"Praktik kerja profesi di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi Pulogadung Periode Bulan Februari ndash; Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu 'Protokol Simulasi Penarikan Kembali Obat Jadi'. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu mengetahui proses pembuatan protokol simulasi penarikan kembali obat jadi terhadap suatu kasus dan memahami prosedur simulasi penarikan kembali obat jadi yang terdapat di industri farmasi, khususnya PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi.

Internship at PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi Pulogadung Period February ndash; March 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. This internship at was conducted for two months with special assignment 'Protocol of Mock Up Recall'. The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist may be able to understand the process of making a mock up recall protocol to a case and understand the procedure of mock up recall in the pharmaceutical industry, especially PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi."

"Industri farmasi memiliki peran yang penting dalam menunjang kesehatan nasional melalui aktivitasnya dalam bidang pembuatan obat. Industri farmasi harus berupaya untuk menghasilkan produk yang aman, bermutu, dan efektif, serta memenuhi standar kualitas yang dipersyaratkan secara konsisten dengan menerapkan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). The pharmaceutical industry has to produces products that are safe, have a good quality, effective, and meet the quality standards required by consistently applying the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). GMP covers all aspects of production and quality control. Pharmacists have an important role in the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. Profession Internship at PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi is a media for pharmacy professional study students to gain practical experience and to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment in Pharmacist Internship is The Analysis and Application of Improvement to Increased The Value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Using Critical Path Method (CPM) on Filling and Mixing Machines in Liquid Production Area PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi."

"Salah satu standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang ditetapkan oleh IAI, yaitu kompetensi dalam hal formulasi dan produksi obat. Dalam hal produksi obat, penjaminan mutu produk sangat penting karena terkait dengan keamanan dan khasiat dari obat tersebut. Upaya penjaminan mutu obat yang dilakukan industri farmasi yaitu dengan cara memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan pembuatan obat yang baik yang tertera pada CPOB Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik . Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Industri Farmasi sangat diperlukan oleh calon apoteker sebagai sarana penunjang dalam hal memahami penerapan CPOB. One of the competency standards for pharmacist in Indonesia, according to IAI, is the ability to formulate and produce drug. In process of drug production, quality assurance is important aspect regarding of the safety and efficacy of the drug itself. In order to fulfil the quality assurance of the drug, Pharmacy Industry should implement the GMP/CPOB Good Manufacturing Practice in all aspect of the drug production. Internship in Pharmacy Industry is an important activity to facilitate pharmacist graduate to undersand more about the implementation of GMP. Menurut PerKaBPOM nomor HK.03.1.33.12.12.8195 tentang Penerapan Pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik, suatu industri farmasi wajib menerapkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . CPOB adalah cara pembuatan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaan. CPOB bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. CPOB mencakup seluruh aspek produksi dan pengendalian mutu. Menurut CPOB, dalam industri farmasi minimal terdapat tiga apoteker yang terdaftar dan terkualifikasi sebagai kepala bagian produksi, pemastian mutu, dan pengawasan mutu. Dalam rangka mempersiapkan apoteker yang terampil dan kompeten dalam mengupayakan kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pembuatan obat, diperlukan praktek kerja profesi di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi pada 9 Januari ndash; 28 Februari 2017.
