"Industri jasa konstruksi memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi. Sepanjang Agustus2017 hingga Februari 2018, telah terjadi tiga belas kecelakaan konstruksi dengan tigakasus fatality accident pada proyek pekerjaan jalan tol dan jalan rel di Indonesia. Safetyleadership merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kinerjaKesehatan, Keselamatan, Keamanan dan Lingkungan K3L . Penelitian ini mengkajisafety leadership model pada posisi pimpinan di proyek dan departemen operasi proyekinfrastruktur PT X yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor konstruksi. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan dua variabelutama dari safety leadership, yaitu leadership style transformational leadership danbest practices. Data penelitian didapatkan dari kuesioner dan wawancara pada subyekpenelitian serta observasi mengenai penerapan K3L di lokasi proyek PT X pada bulanApril ndash; Mei 2018. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa safety leadership masih kurangmenonjol kecuali pada posisi General Manager. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnyapemahaman mengenai kebijakan K3L, kurangnya komunikasi, lemahnya konsistensi dankomitmen penerapan K3L, serta kurangnya tindakan proaktif dan inisiatif saatmenghadapi masalah K3L. Hal yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan safetyleadership tersebut antara lain dengan menyusun dan melaksanakan program pelatihansafety leadership bagi semua level pimpinan serta menjaga monitoring pelaksanaanprogram K3L di tempat kerja.

The construction industry has a high risk of occupational injury. Throughout August 2017to February 2018, there had been thirteen construction accidents with three cases offatality accidents in toll road and rail road projects in Indonesia. Safety Leadership is oneof the important components in improving Safety, Health and Environment SHE performance. This study examines Safety Leadership Model at the lead position in theproject and the operations department of the infrastructure project at PT X as aConstruction Contractor Company. This study was a descriptive research withquantitative method based on two main variables of Safety Leadership, those areLeadership Style and Best Practice. Research data obtained from questionnaires,interviews, and observations on the application of SHE at PT X rsquo s project location in April May 2018. This research obtained that Safety Leadership is still weak except TheGeneral Manager. This is due to lacks of understanding of SHE policies, communication,consistency and commitment to the implementation of SHE, proactive and initiativeaction when facing SHE issues. This suggests that company should improve by preparingand implementing Safety Leadership training program for all manager levels as well asmaintaining the monitoring of SHE program implementation in the workplace."

"Peningkatan jumlah penduduk mengakibatkan meningkatnya konsumsi unggas jenis ayam di Indonesia sehingga membuka peluang bisnis yang lebih besar dalam industry peternakan. Pesatnya pembangunan dalam dunia bisnis peternakan ini patut dipertanyakan apakah pelaksanaan pembangunan sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan benar? Apakah desain yang dibuat sudah tepat guna, efisien serta memiliki kinerja biaya yang baik? Dalam tesis ini, akan membahas secara mendalam tentang kebutuhan produksi berdasarkan dasar teori dan wawancara, dilanjutkan dengan skenario desain yang menghasilkan parameter desain. Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan tim produksi, spesifikasi dan kualitas standar pekerjaan konstruksi, mesin dan equipment proyek yang digunakan, menjadi kunci dalam perencanaan proyek yang dapat tepat guna dan sesuai dengan budget yang disediakan. Dalam 4 tahun terakhir, PT.X telah membangun 4 Unit breeding farm baru, pada proyek yang berbeda, tatanan layout dan luas tanah yang berbeda, serta desain-desain bangunan dan instalasi yang bervariasi. Dengan dilakukannya evaluasi terkait optimasi desain terhadap kinerja biaya konstruksi proyek pembangunan 4 Unit breeding farm PT X ini diharapkan didapatkan desain standar perencanaan yang lebih baik dari segi fungsi, biaya dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah desain standar yang lebih efisien dalam segi biaya, sesuai dengan kebutuhan produksi, serta memiliki manfaat tambahan dengan adanya fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung.

The increased consumption of poultry in Indonesia, opening up greater business opportunities in the industry. The rapid project construction in the livestock business should be questioned whether the implementation of project has been carried out properly? The evaluation of production requirements, project design scenarios, the cost of project, and the value of every component that have been carried out should be identified by evaluating the requirements, specifications, standard quality, the machines and equipment. In the last 4 years, PT.X has built 4 new breeding farm units, in far different locations, typical layouts, land areas, varied building and installation designs. This resulted in the creation of master plan that was not standardized. By conducting an evaluation related to design optimization on the construction of the 4 PT X breeding farm unit, the better standard design is obtained in terms of cost and value. The research of the method done by analyzing the production needs as a scenario design that produce the parameter design as the reference in making the new standard design. The result of the optimization is an efficient cost with suitable function for the production and also giving some extra benefit by providing more facilities and utilities."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang penilaian risiko K3 terhadap pekerjaan konstruksi tangki X pada proyek upgrading Unit Produksi Pelumas Jakarta UPPJ PT Suluh Ardhi Engineering Tahun 2015 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh nilai risiko K3 di setiap tahapan pekerjaan konstruksi tangki X Penelitian ini mengacu pada standar AS NZS 4360 2004 dengan menggunakan teknik analisis risiko semikuantitatif yang dikembangkan oleh William T Fine 1971 Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan worst case scenario pada proses analisis risiko Penelitian ini menggunakan Job Safety Analysis untuk mengidentifikasi dan bahaya risiko Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan konstruksi tangki X memiliki 29 jenis bahaya dan 184 risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.

