"ABSTRAK
A successful project requires a convenient cost estimation. The fragmentary of a construction project starts with an imperfect cost analyze and estimation. This paper is discussing about the analyze of cost estimation with different methods, the study is conducted by two different cost estimation coefficient which is SNI Indonesian standard MPW Ministry of Public Work 2016, price journal DKI Jakarta 2017 and private contractor perspective Expert Judgment . The work of raft foundation is a construction project with repetitive work activities. In this research, there were two analyses, namely comparison the cost analysis Identifying aspects, which makes different in cost analyzing result. This writing will compare the analysis of construction costs for raft foundation that done in the field with the value of the contract, so in this paper we will see the difference of cost estimation based on Indonesia standard MPW 2016, price journal of DKI 2017 and expert judgment with contractor.X who complete this project. The analysis done in this research is to study the use of coefficient value or index and unit price and wage on a materials, tools and workers in cost analysis at raft foundation job. The method used is a case study conducted at the Pesona City Mall Project. The data collection done by collecting the documents, materials and labor, then analyzing the data. The analysis done by comparing the contract value on raft foundation job with the result of project cost analysis using MPW 2016, Journal DKI Jakarta price list and expert judgment. So that obtained comparison of Analysis of Construction Cost between contractors values with project cost based on MPW 2016, Journal 2017 DKI Jakarta and expert judgment to identify the method and aspects, which affect cost estimation. In result the cost estimation based on Expert judgment have lower price than MPW 2016 coefficient and Jakarta price list 2017, but still it is higher than contractor.X price.

"ABSTRAK
Prinsip metode Top-Down dapat disebut sebagai cara membangun besment terbalik dari metode konvensional. Metode ini memungkinkan proses produksi konstruksi yang dilakukan bersamaan antara upper structure dengan basement. Mengingat bahwa metode ini relatif masih baru di Indonesia, permasalahan yang timbul pada metode ini adalah belum banyaknya engineer yang berpengalaman dalam menerapkan metode ini dan bagaimana teknik pengendaliannya agar mencapai tujuan utama suatu proyek, yaitu : mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan proyek ; efisiensi biaya; dan memenuhi syarat teknis dan lingkungan proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey, analisa arsip, dan studi kasus pada proyek terkait dengan mengedepankan pada 5 unsur manajemen man, materiasl, money, method, machine dan environment proyek pembangunan basement pada Mall Pesona Square Depok dengan metode top-down. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan urutan aktivitas pekerjaan basement menggunakan metode topdown, faktor-faktor risiko utama apa saja, dan bagaimana cara merespon risiko tersebut pada proyek Mall Pesona Square Depok untuk meningkatkan kinerja jadwal dan biaya proyek.

ABSTRACT
The principle of the Top Down method can be termed as a way of building upside inverse of conventional methods. This method enables concurrent construction production process between upper structure and basement. Given that this method is relatively new in Indonesia, the problem that arises in this method is not yet many experienced engineers in applying this method and how the control techniques to achieve the main objectives of a project, namely speed up the project implementation time Cost efficiency And meet the technical and environmental requirements of the project. This research is conducted by survey method, archive analysis, and case study on the project related to priority on 5 management element man, materiasl, money, method, machine and environment of basement development project at Pesona Square Depok Mall with top down method. This study will generate a sequence of basement work activities using topdown methods, any major risk factors, and how to respond to those risks at the Pesona Square Mall project to improve project schedule performance and project costs."

"Kehadiran sosok public relations dibutuhkan oleh banyak perusahaan, sejalan dengan salah satu fungsinya yang bertanggung jawab dalam membantu perusahaan memiliki citra dan reputasi yang baik di mata khalayaknya.  Citra yang positif dapat memberi berbagai dampak yang menguntungkan pada perusahaan. Mall Pesona Square yang baru berdiri selama kurang lebih satu tahun tentu membutuhkan jasa public relations guna membangun citra yang positif sedini mungkin. Upaya public relations diciptakan melalui berbagai rancangan strategi humas yang kemudian diterapkan oleh Mall Pesona Square. Strategi ini dibentuk melalui empat tahapan proses yang mencakup defining problems, planning and programming, taking action, dan evaluating the program. Strategi kemudian dikelompokkan ke dalam tujuh jenis di antaranya publications, event, news, community involvement, inform, lobbying, serta social responsibility. Dalam implementasinya, Mall Pesona Square berhasil menggunakan seluruh tujuh jenis strategi dalam upaya membangun citra positif.  Strategi yang paling dianggap positif oleh khalayak yaitu strategi inform di mana Mall Pesona Square menjadi satu-satunya mall di Kota Depok yang mengumandangkan adzan ketika memasuki waktu sholat bagi umat islam.

