"This study utilized an eco-friendly heterogeneous catalyst in the synthesis of ester via esterification of ethanol and
acetic acid under refluxing conditions. The amount of acetic acid converted was determined by titrimetric method.
Aluminum pillared material was produced from natural clay by ion exchange and calcined at 473 K. Powdered X-Ray
diffraction (PXRD), Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FT-IR) and BET gas sorption analysis were employed to characterize
the pillared material. The result revealed that significant improvement on physicochemical characteristics of the natural
clay occurred as a result of pillaring. The results also revealed that the conversion of acetic acid was dependent on the
catalyst/feed ratio of 2:2:1. The maximum conversion of acetic acid of 95.79% was obtained at the reaction temperature
of 363 K and 150 minutes. The pillared clay material is more active in the conversion of acetic acid than the natural
bentonite clay. This study illustrated that pillared bentonite clay is an eco-friendly solid catalyst for use in the
production of chemical precursors for several industrial products.
Penggunaan Katalis Ramah Lingkungan dalam Produksi Ester. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan katalis heterogen
ramah lingkungan pada sintesis ester melalui esterifikasi etanol dan asam asetat dalam keadaan refluks. Jumlah asam
asetat yang terkonversi ditentukan dengan metode titrimetri. Material berpilar aluminium dibuat dari tanah lempung
alam melalui proses tukar kation dan dikalsinasi pada 473 K. Difraksi sinar-X untuk bubuk (PXRD), Fourier Transform
Infra-Red (FT-IR) dan analisi sorpsi gas BET digunakan untuk karakterisasi material berpilar tersebut. Hasil
menunjukkan adanya penyempurnaan yang signifikian pada karakter psiko-kimia dari tanah lempung alami sebagai
hasil dari pilarisasi. Hasil menunjukkan pula bahwa konversi asam asetat bergantung pada rasio katalis/umpan, sebedari
2:2:1. Konversi maksimum asam asetat sebesar 95.79% diperoleh pada suhu reaksi 363 K dan 150 menit. Material
tanah lempung terpilar terlihat lebih aktif pada komversi asam asetat dibandingkan dengan tanah lempung bentonit
alami. Penelitian ini member gambaran tentang bentonit terpilar sebagai katalis padat ramah lingkungan untuk
digunakan dalam pembuatan prekursor bahan kimia untuk berbagai produk industri."

"Beberapa penelitian meneliti pengaruh ecolabel pada intensi pembelian produk berkemasan ramah lingkungan, namun hanya sedikit yang meneliti pengaruh ecolabel dalam konteks kredibilitas ecolabel tersebut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor yang menentukan intensi pembelian customer pada produk berkemasan ramah lingkungan dalam konteks produk FMCG di Indonesia. Survei ini dilakukan terhadap lebih dari 500 responden yang telah membeli produk FMCG sebelumnya. Studi ini menemukan bahwa Green Price, Green Advertising, Green Packaging, Greenwashing, dan Ecolabel menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli dengan pengaruh Greenwashing yang mengurangi minat pembelian pada customer. Mengingat baru beberapa penelitian yang membahas topik ini, terlebih di Indonesia, maka hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan baru bagaimana ecolabel memberikan peran yang penting bagi kredibilitas produk berkemasan ramah lingkungan serta gambaran bagaimana bauran pemasaran mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian customer FMCG di Indonesia.

