"Banyaknya tuntutan akademis mahasiswa dapat memunculkan rasa malas untuk segera memulai mengerjakan maupun menyelesaikannya. Menunda untuk segera mengerjakan tugas akademis disebut dengan prokrastinasi akademis. Dari berbagai faktor penyebab, penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kepribadian Big Fivedan self-efficacy for self-regulated learning SESRL terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi akademis pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Instrumen yang akan digunakan adalah Academic Procrastination Scale APS oleh McCloskey dan Scielzo 2015 untuk mengukur prokrastinasi akademis, Mini International Personality Item Pool ndash; Five Factor Model Mini-IPIP oleh Donnellan, Oswald, Baird, dan Lucas 2006 untuk mengukur faktor kepribadian Big Five, dan Self-Efficacy for Self-Regulated Learning Scale SESRLC oleh Gredler dan Schwartz 1997 untuk mengukur SESRL. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 400 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia 310 perempuan, 90 laki-laki: M= 20.14.
Melalui teknik statistik multiple regression, diketahui bahwa faktor kepribadian conscientiousness, extraversion, opennessto experience dan SESRL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademis R2= 0.339, F 1,400 = 35.178, p< 0.05 . Di sisi lain, faktor kepribadian neuroticism dan agreeableness ditemukan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa individu yang memiliki disiplin diri yang tinggi dan yakin untuk mampu melakukan regulasi diri memiliki kecenderungan yang rendah untuk melakukan prokrastinasi akademis, sedangkan individu yang mudah terdistraksi oleh kegiatan bersosialisasi atau mudah terdistraksi untuk melakukan kegiatan yang baru ditemukan mudah menunda tugas akademisnya. Hasil penelitian memperkuat argumentasi pentingnya mahasiswa untuk beradaptasi dengan kehidupan akademis sesuai dengan kepribadiannya dan yakin akan kemampuannya untuk dapat melakukan regulasi diri dalam proses pembelajaran agar menghindari dari perilaku prokrastinasi akademis.

The number of academic tasks can make students reluctant to immediately start working on and finish the tasks. The phenomenon of postponement of academic task is called academic procrastination. From various factors, this research aims to discover the effect of Big Five personality factors and self efficacy for self regulated learning SESRL on academic procrastination in University of Indonesia rsquo s student. The instruments used are the Academic Procrastination Scale APS by McCloskey and Scielzo 2015 to measure academic procrastination, Mini International Personality Item Pools Five Factor Models Mini IPIP by Donnellan, Oswald, Baird, and Lucas 2006 to measure Big Five personality factors, and Self Efficacy for Self Regulated Learning Scale SESRLC constructed by Gredler and Schwartz 1997 to measure SESRL. The study participants amounted to 400 students 310 women, 90 men M 20.14.
The statistical techniques multiple regression indicated that conscientiousness, extraversion, openness to experience and SESRL have a significant effect on academic procrastination R2 0.339, F 1,400 35.178, p 0.05 . On the other hand, neuroticism and agreeableness found to have no significant effect. Individuals who have high self discipline and are confident to be able to self regulate have a lower tendency to procrastinate their academic tasks, whereas individuals who are easily distracted by socializing or with new activities to perform will easily delay their academic assignment. This study strengthens the importance for students to adapt to academic life in accordance with their personality and to be confident of their ability to self regulate their learning process to avoid academic procrastination.

"PPDB sistem zonasi Jakarta bertujuan untuk pemerataan akses pendidikan sejak 2017, namun masih menimbulkan kontroversi karena menyebabkan siswa memilih sekolah yang tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik mereka. Ketidaksesuaian ini bisa memengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dan motivasi akademik siswa SMA Negeri yang terdampak PPDB sistem zonasi Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik convenience sampling. Sebanyak 881 siswa dengan rentang usia 14-19 tahun yang berdomisili di Jakarta menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan statistik menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson dengan alat ukur General Self Efficacy Scale Versi Indonesia dan Academic Motivation Scale - Short Indonesia Language Version menunjukkan hubungan signifikan (r = 0.247, p < 0.001) antara efikasi diri dan motivasi akademik siswa setelah PPDB sistem zonasi Jakarta. Implikasi penelitian adalah pentingnya untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri pada siswa agar motivasi akademik mereka tetap terjaga.