"Masyarakat dirasa sulit untuk menghindari bepergian ke mal karena telah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup. Tak heran bila industri mal tumbuh subur dari tahun ke tahun. Agar tetap bertahan dalam industri ini, pengelola mal berlomba lomba untuk mendatangkan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor apa yang menjadi pengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Variabel independen yang diujikan adalah mall awareness dan mall image. Mall image mempunyai 6 dimensi yaitu convenience, overall environment, general appearance, employees behavior, perceived product quality, and self congruity. Dependen variabel yang diujikan adalah mall loyalty.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebar 100 kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mall awareness, convenience, overall environment dan self congruity mempengaruhi mall loyalty. Dengan demikian maka 3 demensi lainnya yaitu perceived product quality, employees behavior and general appearance tidak berpengaruh terhadap mall loyalty.

Visiting mall has become a part of indonesian lifestyle. This business grows rapidly year by year. Thus, mall operators has to attract customers to their mall in order to make the mall exist. This research?s goal is try to understand the antecedents of mall loyalty. The independent variables tested are mall awareness and mall image while the dependent variable is mall loyalty. Mall image has 6 dimensions. Those are: convenience, overall environment, general appearance, employees behavior, perceived product quality, and self congruity.
This research is using quantitative approach. 100 Questionaires were collected. As a result mall awareness affects mall loyalty while half of six dimensions from mall image, which is convenience, overall environment and self congruity also affecting mall loyalty. Thus the other half : perceived product quality, employees behavior and general appearance are not affecting mall loyalty.

"Bahan bakar merupakan suatu kebutuhan primer pada masyarakat Indonesia. Pada umumnya, masyarakat Indonesia memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar untuk rumah tangga dengan menggunakan bahan bakar yang berasal dari minyak bumi yaitu gas LPG. Karena cadangan minyak bumi Indonesia terus mengalami penurunan, maka sudah waktunya untuk menggunakan gas kota sebagai sumber bahan bakar yang berasal dari gas alam. Hal ini dikarenakan jumlah cadangan gas alam Indonesia yang masih banyak. Meskipun demikian, sistem distribusi gas kota ke perumahan masih sangat minim khususnya masalah infrastruktur. Padahal gas kota memiliki lebih banyak keuntungan dari bahan bakar yang berasal dari minyak bumi. Oleh karena itu, dalam studi ini akan dirancang perpipaan distribusi gas untuk perumahan sebagai salah satu langkah awal pembangunan infrastruktur sistem distribusi gas kota. Studi kasus yang akan dilakukan mengambil studi kasus di perumahan pesona kayangan estat yang terletak di kota Depok.
Perancangan diawali dengan menghitung kebutuhan gas kota. Selanjutnya, dibuat beberapa rute alternatif dan disimulasikan menggunakan piranti lunak fluid flow. Hasil rancangan berupa desain jaringan, proses instalasi dan konstruksi, tekanan operasi, pipa dan komponen penunjang yang dibutuhkan. Untuk menentukan kelayakan sistem jaringan distribusi ini maka dilakukan perhitungan investasi yang akan dibutuhkan.

Fuel is a primary need for Indonesian people. In general, Indonesian fulfils their household need of fuel by using petroleum based fuel, one of them is the LPG. Because Indonesia's petroleum reserve slightly decline, city gas should be considered to be used as a natural gas based fuel. It is also caused by Indonesia's plenty of natural gas reserve. Somehow, the problem is that the lack of its distribution system to residential costumer. In fact, city gas is more advantegous than those from petroleum based fuel, such as LPG. In order to that, city gas piping system in residence will be designed as a first step of city gas infrastructure development. This time, pesona kayangan estat located in Depok will be chosen as our residential model.
The design is begun with calculating how much is costumer's need of city gas. Then, several alternative routes will be constructed and simulated using fluid flow software. After that, the design turns out to be the network design, installation and construction process, operation pressure, pipe and its supporting component. Finally, capital investment is calculated to determine wheter this distribution network system will be valuable or not economically.

