"ABSTRAKPekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Seorang apoteker, wajib untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai apa yang sudah dicantumkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut di dalam fasilitas kefarmasian yang ada di Indonesia. Industri farmasi adalah wujud nyata dari fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi tempat seorang apoteker menjalankan fungsinya. industri farmasi harus memiliki tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab masing-masing pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu setiap produksi sediaan farmasi. Untuk menjamin bahwa produk yang dibuat senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya pemerintah mengeluarkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB sebagai panduan apoteker dalam berpraktik di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi di PT Actavis Indonesia bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi dilakukan selama 2 bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Pengkajian Protokol dan Laporan Uji Disolusi Terbanding Tablet A di PT Actavis Indonesia rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat melakukan pengkajian terhadap protokol dan laporan uji disolusi terbanding.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Actavis Indonesia Jalan Raya Bogor KM 28, Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat melihat aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan tentang segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan industri farmasi. "Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant Periode Bulan Februari - Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi, posisi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam mengelola industri farmasi yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan mengetahui kondisi nyata tentang permasalahan yang terjadi terkait penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Selama praktik kerja, penulis ditempatkan di Laboratorium Quality Control bagian Finished Goods produk jadi dan mendapatkan tugas untuk merevisi Standard Operational Procedure SOP untuk analisis produk jadi, membuat User Requirement Spesifications URS terhadap alat atau instrumen baru, dan membuat gap analysis. Tugas khusus yang penulis kerjakan berjudul ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji risiko terhadap penggantian alat pada evaporator untuk keperluan analisis yang terdapat di Laboratorium menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA . Pengkajian risiko yang dilakukan dituangkan ke dalam Risk Assessment Report sebelum proses penggantian alat untuk disetujui departemen terkait. Secara umum, PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik. Penulis juga telah memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan kemampuan untuk memberikan solusi pada permasalahan yang terjadi di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant Period February - March 2018 aims to understand the duties, positions, and responsibilities of pharmacists in accordance to regulations and knowing the real conditions about good manufacturing practice GMP related issues. During the practice, the author is placed in Quality Control Laboratory and gets assignments to revise Standard Operational Procedure SOP for product analysis, create User Requirement Spesifications URS for the new equipment or instrument, and also create gap analysis. The special assignment that given is ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; to assess risks of the display board in evaporator replacement that placed in the laboratory using Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA methods. The assessed risks are being reported into the Risk Assessment Report before the replacement process to get related department approval. In general, PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant has applied 12 aspects of GMP well. The authors also understand the roles, duties, insights, and responsibilities of pharmacists and have the ability to provide solutions for some issues in the industry."
