"Levels of 'employer brand awareness' are rising fast across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, as leading companies realise that skilled, motivated employees are as vital to their commercial success as profitable customers and apply the principles of branding to their own organization. Starting with a review of the pressures which have generated current interest in employer branding, this definitive book goes on to look at the historical roots of brand management and the practical steps necessary to achieve employer brand management success - including the business case, research, positioning, implementation, management and measurement. Case studies of big-name employer brand stories include Tesco, Wal-Mart, British Airways and PrĂȘt a Manger."

The present study investigates the effectiveness of audience effect and positive reinforcement towards a time-based task measured in completion time. Participants in this experiment were 30 undergraduate University of Queensland students. The study is an independent groups experiment research using a 3-level design which allocates the participants into three different group: participants undertaking the task without audience, with an audience, and with an audience accompanied by positive reinforcement being applied. The result on the time taken to complete the given task (50-piece puzzle) as the dependent variable showed a non-significant result. These results do not support previous findings and showed contradicting findings that positive reinforcement was found to give a reversed effect where it causes participants to do the task longer."

"Going Lean sets aside the notion that efficient operations and powerful inno vations are only possible when business is steady and demand is growing. Instead, companies must learn that sudden shifts or unpredictable conditions need not undermine their results. Led by a new breed of companies -Toyota, Wal-Mart, and Southwest Airlines--a powerful, yet unexpected mindset is reshaping the rules for business competitiveness."

Aggressive behavior in children with autism with intellectual disability is an ongoing issue often faced many teachers in educational settings. A comprehensive intervention is needed to reduce or eliminate the aggressive behavior due to its negative affect on the child social and academic development. This current study, applied differential reinforcement with positive reinforcement and extinction techniques to reduce the frequency of aggressive behavior on a 11 year old boy with autism with intellectual disability. The effectivity of the intervention was measured by comparing the data taken before and after the intervention. The results showed a decrease in the frequency of the aggressive behavior."
