"Antenatal Care adalah pelayanan kesehatan untuk memantau kesehatan ibu dan janin selama masa kehamilan. Rendahnya pemanfaatan ANC dapat meningkatkan AKI dan AKB. Penelitian bertujuan melihat sosiodemografi dan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil yang melakukan kunjungan ANC. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kategorik. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik convinience sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, ibu hamil dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC maksmimal 18 kali. Sosiodemografi ibu menunjukan mayoritas usia produktif, dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi 79%, sebanyak 69% multipara. Ibu hamil memiliki tingkat keyakinan rendah sebanyak 84%, partisipasi sosial rendah sebesar 69%. Sebanyak 58% mendapat dukungan dan 77% memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang ANC. Upaya pemerintah perlu ditingkatkan dalam mempromosikan pelayanan ANC, khususnya untuk ibu hamil dengan akses yang sulit.

Antenatal Care is a health care services to monitor the health of the mother and fetus during pregnancy. The low utilization of ANC can improve MMR and IMR. The research aims to look at the knowledge level sociodemographic and pregnant women who had ANC visits. The study design was a descriptive categorical. Data were collected using questionnaires and convinience sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that pregnant women with a frequency of ANC visits maksmimal 18 times. Maternal sociodemographic shows the majority of productive age, with a higher education level 79%, 69% multiparous. Pregnant women have a low level of beliefs as much as 84%, low social participation by 69%. A total of 58% support and 77% had a good knowledge of the ANC. Government efforts need to be improved in promoting ANC, especially for pregnant women with difficult access.

"Diabetes menjadi penyakit kronis dengan angka kematian yang tinggi. Tingginya angka kematian disebabkan oleh rendahnya kemampuan manajemen diri. Kemampuan manajemen diri yang rendah akibat dari kurangnya kemampuan pasien dalam mengolah informasi kesehatan yang diterima. Kemampuan mengolah informasi dapat diketahui dari tingkat melek kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara melek kesehatan dan manajemen diri diabetes melitus. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan pendekatan analisis korelasi. Sampel sebanyak 52 pasien diabetes yang merupakan anggota aktif PERSADIA cabang kota Depok. Manajemen diri diabetes melitus diukur menggunakan Summay of Diabetes Self Care Activities-Revised SDSCA dan melek kesehatan diukur menggunakan Health Literacy Questioner HLQ . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat melek kesehatan dan kemampuan manajemen yang kurang baik. Tingkat melek kesehatan berhubungan dengan manajemen diri diabetes p=0,001; ? = 0,005 . Peningkatan tingkat melek kesehatan pada pasien diabetes melitus dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pasien tersebut dalam melakukan manajemen diri diabetes melitus. Untuk itu perlu adanya upaya dalam meningkatkan tingkat melek kesehatan salah satunya dengan pemberian edukasi.

Diabetes becomes a chronic disease with a high mortality rate. High mortality due to low self management capabilities. Low self management ability comes from lack of patient ability to process health information received. The ability to process information can be known from the health literacy level. For that reason, health literacy level is important in helping to improve the self management of diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the relationship between health literacy and self management diabetes melitus. The method in this research is cross sectional with shortcut of correlation analysis. Samples are 52 diabetic patients who are active members of PERSADIA branch of Depok city. Self management diabetes mellitus is measured using the Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities Revised SDSCA and health literacy is measured using the Health Literacy Questioner HLQ . There was a relationship between diabetes mellitus self management and health literacy p 0.001 0.005 . The increased level of health literacy in patients with diabetes mellitus can help in improving the ability of these patients in self management diabetes melitus. For that, it needs an effort in improving the level of health literacy one of them with the provision of education. Based on these results the measurement of health literacy rate in patients with diabetes mellitus can help in improving the ability of these patients in self management diabetes melitus.

