"ABSTRAKSepuluh negara anggota ASEAN yang berada di Asia Tenggara setiap tahunnya melakukan kegiatan pembangunan untuk memajukan kesejahteraan negaranya. Dengan adanya kegiatan pembangunan maka dapat diamati kecenderungan pembangunan di Asia Tenggara selama kurun waktu satu dasawarsa terakhir. Kecenderungan pembangunan dapat diperlihatkan dalam bentuk pola keruangan baik pada tingkatan suatu negara maupun satu kawasan Asia Tenggara. Dengan menetapkan batasan tiga aspek pembangunan yaitu pembangunan ekonomi, pembangunan fisik dan pembangunan manusia, pola pembangunan regional di Asia Tenggara diamati cenderung berkembang kearah pembangunan manusia. Berdasarkan penilaian terhadap empat belas indikator pembangunan, negara Indonesia mengungguli negara lain dengan total nilai bobot tertinggi dan memiliki konsistensi paling seimbang dari hubungan antaraspek pembangunan di kawasan Asia Tenggara.

ABSTRAKTen ASEAN member countries in Southeast Asia annualy undertake development activities to advance their welfare. With the development activity, it can be observed the development trend in Southeast Asia during the last decade. The development trend can be shown in the spatial pattern either at the level of country or regional of Southeast Asia. By setting limitations on three aspects of development that are economic development, physical development and human development, the pattern of regional development in Southeast Asia is observed to develop towards human development. Based on an assessment of fourteen development indicators, the Indonesian state outperformed other countries with the highest total weighted value and has the most balanced consistency of inter developmental relations of development in Southeast Asia."
