"Data Penginderaan Jauh adalah merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang suatu obyek dengan melakukan pengukuran dari jarak jauh tanpa menyentuh obyek. Aspek terpenting adalah dalam perolehan data (Data acusition atau collection) dan pengolahan atau analisis data (data processing atau analysis).
Alternatif yang digunakan adalah data Landsat-TM dan data JERS-1 SAR serta data GPS sebagai sarana untuk koreksi geometri. Untuk Koreksi data JERS-1 S AR sangat sulit karena tidak dapat mengenali obyek karena itu digunakan data Landsat-TM yang selanjutnya digunakan metoda tumpang susun atau Overlay.
Sedangkan pengukuran koordinat bumi dilakukan dengan menggunakan reseiver GPS (Global Positioning System) yang diletakkan pada sebuah kendaraan uyang bergerak menyusuri rute jalan raya dengan tujuan mendapatkan kurva yang telah ditentukan. Koleksi data koordinat yang terkumpulkan dirubah formatnya ke dalam format vektor yang lebih umum sehingga tampak sebagai bentuk gratis yang menggambarkan poligon dari seluruh route jalan yang dilalui, Dengan menggunakan teknik pengkombinasian data GPS dengan data radar JERS-l SAR terkoreksi geometrik maka dapat dilakukan analisis simpangan kurva yang ada diantara kedua jenis data tersebut."

"[ABSTRAK
Telah diakukan penelitian guna mendelineasi zona prospek sistem panasbumi Daerah „P‟ menggunakan pemodelan multi dimensi data magnetotelurik terintegrasi data geologi dan geokimia. Daerah panasbumi „P‟ secara fisiografi termasuk pada Busur Banda Dalam tak bergunungapi disusun oleh komplek batuan malihan sekis berumur Perm-Trias. Gejala adanya sistem panasbumi pada daerah penelitian ditandai dengan kemunculan manifestasi permukaan berupa enam mata air panas bersuhu (37-67oC), pH (6-7) dan bertipe klorida-bikarbonat. Pembentukan sistem panasbumi diduga berkaitan dengan aktivitas tektonik kuat akibat tumbukan lempeng Pulau Seram dengan Lempeng Benua Australia (Plate Collision) yang memicu pembentukan batuan intrusi di kedalaman sebagai sumber panas. Guna mengetahui informasi subsurface daerah penelitian, dilakukan survei magnetotelurik. Selanjutnya hasil dari data MT akan diintegrasikan data geologi dan geokimia. Pengolahan data MT dimulai dari time-series data hingga mendapatkan kurva resistivitas-frekuensi dan fase, lalu dilakukan filtering noise, rotasi arah strike dan koreksi static shift untuk mendapatkan kualitas kurva MT baik. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan inversi 1D, 2D dan 3D. Temperatur reservoir diduga sekitar 160-180oC termasuk temperatur sedang. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan lapisan konduktif (<15 Ωm) dengan ketebalan ± 500-1000 m diindikasikan sebagai Clay Cap dari sistem panasbumi. Zona resistivitas tinggi (>300 Ωm) dan berbentuk updome, berada di bawah area kemunculan manifestasi (MAP1, MAP2, MAP3, MAP4, dan MAP5) mengindikasikan heat source berada di utara kemudian menerus ke arah tenggara membentuk updome. Model konseptual terpadu sistem panasbumi dibentuk dari integrasi data geologi, geokimia, dan geofisika. Sistem panasbumi daerah penelitian merupakan hidrotermal heat sweep plate collision dengan temperatur sedang, luas area prospek dan rekomendasi titik pemboran diperkirakan ± 3 km2 di sekitar zona Upflow, potensi sumber daya hipotetik dengan metode volume lump parameter menggunakan binary cycle ± 34 MWe.