"Latar Belakang Patient-centered care (PCC) dalam pelayanan kesehatan merupakan pendekatan terbaik dengan luaran pasien lebih optimal. Di Indonesia sendiri, PCC belum banyak diketahui penerapannya di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Persepsi pasien dapat menjadi indikator yang baik dalam mengevaluasi penerapan layanan kesehatan. Persepsi pasien dapat berkaitan dengan berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor sosio demografis. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan studi bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan antara faktor sosio demografis dan persepsi pasien tentang PCC, khususnya di fasilitas kesehatan wahana pendidikan Universitas Indonesia. Metode Studi ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan desain cross-sectional pada subjek pasien yang berkunjung ke rumah sakit dan klinik wahana pendidikan Universitas Indonesia pada Januari - Februari 2023. Subjek disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi untuk selanjutnya diberikan kuesioner terkait interaksi dokter-pasien yang sudah diterima. Jawaban subjek kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square dan uji Fisher untuk melihat sebaran karakteristik faktor sosio demografis dan dilihat hubungannya dengan persepsi mereka tentang pelayanan berorientasi pasien yang dilakukan oleh dokter. Hasil Dari 240 responden diperoleh sebaran karakteristik dengan faktor sosio demografis dimana lebih banyak pasien yang dewasa, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berpendidikan maksimal lulusan SMA, tidak bekerja, dan belum menikah. Dari hasil kuesioner, diperoleh bahwa pasien yang berusia anak-anak dimana informannya adalah orang tua, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, merupakan maksimal lulusan SMA, tidak bekerja, dan belum menikah merasa pelayanan yang mereka terima dari dokter sudah sesuai dengan prinsip pelayanan berpusat pada pasien. Kesimpulan Ditemukan terdapat perbedaan proporsi faktor sosio demografis dengan persepsi pasien tentang pelayanan berorientasi pasien di rumah sakit dan klinik wahana pendidikan Universitas Indonesia.

Introduction Patient-centered care (PCC) in healthcare is the best approach with optimal patient outcomes. In Indonesia, PCC has not been widely recognized in health care facilities. Patient perception can be a good indicator in evaluating the implementation of health services. Patient perception can be related to various factors, one of which is sociodemographic factors. Therefore, a study was conducted to study the relationship between sociodemographic factors and patients' perceptions of PCC, specifically in the educational health facility of Universitas Indonesia. Method This study used secondary data with a cross-sectional design on patient subjects who visited the Universitas Indonesia teaching hospital and clinic in January - February 2023. Subjects were adjusted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and then given questionnaires related to doctor-patient interactions that had been received. Subjects' answers were then analyzed using the Chi-square test and Fisher test to see the distribution of sociodemographic factor characteristics and their association with their perceptions of patient-oriented services performed by doctors. Results Of the 240 respondents, the distribution of characteristics with sociodemographic factors was obtained where more patients were adults, male, had a maximum education of high school graduates, were not working, and were not married. From the results of the questionnaire, it was found that patients who are children where the informants are the parents, male, are a maximum of high school graduates, not working, and not married feel that the services they receive from doctors are in accordance with the principles of patientcentred care. Conclusion It was found that there was a difference in the proportion of socio-demographic factors with patients' perceptions of patient-centred care at the University of Indonesia's teaching hospitals and clinics."

