Skripsi ini memaparkan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi perempuan di dalam perkawinan, mulai dari masalah keluarga, budaya, dan sosial politik. "Skripsi ini menelaah pemikiran Nel Noddings secara filosofis mengenai pendidikan dengan memasukkan unsur ethics of care di dalamnya. Ethics of care yang berasal dari pemikiran feminisme menganggap bahwa kepedulian merupakan hal terpenting dalam menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain. Begitu juga dalam pendidikan, ethics of care digunakan untuk memahami anak didik secara keseluruhan. Bukan hanya dengan memahami gaya belajar setiap anak tetapi juga mengembangkan potensi terbaik dari anak didik untuk dikembangkan dan memberikan pemahaman terhadap dirinya sendiri. Pendidikan yang dimaknai dengan ethics of care menjadikan sekolah sebagai simulasi dari kehidupan nyata di masyarakat. Ethics of care dalam pendidikan bertujuan untuk dapat memahami anak didik sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkannya tanpa adanya pemaksaan ataupun kekerasan dalam sekolah. Jadi, diharapkan anak didik dapat merasa bahwa pendidikan bukanlah sesuatu yang menyeramkan tetapi sebuah tempat dimana ia dapat dimengerti dan dikembangkan potensi terbaik yang dimilikinya. Kenyamanan dan kebahagiaan dalam proses pendidikan ini merupakan maksud dari ethics of care, karena jika mereka bahagia dalam proses pendidikannya maka mereka sudah memiliki modal untuk mendapatkan kebahagiaan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

This thesis examines thoughts Nel Noddings philosophically about education by incorporating elements of ethics of care in it. Ethics of care that comes from the idea of feminism considers that care is the most important thing in relationships with others. Likewise, in education, ethics of care is used to understand their students as a whole. Not only by understanding each child's learning style but also develop the full potential of students to develop and provide an understanding of their self. Education is interpreted by the ethics of care make the school as a simulation of real life in the community. Ethics of care in the educational aims to be able to understand their students according to what they wanted without any coercion or violence in school. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pengaruh dari gagasan etika kepedulian terkait kegiatan menolong. Etika kepedulian menganggap prinsip kepedulian merupakan hal dasar dalam penalaran moral, begitu juga dalam hal menolong. Oleh sebab itu tulisan ini akan berargumen mengenai pentingnya prinsip kepedulian dalam menolong dibanding hanya berfokus pada prinsip keadilan. Untuk sampai pada tujuan tersebut, tulisan ini akan menggunakan metode distingsi konseptual serta analisis kritis. Dalam tulisan ini akan mendeskripsikan teori dasar etika kepedulian terutama menurut Carol Gilligan, kemudian membandingkannya dengan etika keadilan. Setelah itu barulah dilakukan analisis kritis terhadap konteks menolong dan menjawab kritik yang relevan. Hasilnya ditemukan prinsip kepedulian merupakan unsur penting dalam menolong supaya tindakan menolong tidak menjadi kering dan kehilangan arti.

Humans as social beings in interacting with other humans cannot be separated from helping, but often this action is something that is underestimated, are too unpretentious, and is considered not a philosophical thing. This paper aims to examine the influence of ethics of care related to helping activities. Ethics of care considers the principle of caring to be a basic thing in moral reasoning, as well as in terms of helping. This paper will argue about the importance of the principle of caring in helping rather than just focusing on the principle of justice. To achieve this goal, this paper will use conceptual distinction and critical analysis methods. In this paper, we will describe the basic theory of ethics of care, especially according to Carol Gilligan, then compare it with the ethics of justice. After that, a critical analysis is carried out in the context of helping and answers relevant criticism. As a result, it was found that the principle of caring is an important element in helping so that helping actions do not become dry and lose meaning."

"Skripsi ini merupakan telaah filosofis terhadap sistem demokrasi dalam masyarakat pluralis saat ini, yang mana kondisi di dalamnya terjadi penyingkiran subyek sehingga menjadi subyek bagian yang tak memiliki bagian. Hal ini memberikan celah bagi terjadinya kesalahan hitung yang memunculkan kondisi ketidaksetaraan. Praktik-praktik polis dalam masyarakat, melalui logika polisinya memunculkan distribusi sensibilitas yang mengklasifikasikan subyek-subyek di dalam sistem. Adanya pengklasifikasian dalam hal apapun menurut Rancière merupakan kondisi ketidaksetaraan. Menanggapi masalah ketidaksetaraan ini, terdapat solusi yang berpotensi memberikan jalan keluar, yaitu dengan cara subyek berada dalam posisi politiknya untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam merebut kesetaraannya. Tindakan politik yang dapat dilakukan subyek adalah dengan melalui disensus yang berwujud pada deklasifikasi. Terkait dengan permasalahan di atas, polis juga tidak dapat begitu saja dihilangkan, namun cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan terus menerus mengungkap apa yang tersembunyi di dalam polis. Disensus sebagai jalan untuk mengkonfrontasi partisi sensibilitas dengan cara berpartisipasi aktif sebagai subyek politik untuk merebut kesetaraan. Upaya ini merupakan bentuk politik demokratisasi sebagai proses disensus. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengingatkan kembali akan pentingnya menyertakan seluruh subyek dalam sistem demokrasi, sehingga setiap subyek dapat mencapai kesetaraannya secara aktif. Aspirasi yang diperjuangkan pada tulisan ini merupakan suatu kritik terhadap sistem demokrasi yang menyingkirkan subyek-subyek di dalam sistem.

This thesis is an exploration of philosophical about democracy system in the pluralist society today, in which the elimination of subject occurs. Therefore, this would be the subject that is called the part that has no part. The calculation error might arise and this also could lead to the inequality. Moreover, the police practice in society that exists through its policy of logic will lead to the distribution of the sensibility of subject classification in the system.

According to Rancière, inequality will occur whenever classification exists in whatever situation. In regards to the inequality, there is an alternative that could potentially solve this issue. This could be solved if the subject in their political position participates actively in gaining their equality. For instance, subject can do a tangible dissensus in declassification.

In this case, it does not necessarily mean that a police could be removed. It would be better if we do investigation frequently to reveal something that is hidden in the police. Dissensus is a way to confronting partition of the sensibility through the active participation in achieving equality as a political subject. These efforts are form of political democracy as a dissensus process.

This thesis aims to remind us about the importance of including the entire subject in the democracy system, and thus, every subject can achieve its equality actively. The aspiration in this thesis is a criticism toward democracy system that eliminates subjects in the system."

"Mimpi merupakan bahasa simbolik dari ketidaksadaran manusia. Dalam proses individuasi, mimpi merepresentasikan motif-motif yng merupakan manifestasi dari arketipe.
