"Wanita yang menjadi istri anggota TNI dihadapkan pada perubahan status dan peran yang kompleks. Peran ini mencakup sebagai ibu, istri, pekerja dan anggota organisasi PIA Ardhya Garini. Seiring bertambahnya peran maka telah menciptakan sumber stres bagi istri. Tujuan dari pemberian intervensi ini adalah untuk menurunkan tingkat stres terkait multi peran dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen stres yang dapat membantu istri mengelola stresnya.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengacu kepada Pelatihan Manajemen Stres Dengan Model Terintegrasi oleh Saul Neves de Jesus et al 2014 yang menggunakan bentuk intervensi kelompok dan telah disesuaikan bagi partisipan penelitian. Intervensi dilaksanakan enam sesi yang masing-masing berlangsung 90 menit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuasi eksperimental, before-after study design terhadap 4 partisipan yang mengalami stres terkait multi peran. Partisipan mengalami stres terkait multi peran yang berdampak pada fisik, emosional, dan perilakunya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi manajemen stres efektif menurunkan tingkat stres partisipan. Namun manajemen stres belum secara efektif menurunkan tingkat stres pada partisipan N. Secara umum partisipan berhasil mengidentifikasi sumber stres terkait multi perannya, dampak stres dan kemampuan pemilihan coping yang tepat mengatasi stres melalui ketrampilan relaksasi, restrukturisasi kognitif, dan menentukan skala prioritas untuk mengatasi stresnya.

Women who become wives of TNI members are faced with complex status and role changes. This role includes as a mother, wife, worker and member of the PIA Ardhya Garini organization. As the role increases it has created a source of stress for the wife. The purpose of this intervention is to reduce the level of stress associated with multi role by improving stress management skills that can help the wife manage her stress.
The study was conducted with reference to the Stress Management Training Model Integrated by Saul Neves de Jesus et al 2014 using a group intervention form and was adapted for the study participants. Intervention held six sessions each lasting 90 minutes. This study used quasi experimental research design, before after study design on 4 participants who experienced stress related multi role. Participants experience stress related multi role that impact on physical, emotional, and behavior.
The results showed that stress management interventions effectively decreased participants 39 stress levels. However, stress management has not been effective in reducing stress levels in N participants. In general, participants have identified the sources of stress related to their multiple roles, the impact of stress and coping skills that appropriately deal with stress through relaxation skills, cognitive restructuring, and determining priority scales to cope with stress.

"Latar Belakang: Pilot TNI AU terdiri dari korp tempur, helikopter dan transport merupakan salah satu profesi dengan tingkat stres yang tinggi. Pilot tempur mengalami g-force yang tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan perubahan lingkungan penerbangan meliputi perubahan tekanan udara, suplai oksigen, suhu dan percepatan yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan sendi temporomandibula atau Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) pada pilot. Penelitian mengenai hubungan stres dengan TMD, serta bruxism sebagai respon terhadap stres dan keausan gigi sebagai akibat bruxism terhadap TMD di pilot TNI AU belum pernah dilakukan di Indonesia.
Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara stres, bruxism dan keausan gigi terhadap TMD pada pilot transport dan tempur TNI AU.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional pada 50 pilot tempur dan 50 pilot transport TNI AU. Setiap subjek dilakukan pemeriksaan klinis menggunakan formulir Axis I DC/TMD untuk menentukan diagnosa TMD dan menggunakan kriteria identik untuk mengukur keausan gigi. Setelah itu setiap subjek mengisi kuesioner bruxism dari American Academy of Sleep Medicine dan kuesioner stres emosional dari indeks etiologi TMD.
Hasil Penelitian: Uji mann-whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara stres dengan TMD pada pilot transport (p = 0.018) dan pilot tempur (p = 0.010). Uji mann-whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara bruxism dengan TMD pada pilot transport (p = 0.000) dan pilot tempur (p = 0.000). Uji mann-whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara keausan gigi dengan TMD pada pilot transport (p = 0.000) dan pilot tempur (p = 0.000).
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara stres dengan TMD pada pilot TNI AU baik pilot transpor maupun pilot tempur.