Jakarta's PPDB zoning system has aimed at equalizing access to education since 2017, but still causes controversy because it causes students to choose schools that do not suit their characteristics. This mismatch can affect student motivation in learning. This research explores the relationship between self-efficacy and academic motivation of state high school students affected by the Jakarta PPDB zoning system. This research uses a correlational method and sampling using convenience sampling techniques. A total of 881 students aged 14-19 years who live in Jakarta were participants in this research. The results of statistical calculations using the Pearson correlation technique with the General Self Efficacy Scale Indonesian Version and Academic Motivation Scale - Short Indonesian Language Version measurement tools show a significant relationship (r = 0.247, p < 0.001) between students' self-efficacy and academic motivation after the Jakarta zoning system PPDB. The implication of the research is that it is important to increase students' self-efficacy so that their academic motivation is maintained."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran mindfulness dan academic self-efficacy terhadap resiliensi pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 213 orang dari seluruh fakultas yang ada di Universitas Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan antara lain Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, College Academic Self-Efficacy Scale CASES, dan Connor Davidson Richardson Resilience Scale CD-RISC. Melalui simple regression, diperoleh hasil bahwa mindfulness dan academic self-efficacy berperan terhadap resiliensi pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia R= 0.153, p < 0.01; = 0.023, R= 0.340, p < 0.001; = 0.116. Individu yang mindful memiliki kemampuan coping yang baik melalui self-regulation dan kemampuan self-regulation dapat membuat individu mempertahankan kesehatan psikologisnya. Ketika individu mampu untuk mempertahankan kesehatan psikologisnya maka individu mampu untuk mengatasi stres yang dialami, hal tersebut menandakan individu memiliki resiliensi. Kemudian, academic self-efficacy akan membantu individu untuk mengembangkan rasa menghargai diri yang akan mempengaruhi kemampuan individu dalam menghadapi rintangan yang dialami.

The purpose of this study was to see the role of mindfulness and academic self efficacy towards resilience among undergraduate students in Universitas Indonesia. Respondents of this study are 213 from all majors in Universitas Indonesia. Instruments used in this study are Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, College Academic Self Efficacy Scale CASES, and Connor Davidson Richardson Resilience Scale CD RISC. "Peran wanita saat ini semakin luas, karena tidak hanya bertanggungjawab dalam keluarga, namun juga turut berperan aktif dalam bekerja. Perencanaan untuk memiliki peran yang seimbang antara keduanya tidak lepas dari antisipasi munculnya konflik antar peran atau yang disebut dengan antisipasi konflik kerja-keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek trait kepribadian dan self efficacy work-family conflict terhadap antisipasi konflik kerja-keluarga pada wanita. Penelitian nonexperimental ini menggunakan anticipated work-family conflict scale untuk mengukur AWFC, Big Five Inventory untuk mengukur trait kepribadian dan work-family conflict self efficacy scale untuk mengukur work-family conflict self efficacy. Partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 148 orang wanita pada tahap emerging adulthood M = 20.10, SD = 1.551 yang belum bekerja dan berumah tangga. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan analisis mulitple regression menunjukkan bahwa trait conscientiousnessberperan terhadap time based anticipated family interfere work, trait neuroticismberperan terhadap strain based anticipated work interfere family/ family interfere work dan trait agreeablenessberperan terhadap behavior based anticipated family interfere work. Tidak ditemukan pengaruh dari self efficacy terhadap anticipated work-family conflict. Adapun trait kepribadian memiliki kontribusi yang lebih besar dibandingkan self efficacy work-family conflict.

