Rawls defines civil disobedience as a violation of the law that is considered public, non-violent, and conscientious that seeks to bring about changes in laws and government policies. Along with the times, civil disobedience is not only carried out exclusively in the physical space, but also in cyberspace. Forms of civil disobedience in cyberspace are mainly carried out through hacking, which is known as hacktivism or electronic civil disobedience (ECD). In the development of hacktivism, various pros and cons emerged, especially in the issue of justification and generalization of the actions taken. Hacktivism itself is very diverse, from DDoS attacks and defacing to whistleblowing. From the variety of hacktivism actions themselves, careful analysis is needed by categorizing attacks into attacks that can be considered civil disobedience and also attacks that are only in the form of ordinary resistance 2 which tends to produce losses without producing any benefits for the mission carried out. The discussion of DDoS and defacing actions uses various examples of cases in the world, with the widespread use of this technique as a form of resistance. More targeted methods such as whistleblowing and leaking such as Aaron Swartz’s and Snowden’s are used as examples in comparing various forms of hacktivism and digital resistance."

"Perkembangan teknologi digital dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah membawa perubahan besar dalam aktivitas kehumasan yang kemudian menciptakan istilah cyber public relations. Era disrupsi menuntut perusahaan FMCG seperti PT Sasa Inti untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan penyebaran informasinya menggunakan media komunikasi digital. PT Sasa Inti adalah salah satu perusahaan bumbu masak di Indonesia yang sudah bertekad melakukan transformasi digital sejak tahun 2020. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan strategi cyber PR yang dilakukan dalam media komunikasi digital PT Sasa Inti. Analisis pelaksanaan strategi cyber PR dilakukan melalui desk research menggunakan kajian-kajian literatur dan observasi pada website dan media sosial Instagram, YouTube, dan TikTok resminya. The rise of digital technology in recent years has led to significant changes in public relations activities, which later coined the term cyber public relations. The era of disruption requires FMCG companies such as PT Sasa Inti to be able to follow technological developments and disseminate information through digital communication media. PT Sasa Inti is one of the Indonesian cooking spice companies that has taken steps to digital transformation since 2020. This paper aims to analyze the implementation of cyber PR strategies carried out in PT Sasa Inti's digital communication media. Desk research was used to conduct an analysis of the implementation of the cyber PR strategy, as well as observations on the official website and social media platforms Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This analysis of the implementation of the cyber PR strategy, conducted through desk research using literature studies and observations on the official websites and social media platforms Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, demonstrates that PT Sasa Inti's cyber PR is carried out through social media publications that are informative, interactive, and relevant to the audience. The results show that PT Sasa Inti's implementation of the cyber PR strategy resulted in a variety of achievements. This success is reflected in the continuous increase in social media engagement, various awards received, and a 12% increase in accumulated sales over the previous year."

By the enactment of Law number 11 Year 2008 regarding Electronic Information and Transaction, certain doubts on the use of land data electronically has found clearness particularly with regard to electronic document which is used as evidence and electronic data security. This of course should be followed by the improvement in the infrastructure of technology of information and communication entirely and comprehensively in term of hardware, software, service procedure, and the providing of adequate human resources.

The Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta as the provider of land information and provider of land title issuer service and land registration should be able to provide online service to the public by preparing methodology and improvement of land data which are still in the form of analog into digital form. Therefore, it is important to know how the operational way of the service, what are the obstacle and what is the legal protection toward the maintenance of online land registration data at the Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta that can provide transparent information in the land field services."
