"ABSTRAKKesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan merupakan hal yang harus dipenuhi dalam mewujudkan pembentukan sumber daya yang baik. Dalam pelayanan kesehatan, obat menjadi salah satu komponen yang penting, sehingga pemerintah bertanggung jawab dalam menjamin ketersediaan obat bagi masyarakat. Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB adalah suatu pedoman cara pembuatan obat bagi suatu industri farmasi di Indonesia. CPOB bertujuan untuk menjamin obat diproduksi secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan serta sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Industri farmasi harus memiliki 3 tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab pada masing-masing bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu dari produksi sediaan farmasi sesuai dengan CPOB. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker dituntut untuk memliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Program Apoteker Universitas Indonesia mengadakan kerja sama dengan PT Aventis Pharma dalam rangka menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA . PT Aventis Pharma telah menerapkan setiap aspek CPOB dengan baik dan mengacu pada cGMP internasional, CPOB serta Kebijakan dan Panduan Mutu Sanofi Global. Selain itu, PT Aventis Pharma telah memaksimalkan peran Apoteker dengan baik pada posisi kunci.

ABSTRACTHealth is a basic human right and is a must to be fulfilled in realizing the establishment of a good resource. In the health service, drugs becomes one of the important components, so the government is responsible for ensuring the availability of drugs for the community. Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB is a guideline for drug manufacturing for a pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. The CPOB aims to ensure that drugs are produced consistently, meet the requirements set out as well as in accordance with their intended use. The pharmaceutical industry must have 3 three pharmacists in charge of each area of quality assurance, production, and quality control of pharmaceutical production in accordance with the CPOB. Therefore, Pharmacists are required to possess knowledge and skills in performing pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Apothecary Profession Program of Universitas Indonesia has established a partnership with PT Aventis Pharma in order to organize internship of Apotechary students. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of CPOB well and refers to the international cGMP, CPOB as well as the Sanofi Global Quality Policy and Guidelines. In addition, PT Aventis Pharma has maximized the role of Pharmacist well in key positions."

Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan Juli-Agustus 2017 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Kualifikasi Sistem HVAC (Heating Ventilation And Air Conditioning) di Area Laboratorium Mikrobiologi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesesuaian parameter kualifikasi HVAC di laboratorium mikrobiologi dengan CPOB. Secara umum, PT. Abbott Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran tugas wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi

Abbott Indonesia Period July-August 2017 aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is Qualification of HVAC (Ventilation Heating and Air Conditioning) System in the Microbiology Laboratory. The purpose of this special assignment is analyze the suitability parameters of HVAC qualifications in the microbiology laboratory with the GMP. In general, PT. Abbott Indonesia has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles duties insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy"

Mendapatkan Sediaan Farmasi yang sehat sesuai dengan kebutuhan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan demi terjaminnya masyarakat yang sehat. Industri farmasi yang merupakan Fasilitas Produksi Sediaan Farmasi mendukung upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan. Industri Farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan CPOB, yang bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker dituntut untuk memliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Program profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Aventis Pharma untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA . Laporan pkpa ini dibuat sebagai hasil pembelajaran selama PKPA di industri farmasi. Pharmaceutical Preparations according to the needs of the human rights and welfare of one of the elements that must be realized for the sake of ensuring the healthy society. The pharmaceutical industry is a Production Facility for Pharmaceutical Preparations, support efforts to improve health services. Pharmaceutical industry must meet the requirements of GMP, which aims to ensure the drugs are made consistently, and meet the requirements set in accordance with the intended use. Therefore, pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge and skills in performing work in the pharmaceutical industry pharmacy. Pharmacist Profession Program, University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT Aventis Pharma to hold Internship of Apothecary. Internship report was made as a result of learning during internship in the pharmaceutical industry. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of GMP and refers to international GMP, GMP, as well as the Policy and Quality Manual. And also, PT Aventis Pharma has been maximizing the role of pharmacists in key positions."

"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant Periode Bulan Juli-Agustus Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas serta tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk nantinya melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, serta dapat memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB , dan memiliki gambaran nyata terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus terkait ldquo;Management of Quality Assurance Agreemenst rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini untuk memahami proses pembuatan dokumen Quality Assurance Agreements dalam kerjasama antara pihak PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant dengan supplier atau manufacturer bahan baku. Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant Period July-August 2017 was intended to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, to earn knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work field in the Pharmaceutical Industry, also to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP , and experiencing the real picture of pharmaceutical jobs in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant was conducted for two months with special assignment about ldquo;Management of Quality Assurance Agreements rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to comprehend the process in the making of Quality Assurance Agreements document with in the collaboration between PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant and supplier or manufacturer of materials. In general, PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have gained the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy.