Women rsquo s role is increasing on our society, which is not only responsible in their family as housewife but they also play an active role as a worker. Have balanced life between the two role can rsquo t be separated from the expectation that there will be conflict emerged between roles, which called anticipated work family conflict. This study aims to see the effect of personality trait and self efficacy on anticipated work family conflict among women. This study is nonexperimental study that used Anticipated Work Family Conflict Scale, Big Five Inventory BFI and Work Family Conflict Self Efficacy. Based on women N 148 in their emerging adulthood M 20.10, SD 1.551 , current paper found that conscientiousness significantly predicted time based anticipated family interfere work, neuroticism predicted strain based anticipated work interfere family family interfere work, and agreeableness predicted behavior based anticipated family interfere work. There was no role of self efficacy on anticipated work family conflict. In general, personality trait contributed extensively on anticipated work family conflict more than self efficacy."

"Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara computer self-efficacy dan self-regulated learning pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti kuliah online. Computer self-efficacy didefinisikan sebagai penilaian individu terhadap kemampuannya untuk menggunakan komputer Compeau Higgins, 1995, sedangkan self-regulated learning didefinisikan sebagai proses dimana pembelajar secara personal mengaktifkan dan mempertahankan kognisi, pengaruh, dan tingkah laku yang secara sistematis berorientasi kearah pencapaian tujuan pribadi Zimmerman, 1989. Pengukuran computer self-efficacy dilakukan dengan alat ukur Computer Self-Efficacy CSE Compeau Higgins, 1995 dan pengukuran Self-Regulated Learning dilakukan dengan alat ukur Online Self-regulated Learning Questionnaire OSLQ Barnard, Lan, To, Paton, Lai, 2008.
Data yang diperoleh dari 94 mahasiswa yang mengikuti kuliah online menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara computer self-efficacy dan self-regulated learning r= 0,280 pada LoS 0,01. Hal ini berarti mahasiswa yang memiliki keyakinan tinggi mengenai kemampuannya dalam menggunakan komputer akan secara aktif mempertahankan kognisi, pengaruh, dan tingkah laku kearah pencapaian tujuan pribadi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah keyakinan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan komputer dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pembelajaran untuk mencapai keberhasilan saat mengikuti kuliah.

The purpose of this research is to find a correlation between computer self efficacy and self regulated learning at online college learning students. Computer self efficacy is defined as how an individual perceived their ability to use computer Compeau Higgins, 1995 while self regulated learning is defined as a process where student personally activate and sustained certain cognition, effect, and behavior that systematically oriented to personal achievement Zimmerman, 1989 . Computer self efficacy are measured with Computer Self Efficacy tools CSE Compeau Higgins, 1995 and Self Regulated Learning are measured with Online Self Regulated Learning Questionnaire OSLQ Barnard, Lan, To, Paton, Lai, 2008 .
Data collected from 94 students from online college learning showed that there is a significant positive correlation between computer self efficacy and self regulated learning r 0.280 with LoS 0.01. This showed that when a students have a high believe in their ability to use computer, they will actively sustained their cognition, effect, and behaviors that aim towards personal achievement. The implication of this research is that student self efficacy in using computer could help them to optimize their personal learning strategy to succeed in online college learning.

Penelitian ini menguji peran kepribadian proaktif sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara keterlibatan orang tua (parental support dan parental action) dan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier peserta didik SMA. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 758 peserta didik SMA di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (CDSES-SF), keterlibatan orang tua diukur oleh Parent Career Behavior Checklist (PCBC), dan kepribadian proaktif diukur dengan Proactive Personality Scale (PPS). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis mediasi melalui PROCESS oleh Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif berperan secara parsial memediasi pengaruh parental support dan parental action terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya perbaikan pada beberapa aitem alat ukur CDSE-SF. Penelitian ini memberikan impilikasi, untuk konselor sekolah maupun orang tua yang memiliki anak pada tahapan eksplorasi, bahwa penting orang tua dalam terlibat dalam mendorong anak untuk menjadi lebih proaktif sehingga peserta didik dapat lebih yakin dengan pilihan kariernya.


