"Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) telah menjadi topik utama bagi para pelaku usaha. Hal tersebut juga dirasakan oleh pengusaha sektor menengah di bidang perdagangan pelumas sebagai bagian dari aspek komunitas global yang berkontribusi memberikan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap perkembangan SDGs. Peranan manajemen keberlanjutan dalam mengelola dan mengakomodir model kerangka keberlanjutan usaha yang selaras dengan strategi keberlanjutan dirasa sangat penting. Namun, menurut Grunda (2011) masih banyak manajer yang belum mengetahui dan memahami maksud dari pengelolaan berkelanjutan dan bagaimana cara mengadopsi kerangka keberlanjutan ke dalam strategi perusahaan. Penelitian studi kasus ini dilakukan untuk membantu proses perumusan manajemen keberlanjutan pada PT BI. Metode pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, survei, dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) yang dikolaborasikan dengan aspek Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Hasil penelitian ini memberikan usulan peta strategi berkelanjutan dan kerangka Sustainability Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat pengendali kinerja. Proses penerapan manajemen keberlanjutan yang sederhana dan efektif yang diharapkan dapat mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang sejalan dengan visi, misi, dan strategi keberlanjutan perusahaan.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have become a trending topic for business role. Medium sector entrepreneurs in the field of lubricant trading also feel this as part of the global community aspect that contributes to a huge impact on the development of the SDGs. Thus, the importance of the role of sustainability management in managing and accommodating a business sustainability framework model aligned with the sustainability strategy. However, some managers do not know and understand the objectives of sustainable management and how to adopt a sustainability framework into the company's strategy according to Grunda (2011). In this case study, the research aims to assist in the processing of formulating sustainability management at PT BI. Methods of data collection through documentation, survey, and interviews. The analytical approach uses the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach in collaboration with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspect. The results of this study provide a proposal for a sustainable strategy map and a Sustainability Balanced Scorecard framework as a performance control tool. The expectation of simple and effective process sustainability management implementation is to support sustainable development goals that are in line with the company's vision, mission, and sustainability strategy. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsekuensi pasar, yang diukur dengan perbedaan return tidak normal dan volume perdagangan saham pada pengungkapan Sustainable Development Goals dalam laporan keberlanjutan pada tahun 2017. Menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 109 perusahaan dengan periode observasi selama 21 hari. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengungkapan Sustainable Development Goals dalam laporan keberlanjutan berpengaruh signifikan kepada return saham dan volume perdagangan saham, namun hubungan tersebut tidak dapat diperkuat oleh adanya tata kelola yang berkaitan dengan keberlanjutan dalam perusahaan.
This study aims to analyze the market consequences, which are measured by differences in abnormal returns and stock trading volumes on the disclosure of Sustainable Development Goals in the sustainability report in 2017. Using the purposive sampling method, a sample of 109 companies was obtained with an observation period of 21 days. This study concludes that the disclosure of Sustainable Development Goals in the sustainability report has a significant effect on stock returns and trading volume, but this relationship cannot be strengthened by the existence of governance related to sustainability in the company."

"Isu keberlanjutan menjadi fokus perhatian seluruh dunia untuk semua aspek. Industri peleburan tembaga dapat dikatakan sebagai salah satu penyebab masalah lingkungan dan sosial. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengkaji pelaporan keberlanjutan yang dikeluarkan oleh salah satu perusahaan peleburan tembaga di Indonesia yang merupakan pertama kali menerbitkan laporan keberlanjutan pada tahun 2021. PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk merupakan perusahaan peleburan tembaga terkemuka di Indonesia. Masalah penelitian ini muncul karena pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan PT TMS memicu celah dengan POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017 yang sudah mulai efektif untuk perusahaan emiten sejak tahun 2020 sehingga penting untuk dievaluasi lebih dalam mengenai laporan keberlanjutan PT TMS berdasarkan SEOJK No.16/SEOJK/04/2021. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menilai strategi keberlanjutan PT TMS dengan kerangka strategi keberlanjutan yang dikembangkan oleh Wardhani & Rahadian (2021).  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan metode pengumpulan data triangulasi. Di mana data sekunder dengan laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan yang dipublikasikan dan data primer berupa wawancara dengan corporate secretary. Kemudian, penelitian ini mengisi celah dalam pendekatan empiris untuk menganalisis laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan peleburan tembaga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan PT TMS didasari oleh teori institusional, di mana laporan keberlanjutan tersebut sudah memenuhi komponen SEOJK No.16/SEOJK.04/2021 namun secara kualitas informasi yang diungkapkan pada stiap komponennya belum sepenuhnya memenuhi informasi minimum yang telah ditentukan SEOJK No.16/SEOJK.04/2021. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa PT TMS baru memenuhi sebesar 71% pada kerangka strategi keberlanjutan yang dikembangkan oleh Wardhani & Rahadian (2021).