"Parkir merupakan salah satu elemen dalam bidang transportasi. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, parkir adalah keadaan kendaraan berhenti atau tidak bergerak untuk beberapa saat dan ditinggalkan oleh pengemudinya. Keberadaan tempat parkir sering menimbulkan efek negatif terhadap kondisi lalu lintas, antara lain adalah pembangunan fasilitas parkir off street yang tidak memenuhi kebutuhan parkir pada lokasi tersebut. Supply dari lahan parkir sering tidak menemui demand. Masalah berikutnya adalah dalam pencarian parkir. Pada beberapa penelitian mengatakan bahwa waktu mencari parkir dapat mencapai 15 menit Gantelet Lefauconnier, 2006 . Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan optimasi konfigurasi parkir serta faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi. Linear Programming digunakan untuk mengoptimasi konfigurasi yang paling optimal terhadap searching time dan walking distance.

Parking is one of the elements in the transportation. Based on UU No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation, parking is a state of a stop or stationary vehicle for a while and left by the driver. The existence of parking places often causes negative effects on traffic conditions, among others is the construction of off street parking facilities that do not meet the needs of parking at that location. Supply from parking lots often does not meet demand. The next problem is in parking search. In some studies, It says that parking search time can reach 15 minutes Gantelet Lefauconnier, 2006 . Therefore it is necessary to optimise the parking configuration as well as other factors that affect. Linear Programming is used to optimise the most optimal configuration of searching time and walking distance."

"Skripsi ini membahas perubahan-perubahan peraturan gaya gempa dari SNI 03-1726-1989 menjadi SNI 03-1726-2002. Perubahan peraturan tersebut diaplikasikan ke dalam perhitungan untuk bangunan 10 lantai di daerah Ancol dan Depok. Kemudian hasil perhitungan dipakai untuk mendesain pondasi tiang pancang menurut jenis tanah masing-masing daerah. Desain pondasi tiang pancang tersebut direncanakan biaya konstruksinya, dari hasil tersebut bisa diketahui seberapa besar perbedaan peraturan gaya gempa tersebut dalam desain dan biaya konstruksi pondasi tiang pancang dilihat dari jenis tanah masing-masing daerah.

This final assignment discusses of changes in seismic building codes SNI 03-1726-1989 to SNI 03-1726-2002. Changes in seismic building codes applied to the calculation for the 10 floor building in Ancol and Depok. Then the results of calculations used to design the foundation piling according to soil type in each region. Pile foundation design is planned construction costs, the results could be known how much difference seismic building codes in the design and construction cost of the foundation piles of soil types seen in each region."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Manajemen Sekuriti Fisik di Emporium Pluit Mall Jakarta. Fokus penulisan tesis ini adalah bahwa pengamanan pusat perbelanjaan Emporium Pluit Mall menggunakan dua perusahaan alih daya (out sourcing) Kopkar APG dan PT. Metropolitan Jaya Sukses (Jakarta Security).. Sedangkan penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, wawancara tersturktur, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan pengamanan pusat di perbelanjaan Emporium Pluit Mall dilakukan oleh tenaga Satuan Pengamanan (Satpam) yang berasal dari tenaga Outsorcing Kopkar APG dan PT. Metropolitan Jaya Sukses (Jakarta Security). Kegiatan pengamanan yang dilakukan berlangsung selama 24 jam penuh, dan sistem pelaksanaannya berpedoman pada standar pengamanan baku yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen gedung.
Langkah-langkah kegiatan pengamanan antara lain : (1) penyusunan Rencana Kegiatan Pengamanan, yang disusun setiap tahun oleh chief security, (2) kegiatan koordinasi, (3) Kegiatan pengawasan,(4) Pelaporan dan Evaluasi, yaitu seluruh hasil kegiatan pengamanan yang telah dilakukan dalam bentuk: (a) laporan rutin; (b) Laporan berkala dan (c) Laporan penanganan kejadian kasus yang terjadi, (5) pengamanan Emporium Pluit Mall mendapatkan pengawasan dari Polsek Metro Penjaringan.
Implikasi yang dapat dilakukan (1) diperlukan suatu manajemen pengamanan fisik dan sistematik dan logis sesuai dengan kaidah organisasi pengamanan modern. (2) perlunya ketersediaan perlengkapan pengamanan yang sebaiknya dimanfaatkan secara optimal (3) penambahan jumlah peralatan keamanan yang tersedia saat ini (4) Peningkatan teknologi pengamanan fisik (5) peningkatan koordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian terutama Pos Polisi di sekitar Emporium Pluit Mall maupun Polsek Metro Penjaringan.