Several studies have examined the influence of ecolabels on the purchase intention of environmentally friendly packaged products, but few have examined the influence of ecolabels in the context of the credibility of ecolabels. This study aims to explore the factors that determine customer purchase intention in environmentally friendly packaged products in the context of FMCG products in Indonesia. This survey was conducted on more than 500 respondents who had purchased FMCG products before. This study found that Green Price, Green Advertising, Green Packaging, Greenwashing, and Ecolabel are factors that affect buying interest with the influence of Greenwashing which reduces buying interest in customers. Considering that there are only a few studies that discuss this topic, especially in Indonesia, the results of this study are expected to provide a new view of how ecolabels play an important role in the credibility of environmentally friendly packaged products and an overview of how the marketing mix affects the purchasing behavior of FMCG customers in Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya tegangan dan efisiensi produksi mesin drilling sorghum dalam rangka mendukung sistem ramah lingkungan. Sorghum, sebagai tanaman pangan yang tahan kekeringan, memiliki potensi besar dalam pertanian berkelanjutan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental untuk mengukur daya tegangan mesin drilling pada berbagai kecepatan dan kedalaman pengeboran. Selain itu, efisiensi produksi dievaluasi dengan membandingkan output mesin terhadap konsumsi energi dan waktu operasional. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi parameter mesin dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Penemuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi pertanian yang lebih berkelanjutan dan mendukung penerapan praktik pertanian ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini juga ikut serta membandingkannya dengan mesin bor konvensional dalam konteks sistem ramah lingkungan. Sorghum, sebagai tanaman pangan yang tahan kekeringan, memiliki potensi besar dalam pertanian berkelanjutan. Mesin drilling sorghum dirancang dengan teknologi yang lebih efisien, menghasilkan daya tegangan yang lebih rendah dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental untuk mengukur performa mesin pada berbagai kecepatan dan kedalaman pengeboran, serta mengevaluasi efisiensi produksi melalui analisis konsumsi energi dan waktu operasional. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mesin drilling sorghum tidak hanya mengoptimalkan output dengan konsumsi energi yang lebih rendah, tetapi juga mengurangi jejak karbon dibandingkan dengan mesin bor konvensional. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan dan mendukung praktik pertanian yang lebih ramah lingkungan.

This study aims to analyse the tension force and production efficiency of a sorghum drilling machine to support eco-friendly systems. Sorghum, as a drought-resistant food crop, has significant potential in sustainable agriculture. The research employs an experimental approach to measure the tension force of the drilling machine at various speeds and drilling depths. Additionally, production efficiency is evaluated by comparing the machine's output to energy consumption and operational time. The results indicate that optimizing the machine parameters can enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact. This finding is expected to contribute to the development of more sustainable agricultural technologies and support the implementation of eco-friendly farming practices. Furthermore, this research includes a comparison with conventional drilling machines in the context of eco-friendly systems. The sorghum drilling machine is designed with more efficient technology, resulting in lower tension force and increased productivity. The study measures the machine's performance across different speeds and drilling depths, while also assessing production efficiency through energy consumption and operational time analysis. The findings show that the sorghum drilling machine not only optimizes output with lower energy consumption but also reduces the carbon footprint compared to conventional drilling machines. These results make a significant contribution to the advancement of sustainable agricultural technology and support more eco-friendly farming practices. "

"The electronic industry’s need for semiconductor material is increasing each year due to technology’s rapid development. Semiconductor material has an electric conductivity of approximately 10-8-103 S/cm, and it is used as an important component in electronic devices. Semiconductor material is generally made of plastic modified with conductive filler. The problem with using semiconductor material is that the discarded components can be plastic waste that requires significant time to degrade; therefore, the synthesis of semiconductor material from natural substances must be observed. One of these natural substances is nata de coco fiber modified with a conductive filler. The impregnation method is used in the synthesis of the nata de coco fiber composite. The fillers used in this study are ZnO and silica, and the size of the filler particle and the concentration of the filler suspension are used as variations. From the SEM-EDX results, it can be seen that the filler is successfully deposited on the nata de coco fiber. Silica filler gives a higher conductivity than ZnO filler because of its lower energy band gap. The highest conductivity result is obtained from the composite impregnated in a 0.3-0.4 mm particle diameter of filler with 3% w/v suspension concentration for three days, producing the conductivity result of 6.95×10-6 S/cm for ZnO filler and 10.1×10-6 S/cm for silica filler, or about 16 times higher than the conductivity of nata de coco fiber."
