"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT. Pfizer Indonesia dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Agustus hingga 28 September 2018. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman terkait peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Apoteker memiliki andil dalam pembentukan mutu obat untuk memastikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan keamanan, khasiat, dan kualitas. Apoteker juga terlibat dalam pengendalian berbagai proses manufaktur, pengawasan mutu, bangunan, peralatan, bahan baku, bahan pengemas, dan juga personalia. Pemahaman mengenai kualifikasi dan kapasitas personil diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan tugas khusus yang berkaitan langsung dengan proses dokumentasi pelatihan personil serta penjabaran sejumlah status kompetensi yang perlu didapatkan oleh pesonil sebelum melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan tertentu.

ABSTRACTInternship program at PT. Pfizer Indonesia was held on 1^st of August till 28^th of September. The aim of this internship program was to obtain knowledge regarding pharmacist's role, duties, and responsibilities in pharmacy industries. Pharmacist had a role in building drug's quality for ensuring that every products met the standards of safety, efficacy, and quality. Pharmacist was involved in controlling every manufacturing process, quality control, bulding, equipment, raw material, packaging material, and also personnel to meet the required standards. Knowledge regarding personnel's qualifications and capacities was obtaitained by implementation of special assignment in documentation process of personnel's training and competency status that needed to be gained by personnel before doing a certain duty.

Secara umum, PT. Pfizer Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Pembuatan obat hanya dapat dilakukan oleh industri farmasi yang telah menerapkan CPOB dalam seluruh aspek dan kegiatannya. CPOB diterapkan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya. Personil kunci merupakan salah satu aspek yang terdapat di dalam CPOB, yang terdiri dari bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu yang dipimpin oleh seorang Apoteker. Praktek Kerja Profesi dilaksnakan di PT Pfizer Indonesia periode April hingga Mei 2018 dengan tujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi serta memiliki wawasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul ldquo;Pelaksanaan Audit Pemasok di PT Pfizer Indonesia rdquo; memiliki tujuan agar penulis memiliki pengetahuan dalam pembuatan dokumen untuk proses audit terhadap pemasok.

ABSTRACTThe pharmaceutical industry is a business licensed by the Minister of Health to undertake the activities of the manufacture of drugs or raw materials. Drug-making can only be done by the pharmaceutical industry that has applied the GMP in all aspects and activities. The GMP is applied to ensure that the quality of the drug produced meets the requirements and purposes. Key personnel is one aspect contained in the GMP, which consists of quality assurance, production, and quality control by a Pharmacist. This internship was performed at PT Pfizer Indonesia from April to May 2018 with the aim that prospective pharmacist understands the role, duty and responsibility in Pharmaceutical Industry and have a knowledge and practical experience to perform pharmaceutical work. The special assignment entitled Implementation of Supplier Audit at PT Pfizer Indonesia has the purpose to have knowledge in the manufacture of documents for the audit process of suppliers."