"Tahun 2020 angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia mencapai 221.740 kasus. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kecelakaan adalah iklim keselamatan kerja. Iklim keselamatan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor demografi (umur, jenis kelamin, jabatan, tingkat pendidikan, dan masa kerja). Terkait dengan iklim keselamatan kerja, di PT X belum pernah dilakukan pada proyek pengelolaan alat. Proyek Y adalah pilot project pengelolaan alat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklim keselamatan kerja di konstruksi PT X proyek Y. Penelitian cross sectional ini menggunakan kuesioner NOSACQ-50 untuk mengukur iklim keselamatan dan wawancara untuk triangulasi dan validasi data. Total pekerja di Proyek Y adalah 114 pekerja. Semua pekerja menjadi responden kuesioner NOSACQ-50, sedangkan informan kunci terdiri dari lima orang. Tingkat iklim keselamatan kerja di konstruksi PT X proyek Y adalah 3,03 yang termasuk kategori baik. Ada perbedaan signifikan pada iklim keselamatan berdasarkan jabatan dan tingkat Pendidikan pekerja. Iklim kerja tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan umur pekerja, meskipun berhubungan signifikan dengan masa kerja.

n 2020 the number of work accidents in Indonesia reached 221,740 cases. One of the factors that influence accidents is the safety climate. The safety climate can be influenced by demographic factors (age, gender, position, level of education, and years of service). Regarding the work safety climate, PT X has never done this on an equipment management project. Project Y is a pilot project management tool. This study aims to analyze the safety climate in the construction of PT X project Y. This cross sectional study used the NOSACQ-50 questionnaire to measure the safety climate and interviews for data triangulation and validation. The total number of workers in Project Y is 114 workers. All workers became respondents to the NOSACQ-50 questionnaire, while the key informants consisted of five people. The level of work safety climate in the construction of PT X project Y is 3.03 which is in the good category. There is a significant difference in the safety climate based on the position and level of education of workers. Safety climate is not significantly related to the age of workers, although it is significantly related to years of service."

"Sektor konstruksi memiliki riwayat kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi dan merupakan penyumbang kecelakaan kerja terbesar di Indonesia. Kecelakaan konstruksi yang terjadi belakangan ini dipicu karena budaya keselamatan di Indonesia sangat rendah. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan awal di proyek pembangunan jalan tol Y milik PT. X, masih terdapat perilaku tidak aman yang dilakukan pekerja, kondisi konstruksi yang tidak aman serta prosedur yang tidak sesuai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya pengendalian yang dilakukan perusahaan terhadap bahaya belum memadai. Budaya keselamatan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan kecelakaan merupakan salah satu bentuk perubahan paradigma dan perubahan pemahaman dunia sehingga perlu dikembangkan di setiap perusahaan. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan gambaran kekuatan budaya keselamatan safety culture di area proyek Y dan PT. X. Ruang lingkupnya terbatas pada faktor artefak, nilai terkait dan asumsi dasar. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian dengan wawanara pada 5 informan, observasi lapangan dan telaah dokumen perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan di PT X berada pada tingkat sedang atau dapat diinterpretasikan sebagai keselamatan, biaya dan produksi masih dianggap saling tumpang tindih/mengurangi. Kemungkinan penyebab lemahnya budaya ini bersumber dari pengawasan dalam sistem opname mandor atau payment by result basis, respon pekerja terhadap upaya manajemen kurang, K3 yang belum terintegrasi ke semua bagian perusahaan, inkonsistensi nilai yang ditampakkan dan perilaku dan seleksi pekerja tidak berlaku. Rekomendasi peneliti salah satunya adalah menjaga konsistensi dan mengevaluasi pengawasan sistem opname mandor.

The construction sector has high occupational accident history and is the largest contributor to occupational accidents in Indonesia. The recent construction accidents are triggered because the safety culture in Indonesia is very low. Based on the preliminary results of the construction of the toll road project Y belonging to company X, there are still unsafe behaviors undertaken by workers, unsafe construction conditions and unsuitable procedures. This indicates that the company 39s efforts to control hazard is not sufficient.

Safety culture as one of the accident prevention efforts is one form of change of paradigm and change of world understanding that needs to be developed in every company. This study describes the picture of the strength of the safety culture in the project area Y and company. X. Its scope is limited to artifact factors, espoused values and basic assumptions. The study design used was descriptive with qualitative data analysis technique.

The results of the research with interviewees on 5 informants, field observation and document review show that safety culture in PT X is at a moderate level or can be interpreted as safety, cost and production are considered to overlap reduce each other. The possible causes of this cultural weakness stem from supervisory of payment by result basis, workers 39 responses to management efforts are lacking, safety is not yet integrated into all parts of the company, inconsistencies of value being exposed and employee behavior and workers selection are not yet applicable. The researcher 39 s recommendation is to maintain consistency and evaluate the supervisory for payment by result basis system."

