"The health values of exercise and eating are separately established as two independent pillars for human life. However, a substantial amount of evidence shows the physiological crosstalk by which exercise might be associated with hunger and satiety, as regulated by gut hormones. A single bout of exercise tends to suppress the blood levels of orexigenic acylated ghrelin (AG) and to increase the levels of anorectic hormones like peptide YY (PYY) and gluca-gon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). It was reported that, while sustained physical activity increases the drive to eat in the fasting state, this seems to be compensated by an improved satiety response to a meal through changes in the gut hormone systems. A few studies reported exercise-induced reductions in the neural responses to food-related cues in higher brain center networks involved in the attentional, emotional and cognitive functions. The present review introduces the latest research on the effects of various types of exercise on the neuroendocrine networks related to hunger, satiety, appetite, and responses to food-related cues, suggesting the physiological ratio¬nale for the linkage between exercise and eating in humans. Next, the possibilities of the brain science of exercise and eating for improvements in modem human health in various generational groups are discussed."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk bisa mengetahui lebih dalam mengenaipengaturan jaminan kesehatan, serta penyelenggaraan jaminan kesehatan untuk atletsepakbola di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode yuridis normatif, yaitudengan memperhatikan jaminan kesehatan atlet yang sudah ditanggung oleh klub.Karya ini mempunyai tujuan untuk bisa mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai pengaturanjaminan kesehatan dan proses penyelenggaraan jaminan kesehatan dalam keperluanatlet sepakbola. Pengaturan mengenai jaminan kesehatan untuk atlet sepakbola diaturdalam Undang-Undang Nomor 36 tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 tahun 1992 tentang Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja. Hasil penelitianini menunjukan bahwa dibutuhkannya pengawasan lebih untuk keseluruhan atlet diIndonesia.

ABSTRACTThe study was conducted to obtain further description of the arrangement inhealth insurance, and implementation of health guarantees for football athletes. Thisresearch was conducted with normative juridical method, namely taking into accountheatlh insurance of football?s players. This creation own the objective toacknowledging the regulations with the process in the coordination of the healthguarantees for athletes. Regulations for the health insurance namely the Law No. 36of 2009 about Health and the Law No. 3 of 1992 about The Workforce and SocialGurarantees. The result of this study indicate the supervision requirements forfootball?s players."

"Olahraga memegang peranan penting karena olahraga merupakan salahsatu komponen dari berbagai segi program rehabilitasi yang bertujuan memulihkan fungsi individu secara keseluruhan. Akhir-akhir ini program rehabilitas semakin populer tidak hanya dalam penanganan penyakit-penyakit tetapi juga dalam olahraga. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1. mengukur derajat peningkatan kekuatan otot tubuh setelah pemanasan 15 menit da dengan tanpa pemanasan 2. membandingkan perubahan peningkatan kekuatan pada beberapa otot tubuh tertentu setelah mengalami pemanasan 15 menit."

"Tesis ini membahas hubungan hasil pemeriksaan tujuh Functional Movement Screen (FMS) dengan kejadian cedera ekstremitas bawah pada Atlet Pusat Pelatihan Olahraga Pelajar Provinsi DKI. Pemeriksaan FMS dilakukan satu kali diawal pemeriksaan atlet. Setelah itu, peneliti melakukan pencatatan cedera ekstremitas bawah atlet yang terjadi dalam waktu tiga bulan dari awal pemeriksaan atlet. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara hasil tujuh pemeriksaan FMS dengan kejadian cedera ekstremitas bawah. Hasil ini diduga oleh penggunaan cut off yang lebih tinggi dan tidak dilakukan penilaian asimetri gerakan saat pemeriksaan FMS. Riwayat cedera sebelumnya dan lama berlatih memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan risiko cedera ekstremitas bawah/ Maka dari itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa perlu dilakukan modifikasi penilaian FMS yang lebih baik untuk menilai risiko cedera ekstremitas bawah.

This study focus on association between the result of seven examination of Functional Movement Screen (FMS) with incidence of lower extremity injuries on young athlete on Atlet Pusat Pelatihan Olahraga Pelajar Provinsi DKI. The examination of FMS was being carried once on the first examination of athlete. Next, the researcher recorded incidence of lower extremity injuries for the next three months after examination of FMS. This research is observational analitic study with cross sectional design. This study found that there was not statistically significant association between the result of seven examination of FMS with incidence of lower extremity injuries. This result was caused by usage of cut off point too high and didn’t evaluate asymmetry movement when screening FMS. History of injuries in the last 6 months and time exposure of training had significant association with lower extremity injuries. This study conclude that it is necessary to do modification in evaluation of FMS to determine risk of lower extremity injuries."