Background: Indonesian Air Force pilots consists of fighter and transport corp are one of the professions with high levels of stress. Fighter pilots experience high g-force. This is due to changes in the aviation environment including changes in barometric pressure, oxygen supply, temperature and acceleration which can cause Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) on pilot. The study analyzing the association between stress and TMD, as well as bruxism in response to stress and tooth wear as a result of bruxism against TMD in Indonesian Air Force pilots has never been conducted in Indonesia.
Objective: Analyzing the relationship between stress, bruxism and tooth wear with TMD in transport pilots and fighter pilots of Indonesian Air Force.
Method: This cross sectional study assessed the data of 50 transport pilots and 50 fighter pilots of Indonesian Air Force. Subject performed a clinical examination using the Axis I DC/TMD form to determine the diagnosis of TMD and used identical criteria to measure tooth wear. After that each subject fills the bruxism questionnaire from American Academy of Sleep Medicine and emotional stress questionnaire from the TMD etiology index.
Result: Mann-whitney test showed significant differences between stress and TMD in transport pilot (p = 0.018) and fighter pilot (p = 0.010). Mann-whitney test showed significant differences between bruxism with TMD in transport pilot (p = 0.000) and fighter pilot (p = 0.000). Mann-whitney test showed significant differences between tooth wear and TMD in transport pilot (p = 0.000) and fighter pilot (p = 0.000).
Conclusion: Stress was associated with TMD in Indonesian Air Force Pilot both transport pilot and fighter pilot."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pemberian teknik terapi Cognitive Behavioral Stress Management (CBSM) dalam mengurangi tingkat stres pada istri dalam hubungan commuter marriage. Proses screening awal dilakukan dengan cara memberikan Marital Taxon Self-Report Measure dan Life Distress Inventory (LDI), serta wawancara pada istri dalam hubungan commuter marriage yang berminat mengikuti proses screening. Setelah screening,dilakukan terpilihlah tiga orang partisipan yang memenuhi kriteria partisipan penelitian dan bersedia mengikuti mengikuti sesi CBSM sebanyak 7 kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group before-after study, dimana peneliti melihat perubahan skor partisipan saat pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kuantitatif dan kualitatif dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CBSM terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat stres pada istri dalam hubungan commuter marriage.

This study is aim to evaluate the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Stress Management in reducing stress among wife in commuter marriage relationship. Researcher used Marital Taxon Self-Report Measure and Life Distress Inventory and brief interview in screening process. Through screening process, researcher got three participants who was willing to attend seven sessions of CBSM. Researcher used before-after study design to find out if CBSM could reduce stress. Results suggest that CBSM is effective to reduced stress for wife in commuter marriage relationship.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas pemberian intervensi manajemen stres untuk mengurangi stres pada mahasiswa yang terlambat menyelesaikan skripsi. Intervensi ini terdiri dari lima sesi dengan berbagai macam teknik di dalamnya. Teknik-teknik yang digunakan adalah relaksasi progresif, psikoedukasi mengenai coping yang efektif, manajemen waktu, dan restrukturisasi kognitif. Partisipan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga mahasiswa yang belum menyelesaikan skripsi lebih dari dua semester. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale PSS dan kuesioner stres skripsi, serta secara kualitatif menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi untuk melihat perbedaan kondisi partisipan sebagai hasil dari intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan tingkat stres dan kemajuan dalam pengerjaan skripsi yang mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi efektif membantu partisipan untuk mengurangi stres.

The aim of this research was to examine the effectiveness off stress management for reducing stress in undergraduate students who are late in completing their thesis. There were five sessions in which involved several different techniques of stress management. The techniques used were progressive relaxation, psychoeducation about effective coping, time management, and cognitive restructurisation. There were three undergraduate students who hasn rsquo t finish their thesis more then two semesters. Data collection was through both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method used Perceived Stress Scale PSS and Questionnaire about thesis stress. On the other hand, qualitative method used observation and interview to collect additional information from participants. Pretest and posttest were assessed in order to investigate the differences that occur on the stress. It was found through the posttest that there wete decreased levels of stress and also progress in their thesis.

