"Pengeluaran biaya Asuransi Kesehatan merupakan salah satu pengeluaran kesehatan total yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak ketiga yang besarnya semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Takaful merupakan salah satu penyedia Asuransi Kesehatan dimana pengeluaran biaya kesehatan untuk manfaat rawat jalan cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya. Kunjungan rawat jalan peserta dan rata-rata biaya klaim yang meningkat setiap tahunnya, diikuti pula dengan peningkatan rasio klaim. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi akan variabel yang mempengaruhi besaran klaim rawat jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi cross sectional dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan melihat faktor jenis kelamin, umur, status kepesertaan, batasan manfaat, dan besaran premi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin tidak berhubungan dengan besaran klaim rawat jalan. Sebaliknya umur, status kepesertaan, batasan manfaat, dan besaran premi berhubungan dengan besaran klaim rawat jalan. Variabel batasan manfaat memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dan menunjukkan peningkatan besaran klaim rawat jalan sebesar 73,1% pada setiap peningkatan 1% batasan manfaat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar bagi underwriter Takaful dalam melakukan evaluasi analisis batasan manfaat yang dimiliki peserta asuransi kumpulan.

Health Insurance Expenditures are one of the total health expenses incurred by third parties that increasing every year. Takaful is one of the Health Insurance providers where health expenses for outpatient benefits tend to increase every year. Participants outpatient visits and the average claim cost increased each year, followed by an increase the claim ratio. This research was identify the variables that affect the amount of outpatient claims. This study uses a cross-sectional study with quantitative methods, by looking at the factors of gender, age, membership status, benefit limits, and premium amount. The results of the analysis show that gender is not related to the amount of outpatient claims. On the other hand, age, membership status, benefit limits, and the amount of the premium are related to the amount of outpatient claims. The benefit limitation variable has a very significant effect and shows an increase in the probability of outpatient claims amounting to 73.1% for every 1% increase in benefit limit. The results of this study can be used as a basis for Takaful underwriters in evaluating the analysis of the limits of benefits owned by group insurance participants"
