"ABSTRAKThe inventory of Balinese ceremonial plants has been conducted in Petang Subdistrict, Badung Regency, Bali. There are 37 plant numbers consist of 36 species, 29 genera and 23 families. Seven species are new collections for Bali Botanic Garden. 75,68% part of collecting plants are used for the Dewa Yadnya ceremony, abaout 73% for the Manusia Yadnya, 48,65% for the Pitra Yadnya, 51,35% for the Bhuta Yadnya and 40,54% for the Rsi Yadnya Ceremony."

"Justicia gendarussa Burm.f (Acanthaceae) has potential used as medicinal and ornamental plant. Unfortunately, its potential is still limited in usage and cultivation. Biological, ecological usage and cultivation aspect, would be presented in order to introduce to people and conserve this species for sustainable use."

"ABSTRAKTropical rain forest such as Gunung Kawi protected forest in East Java is host of many wild plants that sometimes useful as medicinal plant. Species diversity of Gunung Kawi Protected Forest is relatively high. Based on two sampling transects i.e. 100 x 10 m, 80 plant species have been recorded. At least 27 species are noted as medicinal plants, but only 17 species were used by Kawi communities."

"ABSTRACTInventory of plant species was conducted in area surrounding Wamena Biologi Botanic Gardens in 2013. Observation and interview, completed with literature study was carried out to enrich our understanding about these species utilisation by local community. This study found 28 species grew in the surrounding area of Wamena Biologi Botanic Garden was utilized by local community in Wamena as foods, fuel, crafts and daily tools, house and fence construction, traditional medicines and antiseptics as well as ornamental plants."

"ABSTRACTThe genus Amydrium belongs to the Araceae family, consists of five species that is A. hainanense H.Li, Y.Shiao & S.L. Tseng, A. sinense (Engl.) H.Li, A. humile Schott, A. medium (Zoll. & Moritzi) Nicolson and A. zippelianum (Schott) Nicolson. The last three species are found in Indonesia whereas the first two species occurs in Vietnam and China. Amydrium humile is found restrictly in Sumatera and Malay Peninsula and considered rare in the wild due to habitat loss by human activities. Bearing no flowers on its climbing shoot A. humile is unique among other member of the genera. The species is collected from Regist 9B Seminung, Mount Lumbok Seminung Protected Forest, West Lampung Regency and cultivated in Bogor Botanic Gardens. "

"ABSTRAKSyzgium pycnanthum belongs to Myrtaceae family. This species is potential for oranmental plant because the flower and the fruit are very attractive and also the canopy structure looks interesting, especially for garden plant. Purwodadi Botanic Garden has collected some specimens of this species mostly from East Java."