ABSTRACT
A study for delineating geothermal system of prospect area “P” has been done by using multi-dimensional modeling of magnetotelluric data. Physiographycally, geothermal prospect of “P” area is located at non-volcanic Banda inner arc hosted by Malihan Sekis rock complex with Perm-Trias age. The existance of geothermal system in this area is indicated by the presence of thermal manifestations in form of 6 chloride-bicarbonate hot springs with temperature in the the range of 37 – 67oC, and pH of 6-7. The development of geothermal system is most probably associated with strong tectonic activity caused by the collision between Seram island plate and Australian plate that ignite the occurence of intrussive body as heat source. In order to know the subsurface information of prospect area, magnetotelluric (MT) survey has been done. The processing of MT data was started from time-series data, continued by noise filtering, rotation of strike orientation and static shift correction to obtain better MT curve. The data were then being inversed by means of 1-Dimensional, 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional inversion methods. Reservoir temperature is estimated to be around 160-180 oC and classified as moderate temperature. The result of MT data inversions shows the presence of conductive layer (<15 Ωm) with 500 – 1000 m thickness that is interpreted as clay cap og geothermal system. High resistivity zone (>300 Ωm) with updome shape appears underneath the manifestations occurence (MAP1, MAP2, MAP4, and MAP5), indicating that the heat source is located in northern part and elongate to souteast direction. The conceptual model of geothermal system was built based on integrated interpretation of geological, geochemical and geophysical data. The prospect area and recommendation of drilling location is estimated to be ± 5 km2 around upflow zone. "ABSTRAK
Kementerian Luar Negeri (Kemlu) merupakan Kementerian Negara yang mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan luar negeri dalam pemerintahan untuk membantu Presiden dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan negara. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah dengan telah ditetapkan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) tentang Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) no. 39 tahun 2019 pada bulan Juni 2019, Kemlu harus bersiap diri dan menaati peraturan tersebut dengan membuat peraturan menteri tentang manajemen data. Dampak yang ditimbulkan apabila belum ada peraturan tentang manajemen data adalah dapat memengaruhi kinerja Kemlu, terjadi pemborosan karena banyaknya aplikasi yang silo dan duplikasi data, serta belum dapat mendukung interoperability antar sistem yang berbeda dan tidak mendukung berbagi pakai antar Kementerian atau Lembaga di Indonesia. Untuk membangun keseluruhan proses di dalam manajemen data memerlukan waktu yang lama, sehingga penelitian ini difokuskan untuk membuat perencanaan tata kelola data terlebih dahulu, karena tata kelola merupakan pondasi dasar yang harus disiapkan untuk dapat menerapkan manajemen data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat dijadikan masukan oleh Kemlu dalam membuat strategi dan roadmap tata kelola data, menentukan walidata, menentukan tugas dan tanggung jawab terhadap data, dapat mendukung terlaksananya program SDI, mendukung terlaksananya integrasi data sehingga dapat menghilangkan aplikasi yang silo dan duplikasi sehingga tidak terjadi pemborosan anggaran. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merujuk kepada kerangka kerja dari Dama International (DMBOK, 2017).

ABSTRACT
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemlu) is a state ministry that has the task of managing foreign affairs within the government to assist the President in organizing the government of the country. The background of this research is concerning of the Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Satu Data Indonesia (SDI) no. 39 of 2019 that has been established in June 2019, therefore Kemlu must prepare and obey the regulation by establishing data management regulation. The impact if there is no data management regulation, it can affect the performance of Kemlu, the occurrence of budget waste due to the many applications that silos and data duplication, and can not support interoperability between different systems and sharing of use between Ministries or Institutions in Indonesia. To build the whole process in data management requires a long time, so this research is focused on making data governance planning because governance is the basic foundation that must be prepared to be able to implement data management. The purpose of this research is to be used as an input by Kemlu in making data governance
strategies and roadmap, determining data stewardship, determining tasks and responsibilities for data, support the implementation of the SDI program, and support data integration to eliminate the silos applications and data duplication to reduce budget wasted. The methodology used in this study refers to the framework of Dama International (DMBOK, 2017).