"[ABSTRAK
Besarnya jumlah wanita bekerja di DKI Jakarta saat ini menunjukan bahwa para
wanita saat ini memegang banyak peran dalam hidupnya. Semakin banyak peran yang
dipegang meningkatkan resiko para wanita untuk mengalami role overload dan distres.
Distres yang dialami seseorang diketahui memiliki dampak negatif pada diri dan
lingkungannya. Wanita multiperan yang mengalami distres tidak hanya merugikan dirinya
sendiri, tetapi juga berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi perkembangan bayi,
konflik dengan pasangan, keluarga, rekan kerja, hingga orangtua. Telah diketahui bahwa
pemberian intervensi menggunakan teknik manajemen stres menjadi salah satu alternatif
untuk membantu mengelola stres yang dialami oleh para wanita yang memiliki anak.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memodifikasi teknik manajemen stres LivingSMART dan
menggunakan bentuk intervensi kelompok. Tujuan dari pemberian intervensi ini adalah
untuk memberikan teknik-teknik yang dapat membantu proses penyesuaian emosional dan
menurunkan tingkat distres para wanita multiperan, khususnya pada ibu bekerja dalam
periode postpartum. Program manajemen stres LivingSMART yang telah dimodifikasi
kemudian dinamakan ?Stress Management Program for New Moms?. Program ini
dilaksanakan selama lima sesi mingguan yang masing-masing berlangsung selama 90
menit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi manajemen stres dapat
memberikan dampak positif pada para partisipan, seperti meningkatkan kemampuan
mengenali stresor dan mengenali reaksi stres yang dialami, menurunkan tingkat stres, serta
meningkatkan kemampuan penggunaan teknik relaksasi, meditasi, dan visual imagery

currently hold many roles in their life. It increases the risk of women to experience role
overload and distress. Distress experienced by an individual known to have some negative
impacts on themselves and their environment. Multiple role women experiencing distress
not only hurt themselves, but also potentially harm the development of the baby, causing
conflicts with their partner, family, co-workers, and also their parents and in-laws. It is
known that the administration of the intervention using stress management techniques
became one of the alternatives to help manage stress experienced by women who have
children. This thesis was carried out by modifying the LivingSMART stress management
techniques and was using group intervention. The purpose of this intervention is to provide
techniques that can help the process of emotional adjustment and to reduce the distress
levels of multiple role women, in particular on working mothers in the postpartum period.
LivingSMART stress management program that has been modified, then called "Stress
Management Program for New Moms". The program is implemented for five weekly
sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. These results indicate that stress management
interventions have some positive impacts on the participants, such as improving the ability
to identify and recognize the stressors experienced stress reactions, reducing stress levels,

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas kecemasan yang dialami siswa Sekolah Terjun Bebas Tempur TNI Angkatan Udara (TBT TNI) sebagai dasar intervensi dengan teknik-teknik terapi restrukturisasi kognitif dan relaksasi autognenik untuk mengatasi kecemasan mereka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan quasi experimental terhadap 3 orang siswa TBT yang mengalami permasalahan kecemasan dalam mengikuti pendidikan terjunnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan subjek mengalami kecemasan yang ditandai dengan adanya keyakinan, pemikiran dan persepsi yang tidak tepat dan bersifat negatif. Akibatnya subyek mengalami keterhambatan dalam penampilan diri dan kemampuan mereka dalam mengikuti pendidikan terjunnya serta menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan dan ketidak percayaan dalam diri mereka. Untuk mengatasi masalah kecemasan yang dialami siswa peterjun tersebut dipilih intervensi dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik terapi restrukturisasi kognitif dan relaksasi autogenik yang diberikan dalam bentuk intervensi kelompok dan individual. Manfaat intervensi yang dirasakan subjek adalah, memperoleh pemahaman baru yang lebih positif, merubah penilaian/keyakinan/pemikiran yang tidak tepat menjadi lebih tepat dan perubahan tingkah laku dalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan serta memperoleh insight dari proses sharing yang dilakukan di dalam proses intervensi kelompok. Selanjutnya diharapkan intervensi dengan menggunakan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif dan relaksasi autogenik tersebut dapat diterapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan Terjun Bebas Tempur Angkatan Udara sejak awal praktek terjun pendidikan untuk membantu siswa menghadapi situasi/peristiwa yang menimbulkan kecemasan.

