"Industri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri kesehatan untuk melakukan kegitaan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Guardian Pharmatama bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang industri farmasi serta mendapatkan gambaran secara nyata terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker di industri farmasi. Melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi ini, mahasiswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari dengan melakukan kegiatan di bidang pemastian mutu, pengawasan mutu dan produksi berdasarkan CPOB. Selain itu melalui tugas khusus, mahasiswa melakukan evaluasi persentase limbah hasil proses kemas primer. Praktik Kerja Profesi dilakukan selama delapan minggu pada bulan Januari hingga Februari Tahun 2017.

The pharmaceutical industry is an entity that has a license from the Minister of Health to conduct manufacturing of drugs or therapeutic agents. Internship at PT. Guardian Pharmatama aims to gain knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and to understanding the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry.

Through this Internship, the author can apply the knowledge they have learned by doing activities in the field of quality assurance, quality control and production based on Good Manufacturing Process GMP. In addition, through a special assignment, the author evaluate the percentage of waste from primary packing process. Internship conducted for eight weeks in January to February 2017."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi di PT. Guardian Pharmatama Periode Bulan Januari-Februari Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan; pengetahuan; keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, serta memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industri farmasi. Praktek kerja ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata terhadap permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengembangan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Form Logbook Mesin Stripping dan Blistering untuk Departemen Produksi Solid. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mempelajari tata cara pengisian logbook mesin stripping dan blistering beserta cara perhitungan persentase line stop dan output. Melalui pembuatan logbook ini, diharapkan akan mempermudah PT. Guardian Pharmatama dalam menilai efektivitas kerja operator stripping dan blistering.

Internship at PT. Guardian Pharmatama Period January February 2017 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, having insight knowledge skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, and understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship also aims to provide a real picture of the pharmaceutical work problems and to learn strategies and activities that can be done for pharmaceutical job development in the pharmaceutical industry.

The internship given a special assignment titled Formation of Stripping and Blistering Machine Logbook for Solid Production Department. The purpose of this special assignment is to learn how to fill the logbook of stripping and blistering machines and how to calculate the percentage of line stop and output. Through this logbook will facilitate PT. Guardian Pharmatama in assessing the effectiveness of stripping and blistering operator work."

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul 'Dokumentasi Pengoperasian Mesin TFS10 Oystar Standard untuk On Job Training Operator Departemen Produksi Liquid Semisolid dan Toll Out Toll In'. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk membuat materi pelatihan On jOb Training yang dapat meningkatkan dan menyamakan kemampuan operator dalam mengoperasikan mesin Tube Filler TFS10 Oystar Standard dalam kegiatan produksi obat.

Internship at PT Guardian Pharmatama Citeureup Plant Period January - February 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is 'Documentation of Operating Tube Filler TFS10 Oystar Standard for On Job Training Operators at Department of Liquid Semisolid Production and Toll Out Toll In'. The purpose of this special assignment is to make training material for On Job Training that can increases operators skill in operating Tube Filler TFS10 Oystar Standard."

"Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menyediakan kesehatan yang bermutu, aman, efisien, dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat adalah menyusun pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB. Industri farmasi wajib menerapkan aspek-aspek CPOB untuk memastikan produk yang dibuat memiliki nilai kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat. Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA yang dilaksanakan di PT Guardian Pharmatama Plant Citeureup, Bogor, bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, melalui PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan dapat mempelajari secara langsung penerapan CPOB dan mengetahui gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pengurangan Jumlah Limbah Strip pada Mesin Hai Wang. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terbesar dari limbah pada mesin Hai Wang dan menurunkan jumlah limbah yang dihasilkan hingga di bawah 10 . Secara umum, PT Guardian Pharmatama telah menerapkan aspek-aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

One of the government 39;s efforts to provide quality, safe, efficient, and affordable health care for the people is to develop Good Manufacturing Practices GMP guidelines. The pharmaceutical industries are obliged to apply aspects of the GMP to ensure the products made have a benefit to the people. Pharmacists have an important role in the application of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. The internship was conducted at PT Guardian Pharmatama Plant Citeureup, Bogor.

This internship is aimed to make the student of apothecary profession understand the role, duty, and responsibility of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, through this internship, the student of apothecary profession is expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, as well as practical experience in doing the pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The students of apothecary profession are also expected to learn directly the implementation of GMP and know the real picture of the problems in pharmaceutical work at the pharmaceutical industry.

The special assignment given is Reduction of the Number of Strip Wastes on Hai Wang Machine. This special task aims to determine the biggest cause of waste in Hai Wang machines and reduce the amount of waste produced to below 10 . Overall, PT Guardian Pharmatama has applied the aspects of GMP, the author has also gained the ability to understand the role, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions to problems in the pharmaceutical industry."

"Industri Farmasi merupakan suatu badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB merupakan panduan yang harus diterapkan oleh setiap industri farmasi dalam memproduksi obat untuk menjamin obat yang bermutu, aman, efisien, dan terjangkau demi kesehatan masyarakat. Seorang apoteker seharusnya dapat memahami aspek-aspek CPOB tersebut karena merupakan personil kunci yang bertanggung jawab di departemen produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan penjaminan mutu. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Industri Farmasi diadakan untuk mempersiapkan calon apoteker untuk mendapatkan gambaran di dunia nyata tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian khususnya dibidang industri farmasi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya. Pada praktik kerja ini juga dilakukan pelaksanaan tugas khusus yaitu analisis balancing capacity antara mesin stripping dan kegiatan pengemasan sekunder yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kondisi seimbang diantara keduanya sehingga berdampak pada efektivitas waktu dalam proses pengemasan.

Pharmaceutical Industry is a business entity that has licence from the Minister of Health to manufacturing medicines or medicinal materials. The Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines GMP is a guide that must be adopt to produce medicines to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and affordability of medicines for people. A pharmacist should be able to understand aspects of GMP as a key personnel in the department of production, quality control, and quality assurance. Therefore, the implementation of internship in the Pharmaceutical Industry is to prepare pharmacists to get real representation of pharmaceutical practice, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. It also carried out specific assignment to analyze balancing capacity between stripping machine and secondary packaging activities that aims to get balanced condition to impact time effectiveness in packaging process."

"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di berbagai bidang, baik di Industri Farmasi, Distributor, maupun Fasilitas Kesehatan, seperti Apotek, Puskesmas, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit, dan sebagainya. Seorang Apoteker haruslah mampu memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dan senantiasa mengikuti standar dan etik yang berlaku selama menjalankan tugasnya sehingga peran Apoteker pada berbagai bidang tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut, dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di tiga tempat praktik kefarmasian yang berbeda, yaitu PT Guardian Pharmatama, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, dan Apotek Kimia Farma 14 Bandung pada periode Januari hingga April 2019. Dengan melaksanakan praktik kerja tersebut, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam praktik pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Distributors, or Health Facilities such as Pharmacies, Puskesmas, Hospital Pharmacy Installation, etc. Pharmacists must be able to establish competency standards and always follow the applicable standards and ethics along their duties so that Pharmacist's role can be fulfilled properly. To accomplish those aims, internship were done in three different pharmacy practice facilities, namely PT Guardian Pharmatama, The South Jakarta Administration City Health Office, and Apotek Kimia Farma 14 Bandung period Januari to April 2019. Hopefully, Pharmacists will gain knowledge and experiences in pharmaceutical practice."