This study examines the role of proactive personality as a mediator in the relationship between parental involvement (parental support and parental action) and career decision self-efficacy among high school student. The study was conducted on 758 high school students in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Career decision self-efficacy is measured by the Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (CDSES-SF), parental involvement is measured by the Parent Career Behavior Checklist (PCBC), and proactive personality is measured by Proactive Personality Scale (PPS). The mediation analysis technique was used PROCESS by Hayes. The results show that the proactive personality mediating partially the relationship between parental support and parental action with career decision self-efficacy among high school student. A limitation in this study need to improve several items on the CDSE-SF. Implications for school counselors and parents who have children at the exploration stage, it is important for parents to be involved in encouraging children to be more proactive. So, students can be more confident with their career choices.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterlibatan ayah dan college self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tahun pertama di Universitas Indonesia. Sebanyak 606 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa tahun pertama angkatan 2017 di Universitas Indonesia berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Keterlibatan ayah didefinsikan sebagai sejauh mana seorang ayah menjalankan perannya dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan anaknya. College self-efficacy didefinisikan sebagai derajat keyakinan bahwa individu mampu untuk sukses dalam melaksanakan tugas yang berkaitan dengan perkuliahan. Keterlibatan ayah diukur menggunakan dua alat ukur yang menilai keterlibatan ayah dalam dua domain yang berbeda. Alat ukur Nurturant Fathering Scale NFS mengukur keterlibatan ayah dalam domain afektif, sedangkan Father Involvement Scale FIS mengukur keterlibatan ayah dalam domain perilaku. Kedua alat ukur keterlibatan ayah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan oleh Finley dan Schwartz 2004 . Untuk mengukur college self-efficacy, digunakan alat ukur College Self-Efficacy Inventory CSEI yang dibuat dan dikembangkan oleh Solberg, O rsquo;Brien, Villareal, Kennel, dan Davis 1993 . Hasil pengukuran menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Correlation menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah, baik dalam domain afektif dan perilaku, dengan college self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tahun pertama di Universitas Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to find the correlation between father involvement and college self efficacy among first year college student in Universitas Indonesia. A total of 606 respondents who were first year college students class of 2017 at Universitas Indonesia participated in this research. Father involvement was defined as the extent to which a father performs his role and actively participates in various aspects of his child rsquo s life. College self efficacy was defined as a student rsquo s degree of confidence that they could successfully complete a given college related task. Father involvement was measured using two different instruments that assessed two different domains. Nurturant Fathering Scale NFS measured father involvement in the affective domain, while Father Involvement Scale FIS measured father involvement in behavioral domain. The two instrument of father involvement used in this study were developed by Finley and Schwartz 2004 . College Self Efficacy Inventory CSEI developed by Solberg, O rsquo Brien, Villareal, Kennel, and Davis 1993 was used to measure college self efficacy. The Pearson Correlation indicates significant correlation between father involvement, both in affective and behavioral domains, with college self efficacy among first year college student in Universitas Indonesia. "[Dalam perjalanan di perkuliahan, mahasiswa akan menemukan masalah salah satunya masalah karir, yaitu merasa salah pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya dan menyebabkan ketidakyakinan pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya. Keyakinan mahasiswa untuk tetap persisten pada jurusan yang telah dipilih erat kaitannya dengan career decision self-efficacy. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk dapat mencapai career decision self-efficacy adalah self-directed learning pada individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan self-directed learning terhadap career decision self-efficacy pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia (UI). Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 516 orang mahasiswa S1 UI tahun kedua atau semester 4. Self-directed learning diukur menggunakan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire dari De Bruin (2008, dalam De Bruin dan Cornelius, 2011) dan career decision self-efficacy diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form dari Betz dan Taylor (1983, dalam Betz & Taylor, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-directed learning dan career decision self-efficacy (r = 0.576; p < 0.05). Selain itu, hasil juga menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dimensi self-directed learning (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi) dan career decision self-efficacy. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk perguruan tinggi diharapkan agar diadakan pelatihan terkait self-directed learning bagi mahasiswa agar memiliki pengarahan diri dalam pembelajarannya, agar mahasiswa lebih mandiri dalam belajar, menekuni dan mendalami pengetahuan dari jurusan yang dipilihnya sehingga dapat lebih yakin dengan keputusan karirnya.