ABSTRACT
This thesis explores anxiety experienced by the students of Air Force School of Free Fall Combat (TBT TNI) as a basis of intervention with a technique of cognitive restructuring and relaxation autogenic therapy to overcome their anxiety. This research is an experimental research with the approach of quasi experimentalto 3 students TBT that has anxiety issues during their educational terms. The results shows the subject experienced anxiety
characterized by the beliefs, thought and perception which is not entirely correct and negative.Consequently, subject experienced severe limitation in their performance and their capacity to follow through their study and create an effect of discomfort and appear with insufficient self confident. Responses emerged are anxiety and tension accompanied by faster heart beat, muscle tension, nervousness, confusion, hard to concentrate and lack of selfcontrol while in the air.To overcome the anxiety problems faced by this particular student selected intervention used was the cognitive restructuring therapy and autogenic relaxation in the form of group and individual intervention. Intervension benefits for the subject are new positive understanding, conversion of values/beliefs/perception, behavioral changes in dealing with challenges and at the same the subject gains insights from the sharing process in the group intervension. "Stres menjadi masalah fisiologis dan psikologis yang mengkhawatirkan bagi mahasiswa, terutama ketika mengalami masalah komunikasi dengan orang tua dalam budaya Asia yang kurang asertif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh intervensi komunikasi berbasis empati dalam mengurangi tingkat stres pada mahasiswa yang memiliki masalah komunikasi dengan orang tua. Penelitian quasi-eksperimental dilakukan pada 8 mahasiswa berusia 18-29 tahun dengan mengukur tingkat stres menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), tingkat empati dengan Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), dan kepuasan hidup dengan Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Hasil analisis repeated measures ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres menurun secara signifikan (F(1.17,8.23) = 7.87, p = .02, ?2 = .53) dan kepuasan hidup meningkat secara signifikan (F(2,14) = 8.52, p = .004 , ?2 = 0,54) setelah intervensi, sementara tingkat empati tidak mengalami perubahan signifikan (F(2,14) = 0,96, p = 0,408, ?2 = 0,12). Data kualitatif menunjukkan partisipan lebih memahami perspektif orang tua dan mampu mengelola emosi dengan lebih baik saat berkomunikasi. Intervensi komunikasi berbasis empati dapat dipertimbangkan menjadi pendekatan untuk mengatasi stres pada mahasiswa yang memiliki masalah komunikasi dengan orang tua.

Stress poses concerning physiological and psychological issues for college students, particularly when they encounter communication problems with their parents, especially in the less assertive Asian cultural context. This research aims to assess the impact of empathy-based communication intervention on reducing stress levels among students facing communication challenges with their parents. A quasi-experimental study was conducted on 8 students aged 18-29, measuring stress levels using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), empathy levels with the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), and life satisfaction using the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) before and after the intervention. Results from the repeated measures ANOVA analysis indicated a significant reduction in stress levels (F(1.17,8.23) = 7.87, p = .02, ?2 = .53) and a significant increase in life satisfaction (F(2,14) = 8.52, p = .004 , ?2 = 0.54) after the intervention, while empathy levels showed no significant change (F(2,14) = 0.96, p = 0.408, ?2 = 0.12). Qualitative data revealed participants' improved understanding of their parents' perspectives and enhanced emotional management during communication. Empathy-based communication intervention is feasible to alleviate stress in students facing communication challenges with their parents."

