itu, dijelaskan pula bagaimana kedaulatan negara terhadap minyak bumi dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif, bersifat kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa pengelolaan minyak bumi sebagai salah satu sektor industri yang memberikan konstribusi besar dalam pembangunan perekonomian negara harus dikuasai dan dikelola oleh negara secara mandiri, profesional, efektif dan efisien dengan fokus utama untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan rakyat. Selain itu negara juga harus memiliki perusahaan nasional yang mengelola minyak bumi (national oil company) yang kuat dan mandiri supaya pengelolaan minyak bumi dapat dilakukan secara maksimal demi kelangsungan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses aspects of competition in the petroleum management in particular the application of the concept in the management of petroleum monopoly. First step is to describe the application of the concept in the management of petroleum monopoly in Law. 44/Prp/1960 on Oil and Gas Law jo. 8 year 1971 regarding the Company's Oil and Gas State, Law no. 5 year 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition and Law. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas. Then also described how the application of antitrust impact on petroleum management as stipulated in the Oil and Gas Act of 2001 against fair competition, fair and transparent due to the enactment of Law no. 22 of 2001 the management of petroleum publicly available to all parties. In addition, also explained how the sovereignty of the oil in the well-being of society. This research is normative, descriptive qualitative design. The results of this study suggest that the management of the petroleum sector as one of the major industries that contribute to the economic development of the country must be controlled and managed by the state independently, professionally, effectively and efficiently with the main focus on the welfare of the people. In addition, the state also must have a national company that manages oil (national oil company) to be strong and independent petroleum management to do the maximum for the survival of our nation and state."