The issue of sustainability is the focus of worldwide attention in all aspects. The copper smelting industry is one of the causes of environmental and social problems. This research is designed to examine the sustainability reporting issued by a copper smelting company in Indonesia which is the first to publish a sustainability report in 2021. PT Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk is a leading copper smelting company in Indonesia. This research problem arises because the disclosure of PT TMS's sustainability report triggers a gap with POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017 which has become effective for issuer companies since 2020. Hence it is essential to evaluate the PT TMS sustainability report based on SEOJK No.16/SEOJK/04/2021. In addition, this research also assesses PT TMS's sustainability strategy with the sustainability strategy framework developed by Wardhani & Rahadian (2021). The method used in this research is a case study with a triangulation data collection method. Where is the secondary data with published annual reports and sustainability reports and primary data in the form of interviews with the corporate secretary. Then, this research fills in the gaps in the empirical approach to analyze the sustainability reports of copper smelters. The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of PT TMS's sustainability report is based on institutional theory, in which the sustainability report already meets the components of SEOJK No.16/SEOJK.04/2021 but in terms of the quality of the information disclosed in each of its components, it does not fully meet the minimum information that has been determined. SEOJK No.16/SEOJK.04/2021. This research also found that PT TMS only fulfilled 71% of the sustainability strategy framework developed by Wardhani & Rahadian (2021)."

"Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan dan strategi keberlanjutan PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk pada tahun 2020, serta membandingkan strategi keberlanjutan pada periode sebelum dan sesudah berlakunya POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan metode analisis konten. Data yang digunakan merupakan data publik yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan tahun 2020 belum sepenuhnya memenuhi informasi yang diwajibkan oleh POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi keberlanjutan perusahaan sudah cukup baik, meskipun belum sepenuhnya memenuhi indikator penilaian strategi keberlanjutan dalam elemen tata kelola dan kepemimpinan, serta strategi ekonomi. Namun demikian, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan strategi keberlanjutan pada tahun 2020 (setelah berlakunya POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017) mengalami perbaikan dibandingkan strategi keberlanjutan pada tahun 2019 (sebelum berlakunya POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017).

This study evaluates the sustainability report disclosure and sustainability strategy of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk in 2020, and compares the sustainability strategy in the period before and after the enactment of POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. This research uses a case study approach and content analysis methods. The data used is public data sourced from published annual report and company sustainability report. The results of the study indicate that the disclosure of the company's 2020 sustainability report has not fully met the information required by POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. This study also found that the company's sustainability strategy was quite good, although it did not fully meet the sustainability strategy assessment indicators in the elements of governance and leadership and economic strategy. However, the study also found that the sustainability strategy in 2020 (after the enactment of POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017) has been improved compared to the sustainability strategy in 2019 (before the enactment of POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017)."

"Laporan magang ini berisi terkait evaluasi proses penyusunan strategi keberlanjutan lingkungan PT OJL, yang membantu perusahaan dalam menerapkan aspek environmental sustainability di aktivitas bisnis nya, terutama di kedua segmen bisnis utama perusahaan yaitu mobility dan delivery. Evaluasi dibuat berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan teori yang berkaitan dengan tahapan proses penyusunan strategi di dalam organisasi. Lingkup pembahasan mencakup evaluasi terhadap empat tahapan manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif dan efisien. Penulis melakukan evaluasi yang sudah dibuat dengan menggunakan kerangka evaluasi dari materi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Strategi dan Manajemen Kinerja Organisasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan praktik perencanaan strategi serta penyusunan isi konten dari dokumen strategi keberlanjutan lingkungan yang dilaksanakan oleh PT OJL, sudah sesuai dengan kerangka evaluasi yang dikemukakan oleh Simons (2014) terkait teori The 4 Ps Strategy serta cascade hierarchy di dalam teori Basics for Successful Strategy. Dalam kata lain, proses perencanaan strategi keberlanjutan lingkungan pada bisnis perusahaan yang dilakukan oleh PT OJL telah memenuhi persyaratan perumusan strategi yang tepat.

This internship report includes an assessment of how PT OJL developed its environmental sustainability strategy, which aids the business in implementing environmental sustainability elements in its business activities, particularly in its two primary business segments, namely mobility and delivery. Evaluation is based on adherence to theory regarding the organizational stages of the strategy formulation process. The discussion's scope includes an evaluation of the four steps taken by the company's management to create an effective and efficient strategy. The author conducts an evaluation of the course's learning materials for organizational performance management and strategy using an evaluation framework. Based on the evaluation that was done, the authors draw the conclusion that PT OJL's overall strategic planning process and the preparation of the environmental sustainability strategy document are in line with the evaluation framework Simons (2014) proposed for the theory of The 4 Ps Strategy and the cascade hierarchy in Basics for Successful Strategy theory. In other words, PT OJL's implementation of the environmental sustainability strategy planning process in the company's business has complied with the criteria for developing the appropriate strategy."