"ABSTRAK
Berbagai dampak psikologis yang dirasakan istri prajurit ketika ditinggal oleh suami bertugas ke daerah konflik bersenjata antara lain kecemasan, depresi, serta masalah dalam penyesuaian diri disebabkan munculnya pemikiran-pemikiran negatif, seperti ketakutan akan terjadi sesuatu yang buruk pada suami mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi dengan pendekatan kognitif perilaku dalam kelompok untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan istri prajurit Paskhas TNI AU saat ditinggal suami bertugas ke daerah konflik bersenjata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Masing-masing kelompok penelitian terdiri dari delapan orang yang didapat melalui purposive sampling. Partisipan dalam kelompok intervensi mengikuti tujuh sesi intervensi dalam bentuk kelompok dan satu kali sesi follow up. Sedangkan, partisipan kelompok kontrol tidak mendapatkan treatmen apapun. Namun, diberikan psikoedukasi pada akhir penelitian. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan data kuantitatif menggunakan alat ukur Hopkins Symptoms Checklist-25 HSCL-25 dan State Trait Anxiety Inventory STAI serta data kualitatif tentang perubahan kognisi dan perilaku dari partisipan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa intervensi menggunakan pendekatan kognitif perilaku dalam bentuk kelompok mampu menurunkan tingkat kecemasan istri prajurit Batalyon Komando 463 Paskhas TNI AU saat ditinggal suami bertugas ke daerah konflik bersenjata. Selain mampu melawan pikiran negatif yang muncul sebagai penyebab kecemasan, partisipan pada kelompok intervensi juga mampu merubah perilakunya menjadi lebih adaptif.

ABSTRACT
The psychological impacts of soldiers 39 wives when they are left by their husbands on duty to armed conflict areas include anxiety, depression, and problems of adjustment due to the emergence of negative thoughts, such as the fear of something bad happening to their husbands. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of intervention with behavioral cognitive approach in the group to reduce the anxiety level of the wife of Paskhas soldier when they are left by their husband to armed conflict area. This study is an quasi experimental research with pretest posttest nonequivalent control group design. Each study group consisted of eight people obtained through purposive sampling. Participants in the intervention group followed seven intervention sessions in the form of groups and one follow up session. Meanwhile, the control group participants did not get any treatments. However, psychoeducation was given at the end of the study. The analysis was conducted by comparing quantitative data using Hopkins Symptoms Checklist 25 HSCL 25 and State Trait Anxiety Inventory STAI measurements and qualitative data on cognitive and behavioral changes of participants before and after intervention. The results showed that the intervention using behavioral cognitive approach in the form of group could decrease the anxiety level of soldiers 39 wife in Battalion Command 463 Paskhas when they are left by their husband to area of armed conflict. In addition to fight negative thoughts that arise as a cause of anxiety, participants in the intervention group are also able to change their behavior becomes more adaptive. "

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dominan stres kerja pada karyawan non manajerial pada PT AstraZeneca Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner.
Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stress kerja karyawan non manajerial pada PT AstraZeneca Indonesia berada di kategori sedang, artinya karyawan non manajerial pada PT AstraZeneca Indonesia cukup memiliki stres kerja namun masih bisa diatasi apabila ada stres manajemen yang baik. Faktor-faktor dominan yang menyebabkan stres kerja karyawan non manajerial pada PT AstraZeneca Indonesia adalah waktu kerja yang menekan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, adanya jenjang karir yang sempit di perusahaan ini, tidak mendapat promosi kerja ke jabatan yang lebih tinggi dan tidak ikut berpartisipasinya karyawan non manajerial dalam pembuatan keputusan perusahaan.

Abstract
The purpose of this study to analyze the work stress levels and identify job stress dominant factors that causes stress non-managerial employees at PT AstraZeneca Indonesia. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive design. Data were collected through questionnaires.
The result of this study is that the level of job stress non-managerial employees at PT AstraZeneca Indonesia is in medium category, meaning that non-managerial employees at PT AstraZeneca Indonesia have enough job stress but can still be overcome if there is a good stress management. Dominant factors that cause job stress non-managerial employees at PT AstraZeneca Indonesia are the pressure of work time to complete the work, the existence of a narrow career path in this company, do not get a job promotion to higher position in this company and do not take non-managerial employees participation in corporate decision making.
