"To solve the global climate change problem, countries require more than efforts at local
level: multilateral cooperation and climate policy integration are essential for realizing a
wide-area low-carbon society. Realizing a low-carbon society is not a simple action that addresses global warming while ignoring the quality of human life, but is a process to achieve
harmonious sustainable development of economy, environment and society while solving the
problem of global warming simultaneously. According to the principle of “Common but Differentiated Responsibilities", China should stick to the consistent pathway towards emission reduction. Energy saving, followed by fuel transformation and renewable energy utilization, is the most efficient technology China will promote to achieve the emission reduction, In addition, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies will play an important role after 2050. China's CO2 emissions are likely to peak around 2040 (550pprn) or even earlier in about 2030 (450ppn1) with great efforts. No single energy source is going to be the solution to global warming Development of alternative power sources is the only way towards sustainable development. As a developing country, China's pathway to a lowcarbon economy is absolutely a n0-regret approach with recognizing the uncertainty of climate change Nevertheless, the low-carbon economy is just one of the necessary conditions for achieving sustainable development. In this study, firstly we discussed the future direction and technology strategies for realizing a low-carbon society in the Post-Kyoto climate policy framework. "

"Smart city merupakan produk dari masyarakat informasional, yakni ketika masyarakat menjadikan informasi sebagai bentuk utama dalam menjalin relasi. Dalam konteks ini, smart city menjadi infrastruktur yang mendukung masyarakat jaringan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implikasi smart city terhadap lahirnya komunalitas di kota. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk mendapat data terkait komunalisme warga pada lokus Jakarta Smart City. Studi-studi sebelumnya menghadirkan perdebatan teoritik terkait peran dan implikasi smart city pada kepercayaan warga terhadap pemerintah melalui fasilitas teknologi. Artikel ini menawarkan optimisme dari smart city sebagai manifestasi bekerjanya masyarakat jaringan dalam bentuk hadirnya komunalitas melalui komunitas virtual. Studi ini menunjukkan bagaimana kebijakan smart city yang difasilitasi negara telah memberikan ruang bagi informasi yang diproduksi oleh warga sehingga mampu membangun komunalitas di kalangan warga kota. Komunalitas di kota, nyatanya dapat terbangun melalui mekanisme masyarakat jaringan yang disediakan oleh infrastruktur pemerintah dalam bentuk smart city.

Smart city is an informational society’s product through which the society considers that information as a main form to build relations. In this context, smart city becomes an infrastructure that support network society to work. This article aims to describe smart city’s implication towards the emergence of communality in the city. This study used a qualitative method, through in-dept inteviews with related stakeholders to exploring relevant and important data and information about citizens communalism produced by Jakarta Smart City Program. Recent studies show theoritical debates about roles and implications of smart city on citizen’s trust towards the government mediated by the technology. This article offers an optimism views concerning smart city as the way the network society manifests through through a form of communalities within virtual community. This study shows the ways smart city regulation facilitated by state provides a space for information production by citizens hence communalism built in citizens context. City Communality, in fact could be build within network society mechanism brought by government infrastructure within smart city form."

"Skripsi ini membahas pemasaran dan pengembangan bisnis rumah sakit di tengah kondisi persaingan yang semakin ketat, digitalisasi dan globalisasi. Penelitian ini ingin melihat gambaran pemasaran dan pengembangan bisnis di Rumah Sakit Ibu Anak Kemang Medical Care pada tahun 2009, ditinjau dari New Wave Marketing (Co-Creation). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan survai deskriptif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa RSIA Kemang Medical Care telah menjalankan konsep New Wave Marketing melalui horizontalisasi pemasaran, word of mouth, dan menggunakan komunitas pelanggan dalam pemasarannya. Dalam pelaksanaan New Wave Marketing ini, rumah sakit perlu untuk meningkatkan fokus pada pembentukan komunitas loyal melalui kegiatan-kegiatannya (terutama Week end @KMC) dan bekerja sama dengan pihak-pihak terkait, seperti provider jaringan internet yang berkualitas.

This Script is talk about marketing and business development of hospital in this strict rivalry conditions , digitalization, and globalization. This study wants to know the marketing and business development description in Kemang Medical Care Women and Children Hospital 2009, considerated by New Wave Maketing (Co- Creation. This research use qualitative with descriptive survey method.
Based on result of the research, we know that Kemang Medical Care Women and Children Hospital have performed New Wave Marketing Concept through Horizontalization of marketing, word of mouth, and using customers community in its marketing process. The implementation of New Wave Marketing is the hospital need to upgrade the focus of loyal community formation through its programs (especially, Week end @KMC) and build cooperation with relevant party/corporate, for example with the qualified provider of internet."

"Pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) untuk mengatasi permasalahan nasional, antara lain terpusatnya pembangunan di pulau jawa, ketimpangan pembangunan nasional, serta permasalahan urban. Kemajuan teknologi dalam pengembangan kota yang mengedepankan aspek keberlanjutan menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan multi dimensi (lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi) dalam pembangunan kota baru. Konsep smart sustainable city meningkatkan layanan dan taraf kualitas hidup, serta optimalisasi sumber daya dengan tetap mengedepankan aspek kemanusiaan. Kompleksitas pembangunan menyebabkan proyek dapat mengalami ketidaklayakan finansial yang berdampak pada kerugian pemerintah dan swasta serta mengancam keberlangsungan proyek.. Dengan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan skema pendanaan yang optimal bagi model pengembangan konseptual IKN berbasis smart sustainable city. Pengembangan konseptual IKN akan disesuaikan dengan informasi terbaru dari regulasi dan publikasi yang telah terbit sebagai pemutakhiran desain sebelumnya. Melalui metode benchmarking akan dikembangkan komponen biaya initial cost, operation & maintenance cost, serta revenue yang akan digunakan untuk analisis life-cycle cost. Menggunakan kaidah time value of money akan dievaluasi kelayakan finansial dari nilai initial rate of return serta net present value. Dilakukan permodelan skenario untuk mengentukan komposisi pembagian komponen biaya yang optimal antara pemerintah dan swasta. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pemutakhiran desain konseptual berdasarkan informasi terbaru dan skema pendanaan optimal berdasarkan desain tersebut.

The development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) to overcome national problems, including the centralization of development on the island of Java, national development disparity, and urban problems. Advancement in technology used in urban development that also prioritize sustainability can be used to overcome multi-dimensional problems (environmental, social, and economic) faced in the development of new cities. The smart sustainable city concept improves services and quality of life, as well as optimizing resources while still prioritizing the human aspect. High complexity of the development could causes financial fesaibility resulting in losses to the government and the private sector and threatens the sustainability of the project. With these conditions, this study aims to produce an optimal funding scheme for the IKN conceptual development model based on a smart sustainable city. The conceptual development of IKN will be adjusted to the latest information from regulations and publications that have been published as an update to the previous design. Through the benchmarking method, initial cost components, operation & maintenance costs, and revenue will be developed which will be used for life-cycle cost analysis. Using the time value of money principle, the financial feasibility of the initial rate of return and net present value will be evaluated. Scenario modeling is carried out to determine the optimal composition of cost component sharing between the government and the private sector. The results obtained from this research are the updated o conceptual design based on the latest information and the optimal funding scheme based on the design."

"Berdasarkan proyeksi dari Badan Pusat Statistik total jumlah penduduk Indonesia mencapai 271 juta jiwa pada tahun 2020. Menurut perkiraan tersebut, jumlah penduduk Indonesia bisa mencapai 300 juta pada tahun 2045. Kondisi ini, ditandai dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang datang ke kota, serta konsekuensi lingkungan dan sosial. Konsekuensi lingkungan yang dapat terjadi yaitu meningkatnya pencemaran, degradasi ekosistem, dan kurangnya ruang untuk melakukan proses pengelolaan sampah. Salah satu masalah yang ditimbulkan dengan adanya sampah yang tidak dikelola yaitu bencana banjir. Dari masalah sampah yang menyebabkan bencana banjir, salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu penerapan kota cerdas, mengacu pada kota yang berbasis teknologi, perkembangan teknologi pada setiap bidang seperti pendidikan, energi, dan transportasi. Salah satu dimensi yang terdapat pada kota cerdas (smart city) yaitu smart environment. Smart environment memiliki area kerja diantaranya smart waste management. Hal tersebut didukung dari hasil wawancara dengan Deputi Bidang Transformasi Hijau dan Digital Otorita IKN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan perencanaan terkait smart waste management bagi Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) dari hulu ke hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian berupa perencanaan smart waste management yang terdiri dari pemilahan, pengangkutan, pengolahan, dan pemrosesan akhir sampah. Penelitian ini didukung dengan riset yang dilakukan dari berbagai negara. Dalam perencanaan smart waste management dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait pengolahan air limbah (lindi) secara terpusat. Penerapan prediksi terkait prediksi perubahan volume TPA yang diperoleh dari 3D model wilayah TPA. Selain itu, perlu adanya spesifikasi jenis kendaraan pengangkut sampah untuk setiap kategori sampah dan belum dilakukan pengumpulan data dari pakar sesuai bidang keilmuan.

Based on projections from the Central Statistics Agency, the total population of Indonesia will reach 271 million people in 2020. According to these estimates, the total population of Indonesia could reach 300 million in 2045. This condition is marked by the growth of people coming to cities, as well as environmental and social consequences. Environmental consequences that can occur are increasing levels of pollution, ecosystem degradation, and lack of space to carry out waste management processes. One of the problems caused by unmanaged waste is flooding. From the waste problem that causes the flood disaster, one of the solutions offered is the application of smart cities, referring to technology-based cities, technological developments in every field such as education, energy, and transportation. One of the dimensions in a smart city is the smart environment. Smart environment has a work area including smart waste management. This is supported by the results of interviews with the Deputy for Green Transformation and the Digital Authority of IKN. The purpose of this study is to provide planning related to smart waste management for The New National Capital City (IKN) from upstream to downstream. This study uses a qualitative data collection method by conducting interviews and document studies. The results of the research are smart waste management planning which consists of sorting, transporting, processing and landfill for waste. This research is supported by research conducted in various countries. In addition, to improve smart waste management planning, further analysis can be carried out related to centralized wastewater (leachate) treatment. Application of predictions related to predictions of changes in landfill volume obtained from 3D models of landfill areas. In addition, it is necessary to have specifications for the types of waste transport vehicles for each category of waste and data collection has not been carried out from experts according to scientific fields."
