"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Actavis Indonesia Periode Februari ndash; April 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu Penanganan Approved Supplier List ASL di PT Actavis Indonesia Periode 5 Februari ndash; 6 April 2018. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengetahui penerapan Aprroved Supplier di PT. Actavis Indonesia dan mengetahui departemen yang terkait dalam penanganan Approved Supplier. Secara umum, PT Actavis Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di Industri Farmasi.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT actavis Indonesia Period February 5th ndash; April 6th 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Handling The Approved Supplier List ASL on PT Actavis Indonesia Period February 5th ndash; April 6th 2018. The purpose of this special assignment is to know the application of Approved Supplier on PT Actavis Indonesia and to know the spesific department which is related. In general, PT Actavis Indonesia has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights, and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on product in the Industry Pharmacy."

"Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia Jalan Raya Bogor Km 28 Jakarta Timur Periode 5 Februari ndash; 6 April 2018 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terkait peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi agar mampu bekerja secara profesional saat menghadapi dunia kerja nyata. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama delapan minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Penyusunan Dokumen Registrasi Ulang Kloramfenikol Kapsul dan Paclitaxel Infus sesuai Kriteria dan Tata Laksana Registrasi Obat Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini untuk mengetahui dokumen yang diperlukan dan menyusun dokumen registrasi ulang kloramfenikol kapsul dan paclitaxel infus.

Internship at PT Actavis Indonesia East Jakarta Period 5 February ndash; 6 April aims to increase understanding of the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry and add insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical work to be able to work professionally in the real world. This intership at was conducted for eight weeks with special assignment ldquo;Preparation of Registration Document of Chloramphenicol Capsule and Paclitaxel Infusion in accordance with Criteria and Procedure of Drug Registration of National Agency of Drug and Food Control rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to find out the necessary documents and prepare the registration documents of chloramphenicol capsule and paclitaxel infusion."

"ABSTRAKPekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi,pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat,pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, sertapengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Sediaan farmasi hanya boleh diproduksi oleh industri farmasi yang telah memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan. Industri farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB seperti yang tertulis dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1799/MENKES/PER/XII/2010.Selain itu, industri farmasi wajib menerapkan cara pembuatan obat yang baik dan benardalam seluruh aspek dan rangkaian kegiatan pembuatan obat agar menghasilkan obat yang memenuhi persyaratan mutu, khasiat, dan keamanan. Salah satu aspek yang diatur dalam CPOB adalah aspek personalia. Pada aspek tersebut dijelaskan bahwa apoteker merupakan personil kunci pada bagian produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu. Industri farmasiharus memiliki 3 orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab masing-masing pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu. Pharmaceutical work is the manufacture including the quality control of pharmaceuticalpreparations, security, procurement, storage, and distribution or distribution of drugs, drug management, prescription drug services, drug information services, and the development of drugs, medicinal and traditional medicines. Pharmaceutical preparations may only be produced by the pharmaceutical industry which has a license from the Minister of Health. The pharmaceutical industry shall comply with the requirements for Good Practice of Drugs CPOB as set out in Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.1799 / MENKES / PER / XII / 2010. In addition, the pharmaceutical industry is required toapply good and correct medicinal methods in all aspects and sequences of drug-making activities to produce medicines that meet quality, efficacy, and safety requirements. One aspect regulated in the CPOB is the personnel aspect. In this aspect it is explained that the pharmacist is a key personnel in the production, quality control, and quality assurance.
