"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode Bulan Mei Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) serta Penyalur Alat Kesehatan (PAK) dan mengidentifikasi penerapan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) dan Penyalur Alat Kesehatan (PAK). Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua minggu. Selama praktik kerja profesi diberikan tugas khusus mengenai Analisis Batas Waktu Simpan Cold Bag Besar Yang Telah Diprekondisi Selama 20 Menit. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah mengetahui durasi yang dibutuhkan Coldbag besar untuk dapat mencapai dan mempertahankan suhu 2-8 oC setelah dilakukan prekondisi icepack selama 20 menit.

Apothecary internship program at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari on May 2018 aimed to figure out the roles and responsibilities of the apothecary in pharmaceutical distributors and medical device distributors and to identify the application of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) in Pharmaceutical distributors and medical device distributors. The internship was conducted for two weeks. The special assignment given entitled Store Time Analysis of Preconditioned Cold Bag For 20 Minutes. The purpose of this special assignment was to obtain how long the duration that needed for a big Cold bag to give and maintain temperature 2-8 oC after the cold bag was preconditioned for 20 minutes."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di distributor/ Pedagang Besar Farmasi dan memiliki wawasan, serta pengalaman bekerja di distributor. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui daya tahan cold bag dalam mempertahankan suhu 2 - 8ºC setelah dilakukan prekondisi selama 40 menit dan dampak suhu lingkungan terhadap kestabilan suhu pengiriman cold chain product menggunakan cold bag.

Pharmacist Internship Program at at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesalers / Distributors and have insights, as well as experience working in distributors. Whereas the purpose of the special task is to determine the cold bag durability in maintaining a temperature of 2-8ºC after a precondition for 40 minutes and the impact of environmental temperature on the stability of the cold chain product delivery temperature using cold bag."

"Distribusi merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting untuk menjamin ketersediaan produk farmasi di Indonesia. Proses distribusi memfasilitasi pergerakan produk mulai dari industri farmasi yang memproduksi hingga sampai ke konsumen. Proses distribusi obat harus memenuhi ketentuan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). Selain itu, apabila Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) bertindak sebagai penyalur alat kesehatan maka harus memenuhi Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB). Apoteker perlu untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensinya sehingga dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam bidang distribusi yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Mahasiswa calon apoteker mengikuti Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang bertujuan agar mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PBF dan PAK, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF dan PAK, memahami penerapan CDOB di PBF dan CDAKB di PAK, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF dan PAK. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari mulai tanggal 29 Oktober hingga 9 November 2018. Berdasarkan hasil Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dapat disimpulkan peran apoteker di PBF dan PAK adalah sebagai penanggung jawab teknis yang memiliki tugas menyusun, memastikan dan mempertahankan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu di fasilitas distribusi.

Distribution is one of the important activities to ensure the availability of pharmaceutical products in Indonesia. The distribution process facilitates the movement of products from the pharmaceutical industry up to consumers. The drug distribution process must implement the Good Distribution Practices (GDP). In addition, if a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler (PBF) acts as a distributor of medical devices, it must implement the Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices. Pharmacists need to continue to improve their competencies so that they can carry out pharmaceutical work in the distribution field in accordance with the laws and regulations. Pharmacist students follow the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) which aims to be able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work at Pharmaceutical Wholesaler, and understanding application of GDP in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler. PKPA is held at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari from 29 October to 9 November 2018. Based on the results of the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, it can be concluded that the role of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler is in charge of having the task of creating, ensuring and maintaining the implementation of a quality management system in distribution facilities."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode Bulan Oktober Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF); memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF); memahami penerapan CDOB di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF); serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Praktik kerja ini dilakukan selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu “Trial Pemetaan Suhu Dalam Kondisi Kosong untuk Freezer Penyimpanan Produk Suhu Minus”. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memastikan penyebaran suhu dalam freezer baru untuk tempat penyimpanan produk suhu minus (-15 s/d -25C) serta menentukan lokasi coldspot dan hotspot yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan monitoring suhu secara berkala.

Internship at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Period October 2018 aimed to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical wholesaler; have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical wholesaler; understand the application of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) in the pharmaceutical wholesaler; and have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in the pharmaceutical wholesaler. The internship was conducted for two weeks with special assignment "Empty Condition Temperature Mapping Trial of Freezer for Frozen Products Storage". The purposes of this special assignment were to ensure the spread of temperature inside the new freezer for frozen products storage (-15 s/d -25C) and to determine the hot spots and the cold spots to identify critical temperature spots that have to be monitored periodically."