Students? assuredness to be persistent in doing the chosen program is highly related with career decision self-efficacy. One factor that can help students to achieve career decision self-efficacy is by applying self-directed learning for each student. The main purpose of this research is to see the relationship between self-directed learning and career decision self-efficacy among undergraduates students in Universitas Indonesia (UI). A total of 516 students who are currently enrolled in the second or fourth semester participated in the research. Self-directed learning was measured using Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire proposed by De Bruin (2008; in De Bruin & Cornelius, 2011) and career decision self-efficacy was measured using Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form designed by Betz and Taylor (1983; in Betz & Taylor, 2006). "Generasi Y di Indonesia menghadapi pasar dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif dan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kompetensi yang kerap diprediksi dari kinerja akademisnya. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan diri terhadap kinerja akademis dengan academic self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 1063 mahasiswa Generasi Y dari berbagai perguruan tinggi terakreditasi A di seluruh Indonesia dan diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif kepemimpinan diri terhadap academic self-efficacy, pengaruh positif academic self-efficacy terhadap kinerja akademis, dan peran mediasi academic self-efficacy pada pengaruh kepemimpinan diri terhadap kinerja akademis.

Facing an immense competitive job market today, Generation Y in Indonesia are obligated to enhance their competencies which are commonly reflected through their academic performance. This research aims to analyze the effect of self leadership towards academic performance with academic self efficacy as its mediating variable in Generation Y students in Indonesia. This study analyzes 1063 students from various accredited colleges in Indonesia using Structural Equation Modeling SEM. The result shows the positive effect of self leadership towards academic self efficacy, positive effect of academic self efficacy towards academic performance, and confirmed the mediating role of academic self efficacy on the effect of self leadership towards academic performance.

"Mahasiswa selalu dihadapkan dengan segala penugasan dan bertanggung jawab untuk menyelesaikannya. Dalam proses penyelesaian tugas-tugas tersebut, tidak jarang mahasiswa memiliki kebiasaan untuk menunda-nunda menyelesaikannya yang disebut dengan prokrastinasi akademik. Prokrastinasi akademik dapat disebabkan oleh rendahnya efikasi diri yang menjadi sumber penting dari motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa S1 reguler keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling pada 241 mahasiswa S1 reguler keperawatan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) untuk mengukur prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa dan The Academic Self-Efficacy Scale (TASES) untuk mengukur efikasi diri. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan sebanyak 133 responden (55,2%) memiliki efikasi diri tingkat tinggi dan sebanyak 164 responden (68,0%) mengalami prokrastinasi akademik tingkat sedang. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler Keperawatan (p= 0,000). Diharapkan pendidik, pembimbing akademik, dan Badan Konseling Mahasiswa (BKM) dapat memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiswa terkait pentingnya efikasi diri bagi mahasiswa untuk menjalani proses perkuliahan dengan baik agar terhindar dari perilaku prokrastinasi akademik.

College students are always faced with all assignments and are responsible for completing them. In the process of completing these assignments, it is not uncommon for students to have a habit of procrastinating completing them which is called academic procrastination. Academic procrastination can be caused by low self-efficacy which is an important source of student learning motivation. This study aims to identify the correlation between self-efficacy and academic procrastination among regular undergraduate nursing students. This research used a cross-sectional approach with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique of 241 regular undergraduate nursing students. The instruments used are the Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) to measure academic procrastination in students and The Academic Self-Efficacy Scale (TASES) to measure self-efficacy. The results of the univariate analysis found that 133 respondents (55.2%) had high levels of self-efficacy and 164 respondents (68.0%) experienced moderate levels of academic procrastination. The results of bivariate analysis using the chi-square test showed that there was a significant correlation between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in regular undergraduate nursing students (p=0.000). It is hoped that educators, academic supervisors, and Student Counseling Boards can provide education to students regarding the importance of self-efficacy for students to go through the lecture process properly in order to avoid academic procrastination behavior.