This thesis discusses the Physical Security Management at Emporium Pluit Mall Jakarta. The focus of this thesis is that the security of Emporium Pluit Mall shopping center using two outsourcing companies (out sourcing) Kopkar APG and PT. Success Metropolitan Jaya (Jakarta Security). This research is written using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, structured interviews, and literature. The results showed that activity in the shoppi center security Emporium Pluit Mall performed by trained security guards (guard) which is derived from the power outsorcing Kopkar APG and PT. Success Metropolitan Jaya (Jakarta Security). Security activities that do take place for 24 hours, and the system implementation is based on the basic security standards established by the building management.
Protective activity measures include: (1) preparation of Safety Action Plan, which is compiled every year by the chief of security, (2) the coordination of activities, (3) control activities, (4) Reporting and Evaluation, the entire results of the safeguards that have been done in the form of: (a) regular reports; (b) Periodic reports and (c) report the incident handling the case. (5) Emporium Pluit Mall security gain control of Police Metro Penjaringan.
Implications to do (1) required a systematic management and physical security and logical security in accordance with the rules of the modern organization. (2) the need for the availability of safety equipment that should be used optimally (3) increasing the number of security tools that are available today (4) Improvement of physical security technology (5) an increase in coordination with the police, especially around the Police Station and Emporium Pluit Mall Metro Police Sector Penjaringan.

"Pada pembangunan jalan raya di kota Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur, sering terjadi kenaikan biaya yang disebabkan oleh lemahnya sistem persediaan bahan, oleh karena itu perlu untuk meneliti faktor-faktor risiko dalam sistem persediaan bahan yang mempengaruhi kinerja biaya proyek. Penelitian yang dihasilkan menggunakan metode AHP menunjukkan bahwa ada 11 faktor risiko tinggi, 16 faktor risiko menengah, dan 26 faktor risiko rendah, yang kemudian di lakukan pencegahan dan tindakan korektif yang direkomendasikan oleh para ahli.

On highway construction in the city of East Nusa Tenggara Kupang, often occurs cost overruns that caused by weak of material inventory system, therefore it is necessary to research the risk factors in material inventory system that influences project cost performance. The research resulting using AHP method show that are 11 high risk factors, 16 medium risk factors, and 26 low risk factors, which then in the doing preventive and corrective actions that are recommended by experts."

"ABSTRAK
Dengan perubahan pola konsumsi dari masyarakat Indonesia yang mendorong konsumen lebih familiar dengan pembelanjaan secara online, salah satu dampak dari perubahan tersebut adalah pengurangan kunjungan pada mal dan pengurangan pembelian pada retailer yang berada di dalam mal. Pengelola mal dan retailer perlu mengetahui faktor faktor yang dianggap berpengaruh terhadap komitmen konsumen terhadap mal mulai dari culture, price perception, dan retail promotion. Metode purposive sampling dalam penelitian ini digunakan dengan menggunakan sample sebanyak 490 responden dengan menggunakan permodelan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor culture dan price perception dimediasi oleh retail promotion diketahui mempengaruhi tingkat komitmen konsumen terhadap mal.

ABSTRACT
With changes in consumption patterns from Indonesian society that encourage consumers to be more familiar with online spending, one of the effects of these changes is the reduction in visits to the mall and the reduction in purchases of retailers who are in the mall. Mall managers and retailers need to know the factors that are considered influential on consumer commitment to the mall ranging from culture, price perception, and retail promotion. The purposive sampling method in this study was used by using a sample of 490 respondents using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM). The results of this study indicate that culture and price perception factors mediated by retail promotion are known to influence the level of consumer commitment to the mall."
