"Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada penerapan Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Daya Serap, dan Kinerja Inovasi sebagai tolak ukur prespektif Bisnis berkelanjutan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) yang nantinya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan implementasi selama masa pandemi Covid 19.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) yang ada di kota Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap perspektif berkelanjutan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) Kota Malang Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19; (2) Pengaruh daya serap dapat memoderasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap perspektif berkelanjutan UKM (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) Kota Malang di masa pandemi Covid 19.; (3) efek moderasi dari daya serap pada hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja inovasi terhadap perspektif berkelanjutan UKM (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) Kota Malang di masa pandemi Covid 19.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang datanya bersumber dari isian 100 kuesioner UKM Kota Malang di masa pandemi Covid 19. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Penelitian ini menemukan Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Daya Serap, dan Kinerja Inovasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Bisnis Berkelanjutan.

This research is based on the application of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Absorption, and Innovation Performance as a benchmark for the sustainable business perspective of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the hope it will be increase the success of implementation during the pandemic Covid 19.

This research was conducted on all SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in the city of Malang. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the sustainable perspective of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Malang City during the Covid 19 Pandemic; (2) The effect of absorption can moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and the sustainable perspective of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Malang City during the Covid 19 pandemic; (3) the moderating effect of absorption on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance on the sustainable perspective of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) Malang City during the Covid 19 pandemic.

This research is a quantitative study whose data is sourced from 100 questionnaires from Malang City SMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic. The analytical model used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model. This study found that Entrepreneurial Orientation, Absorption, and Innovation Performance have a significant influence on Sustainable Business.

"Tesis ini membahas peran agen perubahan dalam keputusan inovasi pada Perpustakaan Ulil Albab, Universitas Cendekiawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode studi kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran agen perubahan dalam keputusan inovasi, mengidentifikasi inovas-inovasi yang telah diadopsi dan apa yang menjadi faktor pendorong dan penghambat keputusan inovasi. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa kepala perpustakaan di era sekarang ini harus dapat menjalankan peran sebagai agen perubahan. The focus of this study is the change agent role in innovation decission at Ulil Albab Library, Cendekiawan Muslim University. This study used a descriptive research model with a qualitative approach, case study method. The purpose of this study was to identify the change agent role in decision of innovation, to identify the innovations that have been and what are the driving and inhibiting factors in decision of innovation.The result of the study suggest that head of the library in this era should be run as a change agent. Then, he must have the ability and expertise that can be justified to convince they stakeholder."

"Saat ini semakin meningkat partisipasi masyarakat Indonesia dalam dunia usaha yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Salah satu partisipasi masyarakat adalah membangun usaha yang independen tidak terikat atau berada di bawah organisasi atau perusahaan besar. Usaha yang umum didirikan berawal dari usaha mikro yang mana bisa dibangun dengan modal yang relatif kecil. Peneliti ingin meneliti faktor yang mengarahkan wirausahawan di sektor usaha mikro kepada kesuksesan usaha dan kepuasan hidup. Maka timbul pertannyaan mengenai hubungan antara entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial success, dan life satisfaction. Untuk mengetahui hubungan-hubungan itu, peneliti mengumpulkan data dari responden melalui kuesioner. Terhadap kuesioner dilakukan pretest untuk mengetahui reliabilitas dan validitasnya. Pengolahan data valid dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software LISREL 8.51 untuk melakukan analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel-variabel yang diuji kecuali pada hubungan entrepreneurial attitude dengan life satisfaction. Hasil tersebut mendukung penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif langsung antara kesuksesan usaha dan kepuasan hidup.

