"As one of Indonesia?s provinces located in the most eastern part of the country, Papua?s tumultuous history has resulted in the granting of a special autonomy under Law Number 21 Year 2001 on Special Autonomy for Papua Province. The special autonomy u is a social contract between the Republic of Indonesia (Republic of Indonesia) to Papua since the 1960s. Conflict in Papua has existed at the time of Papua became part of the Republic of Indonesia in 1963. The conflict in Papua is an intrastate conflict and need to be resolved so that no large material losses and social cohesion. Good understanding of national security in particular to address the threat, in this case is also related to economic security is imperative."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang hasil pelaksanaan kebijakan UU No 21 Tahun 2001 tentang Otonomi Khusus Papua yang selama k'1lrun waktu 9 tahun ini ternyata masih beium memberikan perbalkan di daiarn segi kehidupan masyarakat Papua Sehingga muncul keinginan dari masyarakat untuk menolak kebijakan tersebut dan rnenuntut untuk memisahkan diri dari Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Beragarn penyebab munculnya keinginan untuk memisahkan dlrJ tersebut salah satunya karena masyarakat menganggap bahwa pemerintah pusat belum rnampu mensejahterakan rakyat Papua. PeneHtian ini adalah pene1itian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitis dan penelitian intelijen stratejik.
Hasil penclitian ini menyarankan kepada pemerintah pusat bahwa ketldakpuasan masyarakat Papua terhadap pelaksanaan Otonomi Khusus dapat mengancam integrasi nasionaL Keinginan untuk memisahkan diri tersebut muncul dari sebagi akibat dari adanya konflik-kontlik internal, hubungan antara pusat dan daerah yang tidak harmonis, kontllk pemekaran serta adanya dukungan dari dunia internasionaL Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perubahan pendekatan dari pemerintah terhadap masyarakat Papua yaitu dengan pendekatan budaya dan komunikasi konstruktif yang intensip antara pemerintah dan masyarakat Papua serta peningkatan pelaksanaan lTlJ Otonomi Khusus.

This thesis discusses the results of the impfementation on Special Autonomy Regulation on Papua No. 2112001, that during 9 years of its implementation, was still not provide improvements in terms of the life of the people of Papua Then came the desire from the community to reject this policy and demanded to secede from The Republic of Indonesia. Various causes triggered the desire for secession ofPapuans, for example Papuans assume that the central government has not been able to prosper the people of Papua. The study was a qualitative research design with descriptive analysis and strategic intelligence research.
The results of this study suggest to the central government that the public dissatisfaction towards the implementation of the Papua Special Autonomy Act could threaten national integration. The desire to separate themselves arise as a result of the existence of internal conflicts, the relationship between central and local governments weren't harmonious, region expansion conflict in Papua and the support from the international community. Therefore it is necessary to change the approach of government toward the people of Papua. Using cultural approach, intensive constructive communication between the government and people of Papua and enhancing the implementation of the Special Autonomy Act

Beragam penyebab munculnya keinginan untulc mcmisahkan diri tersebut salah satunya karena masyarakat menganggap bahwa pemerintah pusat belum mampu mensejahterakan rakyat Papua. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif anaiitis dan penelitian intelijen stratejik.

"Industri film Indonesia mengalami penurunan perolehan jumlah penonton yang cukup signifikan pada tahun 2011. Akibatnya film Indonesia mengalami kesulitan untuk bersaing dengan film impor. Untuk mengatasinya diperlukan suatu strategi industri yang tepat. Analisis SWOT merupakan metoda untuk mendapatkan strategi bedasarkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang ada pada suatu industri. Kemudian dilakukan pembobotan terhadap strategi yang dihasilkan dengan analisis SWOT menggunakan Proses Analisis Hirarki (AHP). Hasilnya, strategi diprioritaskan untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan industri film Indonesia adalah alternatif strategi Strength-Opportunities.

Indonesian film industry has decreased the acquisition of a significant number of moviegoers in 2011. As a result, the film Indonesia has struggled to compete against imported films. The purpose this study is to solve the problem by a proper industrial strategy. SWOT analysis is a method to get the strategy based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in the industry. Then, we do the weighting of the strategy produced by the SWOT analysis using the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results, strategies that is prioritized to address the problems of the Indonesian film industry is an alternative strategy of Strength-Opportunities."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan berdaya saing dengan terlebih dahulu mengidentifikasi, menilai faktor-faktor internal perusahaan dan eksternal lingkungan yang mempengaruhi perusahaan tersebut.Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Oppurtunity, Threat) yang dicetuskan oleh Albert Humphrey dan juga menggunakan metode 5 Forces yang ditemukan oleh Michael Porter.Analisis SWOT adalah analisis yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi peluang dan ancaman dilingkungan bisnis maupun kekuatan serta kelemahan yang dimiliki internal perusahaan.Sedangkan metode 5 Forces adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui peta persaingan dengan para kompetitor produk sejenis.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey (wawancara dan kuesioner) pada Manajer dan staf pemasaran perusahaan dan konsumen perusahaan. Hasilnya kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Analisis SWOT. Faktor-faktor internal, eksternal, posisi dan jenis usaha serta strategi perusahaan ini merupakan variabel mandiri, yang berarti setiap variabel tidak dilakukan perbandingan, melainkan saling menjelaskan dan mempengaruhi variabel lain.

This research aims to determine the right marketing strategies and competitive power by first identifying, assessing the company's internal factors and external environment affecting the company. This is done by using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenght, overrun Weakness, Oppurtunity, Threat) which was conceived by Albert Humphrey and also use 5 Forces method discovered by Michael Porter. The SWOT analysis is an analysis that is used to evaluate the opportunities and threats of the business as well as strengths and weaknesses are internal corporate owned.And the 5 Forces Method is a method used to determine competition map with competitors similar products. This research was conducted with survey methods (interviews and questionnaires) in corporate marketing managers and staff and consumer companies. The results are then analyzed by the method of SWOT analysis. Internal factors, external, positions and types of businesses as well as corporate strategies is an independent variable, which means that any variables not done comparison, but rather mutual explains and affects the other variable."

"This study aims to formulate a strategic regional development program through the SWOT Balanced scorecard approach. The focus of this research is on the Regional Development Planning Agency of Kediri Regency. The mapping of this program intending to become a recommendation material for the preparation of the Kediri District Development Plan (RPJMD) document for the period 2021 to 2025. This study's data were primary data from observations and surveys of stakeholders involved in preparing the RPJMD strategic plan. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from the analysis of planning documents and reports from previous years. The analysis technique used was the SWOT diagram, which aimed to find the quadrants' position, which processing into various alternative strategies. The results showed that the quadrant position of Kediri Regency was in the S-T position, so the strategy chosen was diversification. From these results, the researcher created 4 (four) alternative strategies. The four alternative strategies were reduced to priority programs and targets per year using the balanced scorecard approach."
