"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Periode Juli ndash; Agustus Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian dan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian, serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di rumah sakit. Praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati dilakukan selama enam minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Pemantauan Terapi Obat pada Bayi dengan Kondisi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah dan Atresia Esofagus di Ruang Perina Gedung Bougenville rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memantau terapi obat pada pasien yang terdapat di ruangan NICU Perina dan mengetahui rekomendasi solusi yang tepat untuk mencapai keberhasilan terapi yang diterima pasien.

"ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di RSUP Fatmawati Periode Bulan Juli-Agustus Tahun 2017 dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu yang bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan standar pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Pemantauan terapi obat pada pasien bayi cukup bulan dengan pneumonia di ruang nicu-hcu gedung bougenville. Tujuan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memantau terapi obat pada pasien yang terdapat di ruangan NICU-HCU, mengidentifikasi permasalahan terkait obat dan mengetahui rekomendasi yang tepat untuk mencapai keberhasilan terapi yang diterima pasien. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi apoteker di RSUP Fatmawati telah memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada mahasiswa tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit.

The purpose of this special assignment are monitoring drug therapy in patients in the NICU-HCU room, identifying drug-related issues and knowing the right recommendations for achieving the patient's treatment success. Implementation of professional practice of pharmacist in RSUP Fatmawati has given knowledge, skill and knowledge to the students about Pharmaceutical Service Standard in Hospital according to Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 Year 2016 on Standard of Pharmaceutical Service in Hospital"

"Praktik kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat RSUP Fatmawati periode bulan September-Oktober tahun 2017 bertujuan agar mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan standar pelayanan farmasi, dan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktik kerja profesi di RSUP Fatmawati dilakukan sekitar 6 minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Evaluasi Penggunaan Antibiotika di Ruang PICU dan HCU Anak Gedung Bougenville RSUP Fatmawati Periode 31 Juli - 11 Agustus 2017 rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kerasionalan penggunaan antibiotik di ruang PICU dan HCU anak di gedung Bougenville RSUP Fatmawati. Hasilnya, ditemukan beberapa penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional.