Currently Indonesia has increased public participation in the entrepreneurship to support the country's economic growth . One of participation is to build an independent business that is not bound or are under great organization. A common set of business originated from micro enterprises which can be constructed with a relatively small capital. Researcher wanted to examine the factors that lead to entrepreneurial success and life satisfaction among entrepreneurs in the micro business sector. Researcher want to know about relationship between entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial success, and life satisfaction . To determine the relationships, the researcher collected data from respondents through a questionnaires. To the pretest questionnaires was conducted to determine the reliability and validity. The valid data is processed by using software LISREL 8.51 to analyse Structural Equation Modeling . The results showed a positive relationship between the variables tested except entrepreneurial attitude’s relationship with life satisfaction . These results support previous research that states there is a direct positive relationship between business success and life satisfaction"

"Dalam dunia industri, sistem perencanaan distribusi yang diterapkan merupakan faktor penting yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dan efisiensi proses logistik suatu perusahaan. Hingga saat ini, PT Paragon Technology and Innovation mengatur proses logistik distribusi seluruh produk perusahaan secara mandiri melalui PT Parama Global Inspira. Namun, proses logistik hingga saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh pegawai perusahaan yang mencakup penentuan muatan produk pada sebuah pengiriman dan pemilihan rute distribusi produk. Penelitian ini akan membandingkan 11 algoritma clustering dan 6 algoritma penyelesaian Bin Packing Problem (BPP) dan Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW). Implementasi algoritma akan bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi pemuatan barang dan perancangan rute pengiriman. Penelitian berhasil memperoleh algoritma dengan performa terbaik yaitu Mean Shift dan First Fit Nearest Neighbor. Penelitian ini juga berhasil mengimplementasikan sistem berbasis website untuk digunakan PT Paragon Technology and Innovation dalam mengolah data order menjadi rekomendasi pemuatan barang dan perancangan rute pengiriman. Sistem tersebut dirancang oleh komponen UI/UX, pemrograman frontend, dan pemrograman backend.

In the industrial world, the distribution planning system is an important factor that is expected to increase the profits and efficiency of a company's logistics processes. Until now, PT Paragon Technology and Innovation manages the logistics process for distributing the company's products independently through PT Parama Global Inspira. However, the logistics process is currently still carried out manually by company employees, which includes determining product cargo for a delivery and selecting product distribution routes. This research will compare 11 clustering algorithms and 6 Bin Packing Problem (BPP) and Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW) solving algorithms. The implementation of the algorithm will aim to provide recommendations for goods loading and delivery route planning. The research succeeded in obtaining algorithms with the best performance, namely Mean Shift and First Fit Nearest Neighbor. This research also succeeded in implementing a website-based system for use by PT Paragon Technology and Innovation in processing order data into recommendations for goods loading and delivery route planning. The system is designed by UI/UX components, frontend programming, and backend programming. "

Pedoman program anti pencucian uang memuat beberapa kebijakan dan prosedur yang berkaitan dengan identifikasi dan verifikasi nasabah termasuk penerapan prinsip customer due diligence CDD yang sejalan dengan rekomendasi FATF melalui pendekatan berbasis risiko. Dari aspek regulasi, prinsip mengenal nasabah telah membawa konsekuensi hukum yang berkaitan dengan lingkup substansi pengaturannya. Dalam pembahasan tesis ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif.

Along with the increasing complexity of peer to peer lending products and services, it has provided an increased risk of occurrence of various crimes in the financial sector, including risks of being used as means and or targets of money laundering crime. Know your customer principles is part of anti money laundering program in the financial services sector. As a subject categorized as a non bank financial industry, know your customer principles in peer to peer lending refers to the provisions stipulated by the Financial Services Authority regulated in the POJK No. 12 POJK.01 2017 on Implementation of Anti Money Laundering and Counterterrorism Prevention Program in the Financial Services Sector. The anti money laundering guidelines contain some policies and procedures related to customer identification and verification including the application of customer due diligence CDD principles that are consistent with FATF recommendations through a risk based approach. From the aspect of regulation, know your customer principles have brought legal consequences related to the scope of the substance of the arrangement. In the discussion of this thesis, the author uses the normative research methods."