"Latar Belakang Pelayanan berorientasi pasien dianggap memiliki lebih banyak manfaat yang ditandai dengan hasil kesehatan yang lebih baik, kepuasan pasien yang lebih besar, serta pengurangan biaya kesehatan. Walaupun memiliki manfaat yang sangat besar dengan berbagai alasan, pendekatan ini belum banyak diterapkan pada negara berkembang salah satunya di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya evaluasi pada fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia untuk melihat apakah pelayanan berorientasi pasien telah diterapkan atau belum, salah satunya dengan melihat dari persepsi pasien. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi karakteristik pendekatan pelayanan berorientasi pasien pada sistem pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia, terkhusus pada fasilitas kesehatan Universitas Indonesia. Metode Studi ini akan menggunakan data sekunder hasil kuesioner dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional pada pasien di Rumah Sakit dan Klinik Wahana Pendidikan Universitas Indonesia yang berkunjung periode Januari - Februari 2023 sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusinya. Lalu akan dilakukan uji chi square dan fisher (jika tidak memenuhi syarat) untuk melihat hubungan antara faktor pelayanan kesehatan dengan persepsi pasien mengenai pelayanan berorientasi pasien. Hasil Penelitian ini melibatkan 240 responden dengan pasien yang melakukan kunjungan ke Klinik Makara, merupakan kunjungan pertama, kunjungan pertama, pelayanan ke dokter umum, serta mengunjungi poli umum secara signifikan lebih merasa bahwa mendapatkan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan pelayanan berorientasi pasien atau merasa lebih terbantu dan mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik dari dokter. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara faktor pelayanan kesehatan terhadap persepsi pasien tentang pelayanan berorientasi pasien di rumah sakit dan klinik wahana pendidikan Universitas Indonesia.

Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate health facilities in Indonesia to see whether patient-oriented services have been implemented or not, one of which is by looking at patient perceptions. Therefore, this research will explore the characteristics of a patient-oriented service approach in the health service system in Indonesia, especially at the X University health facilities. Method This study will use secondary data from questionnaires with a cross-sectional research design on patients at the Wahana Pendidikan Hospital and Clinic, University of X who visited the period January - February 2023 in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then chi square and Fisher tests will be carried out (if they do not meet the requirements) to see the relationship between health service factors and patient perceptions regarding patient-oriented services. Results This research involved 240 respondents with patients who visited the clinic, namely the first visit, first visit, service to a general practitioner, and visited a general polyclinic who were significantly more likely to feel that they received services that were in line with patient-oriented services or felt more helped and received better services. good from the doctor. "Latar belakang: Oral Health Literacy OHL adalah kemampuan individu untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya dengan menggunakan informasi kesehatan. Tingginya skor OHL menunjukkan baiknya kesadaran individu akan status kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya. Salah satu status penanda kebersihan gigi dan mulut adalah OHI-S. Saat ini masih sedikit penelitian tentang hubungan skor OHL dengan kebersihan mulut dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan skor OHL dengan faktor demografi dan skor OHI-S.
Metode: Penelitian potong lintang pada 99 responden lansia mandiri di Kota Depok menggunakan kuesioner Health Literacy in Dentistry HeLD-29 untuk menilai skor OHL dan pemeriksaan klinis untuk menilai skor OHI-S.
Hasil: 76 responden mengikuti penelitian ini memiliki rerata skor OHL adalah 2,53 0,85 dan rerata skor OHI-S adalah 2,8 1,10. Terdapat hubungan skor OHL dengan faktor demografi jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengeluaran per bulan p0,05.
Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara skor OHL dengan skor OHI-S, terdapat hubungan antara skor OHL dengan sebagian faktor demografi jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengeluaran per bulan , dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara skor OHI-S dengan faktor demografi.

Background: The Oral Health Literacy OHL is individual ability to improve their oral health status using health information. High OHL score usually represent individual awareness of their oral health status. Oral Hygiene Index simplified OHI S is a method to assess oral hygiene status. Nowadays, research on correlation between OHL score and oral hygiene and the influencing factors is still rare.
Purpose: To know the correlation between OHL score with demographic factors and OHI S score.
Methods: Cross sectional study was held in 99 independent elderly respondents in Depok using Health Literacy in Dentistry HeLD 29 questionnaires to assess OHL score and clinical examination to assess OHI S score.
Result: 76 respondents followed this research with OHL score mean 2.53 0.85 and OHI S score mean 2.8 1.10. There were correlations between OHL score with demographic factors such as gender, education level, and expenses per month p 0.05.
Conclusion: There were no correlation between OHL score with OHI S score, there were correlations between OHL score with some demographic factors gender, education level, and expense per month , and there were no correlations between OHI S score with demographic factors.