"Dalam keterlibatan kompleks proyek konstruksi, kemampuan berkomunikasi diperlukan untuk berinteraksi karena apabila terdapat kesalahan, akan menyebabkan penyimpangan biaya, waktu, mutu. Pemahaman manajer proyek dalam manajemen komunikasi menjadi penting karena kekuatan manajer proyek dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada tim sangat berpengaruh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari faktor-faktor komunikasi dari pemahaman manajer proyek, aplikasinya, dan pengaruhnya terhadap mutu. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah mendata beberapa proyek di Jakarta dari PT. X dengan analisis statistic validitas dan reabilitas, non-parametrik, deskriptif, serta korelasi dan regresi. Dengan hasil ini dapat diketahui faktor-faktor komunikasi yang buruk yang mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja mutu dari implementasi manajer proyek.

Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk tingkat pemahaman manajer proyek konstruksi dalam mengelola manajemen kualitas berkisar antara paham hingga sangat memahami manajemen kualitas tersebut, untuk tingkat kemampuan berkisar antara paham baik hingga sangat baik, dan aplikasi dari pemahaman berkisar antara sering hingga selalu menerapkan manajemen kualitas tersebut. Sementara tingkat pengaruh aplikasi dan pemahaman manajer proyek terhadap kinerja waktu berkisar antara cukup berpengaruh hingga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu proyek. Sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman dan kemampuan seorang manajer proyek dalam manajemen mutu akan mempengaruhi aplikasi dari pemahaman tersebut dalam menjalankan suatu proyek sehingga akan menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja waktu proyek.

Success of construction projects can be done with application and maintain of a quality management systems. It is can do by project performance enhancement continuity in effective and efficient way. Some competencies criteria are needed for construction project manager. That criteria are assured and managed quality management in certain project. Then finally were influencing project construction period.

This research intend as much as to know degree of comprehension project manager that is required to be assured and managed quality management in construction project. Applied of comprehension above coherences with time performance out of construction period in line by objective of proper project quality. The criteria are referred to LPJKN (Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi Nasional), National Construction Development Services Institution from Indonesia. The level?' of Project Manager respondents divided by Project Manager Expert Senior, Intermediate, and Junior Level.

Focuses of research were study case wherewith X Construction Company. Analysis of data are done by quantitative method specifically by questioner and interview with professional expert and selected respondents by validity and reability analysis, nonparametric analysis, plus statistic method by means of descriptive analysis, correlative analysis, and regression analysis. The function aforementioned then followed by another phases so that can produce competencies factors that at the best comprehensive a construction manager within how to manage quality management with time performance project.

As results of this research, the degree of comprehension project manager is between understand and very understand, the capability is between good and very good, and the application of the comprehension is between often and always implementing the quality management. Meanwhile, the applied of comprehension with the time performance out of construction period range from quite influencing and very influencing. So that the application of comprehension and capability of project manager to manage quality management could increase the time performance of construction project."

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Top Management Team Cognitive Conflict sebagai mediator terhadap pengaruh antara Empowering Leadership, Directive Leadership dan Narcissistic Leadership terhadap Strategic Decisions Comprehensiveness serta pengaruh mediasi dari Strategic Decisions Comprehensiveness pada pengaruh antara Empowering Leadership, Directive Leadership dan Narcissistic Leadership terhadap Project Performance. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Sejumlah 109 proyek konstruksi di Indonesia berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Empowering Leadership dan Directive Leadership adalah tipe kepemimpinan yang menyumbangkan hasil positif terhadap Project Performance secara keseluruhan dan akan lebih meningkat lagi ketika di mediasi oleh Strategic Decisions Comprehensiveness. Namun perlu juga diperhatikan bahwa faktor konflik pada level Site Manager dapat memberikan pengaruh negatif pada strategi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Perusahaan perlu memberikan edukasi kepada para Project Manager tentang cara memimpin sebuah proyek konstruksi dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang empowering dan directive serta memberikan edukasi dalam menyusun strategi dalam pengambilan keputusan selama berjalannya proyek.

The study was conducted to determine the effect of Top Management Team Cognitive Conflict as a mediator on the effect of Empowering Leadership, Directive Leadership and Narcissistic Leadership on Strategic Decisions Comprehensiveness and the mediating effect of Strategic Decisions Comprehensiveness on the influence of Empowering Leadership, Directive Leadership and Narcissistic Leadership on Project Performance. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). A total of 109 construction projects in Indonesia participated in the research sample. The results show that Empowering Leadership and Directive Leadership are types of leadership that contribute positive results to Project Performance as a whole and will increase even more when mediated by Strategic Decisions Comprehensiveness. However, it should also be noted that conflict factors at the Site Manager level can have a negative influence on strategy in the decision-making process and overall company performance. Companies need to provide education to Project Managers on how to lead a construction project with an empowering and Directive Leadership style and provide education in formulating strategies for decision making throughout the project."

This research found the certification effect of project manager's performace and the most influenced factors of project performance managed by project manager."
