37 partisipan mengerjakan tiga borang tugas spasial setelah mendengarkan Sonata for Two Pianos in D, KV. 448 karya Mozart, musik Gamelan Bali, dan hening selama 10 menit.

ABSTRACT
Research on Mozart effect have been widely researched in western countries, but it is not known the influence on participants in Asia, especially Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of western classical music and Indonesian traditional music on Indonesian students rsquo spatial reasoning abilities. 37 participants did three spatial task rsquo s forms after listening to Sonata for Two Pianos in D, KV. 448 works by Mozart, Balinese Gamelan music, and silence for 10 minutes. Mood, arousal, and liking also familiarity of the songs were also measured to determine whether this affects the score of spatial reasoning. It was found that Mozart music and Balinese Gamelan music significantly improve spatial reasoning compared to the state of silence. Music by Mozart are known to improve mood and arousal, while the Balinese Gamelan music only enhances arousal. Analysis of liking and familiarity of the songs show that by Mozart music is preferred over Balinese Gamelan music, although both songs were equally familiar for participants. Results and recommendations will be discussed to explore the inconsistent results from previous studies Mozart effect."

Schizophrenia in mental health nursing is one of the clinical conditions that can cause one of the nursing problems in the form of risk of violent behavior. The risk of violent behavior in individuals can not only affect the individual’s own self, but also other people and the environment. The writing of this final scientific work aims to assess the benefits of implementing the implementation of generalist mental health nursing care standards with a combination of humor therapy on reducing signs and symptoms and agitation in clients with nursing problems at risk of violent behavior. The method used in this scientific work is a case study. Nursing interventions were given to Mr. G, a 45-year-old male with a history of anger, unable to control emotions, and violence against himself and others. After providing generalist nursing interventions, a decrease in signs and symptoms of risk of violent behavior was obtained from a score of 20 at the first meeting to a score of 3 at the thirteenth meeting. The client's ability to control anger increased from a score of 2 abilities at the first meeting to a score of 6 abilities at the thirteenth meeting. Meanwhile, the client's level of agitation was measured using the Behavioral Activity Rating Scale (BARS) instrument, and the level of agitation decreased after being given humor therapy at the sixth meeting to the thirteenth meeting from a score of 5 or 6 to a score of 4. "Updated to cover the latest scientific developments, a must-read for individuals, families, and medical practitioners that opens a new door in psychiatric health care. Psychiatry has made great advances in the past fifty years, but it needs a new direction. Today's emphasis on psychiatric drugs will not stand the test of time. Recent scientific advances, particularly in the molecular biology of the brain, have provided a road map for the development of effective, natural, drug-free therapies that do not produce serious side effects. Psychiatric medications have served society well over the last fifty years, but the need for drug therapies will fade away as science advances. Nutrient Power presents a science-based nutrient therapy system that can help millions of people diagnosed with mental disorders. The author's database containing millions of chemical factors in blood, urine, and tissues has identified brain-changing nutrient imbalances in patients diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, behavior disorders, depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer's disease. This book describes individualized nutrient therapy treatments that have produced thousands of reports of recovery. Walsh's approach is more scientific than the trial-and-error use of psychiatric drugs and is aimed at a true normalization of the brain. Depression, schizophrenia, and ADHD are umbrella terms that encompass disorders with widely differing brain chemistries and symptoms. Nutrient Power describes nutrient therapies tailored to specific types, not umbrella solutions to individual problems, and offers a groundbreaking approach to psychiatric health care. Updates to the paperback edition include sections on nutrient therapies for bipolar disorder, expanded chapters on depression and schizophrenia, and analysis of the latest scientific developments in brain research and advanced nutrient therapies"

Music is related to stress reduction and increased levels of growth-hormone. In rat, music exposure since prenatal period was found to increase body-weight of 7-days-old litters and brain cells. Somatic growth was primarily influenced by growth-hormone and supported by psycho-physic condition. The objective of this study was to analyze whether music exposure since prenatal until 35 days post-natal period could affect the weight and body-length of the rat-pups. Four pregnant Wistar rats were daily exposed to one hour classic music (Mozart) every 17.30 PM since gestation period day one until the 22 litters were 35-days-old. Controls were 5 pregnat rats and their 36 litters caged in a different room with no music. Weighing and measuring the body-length (the most anterior point of nasal-septum to the base of the tail) were conducted at day 7,25 and 35. Data were analyzed using Multivariate General-Linear-Model (a = 0.05). It was revealed that the mean weight of the experimental litters was significantly higher than those of the controls either at day 7 (p = 0.00), day 25 (p = 0.012). Conclusion: Music exposure since prenatal period has significant influences on the weight of the rat-litters aged 7,25 and 35 days and on the body-length of the 25-days-old litters."
