CPOB merupakan pedoman yang memiliki tujuanuntuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai persyaratan dan tujuanpenggunaannya. Apoteker memiliki peran dalam memastikan mutu, keamanan, dankhasiat obat berdasarkan pedoman CPOB. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker melakukanPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) agar mengeri peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawabapoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, danpengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi,memahami penerapan GMP (CPOB) di Industri Farmasi. PKPA dilaksanakan diPT.Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis, Depok. Berdasarkan hasil PKPA di PT. Bayer IndonesiaCimanggis, dapat disimpulkan apoteker di Industri Farmasi memiliki tugas dan tanggungjawab untuk memastikan mutu, keamanan, dan khasiat obat berdasarkan pedoman CPOB,mahasiswa mendapatkan tambahan wawasan dan pengetahuan diantaranya meliputipenerapan data integrity, sistem dokumentasi, pemastian mutu, manajemen supplier,country quality, studi stabilitas, pengelolaan warehouse, pengelolaan limbah, changemanagement, engineering dalam industri farmasi, dan manajemen rantai distribusi.Penerapan aspek pedoman CPOB PT. Bayer Indonesia dideskripsikan dalam bentukStandar Prosedur Operasional agar segala kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh setiap personilsesuai standar pedoman CPOB.

ABSTRACTIn order to guarantee the quality of pharmaceutical products, the pharmaceutical industrymust implement a Good Manufacturing Practices. GMP is a guideline that aims to ensurethat the quality of the drugs produced is according to the requirements and objectives oftheir use. GMP covers all aspects of production and quality control. Pharmacists have arole in ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of drugs based on GMP guidelines.Therefore, pharmacist students carry out Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) inorder to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in thePharmaceutical Industry, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to dopharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understand the application of GMPin the Pharmaceutical Industry. PKPA is carried out at PT.Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis,Depok. Based on the results of PKPA at PT. Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis, it can beconcluded that pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry have duties andresponsibilities to ensure the quality, safety and efficacy of drugs based on GMPguidelines, students get additional insights and knowledge including data integrity,documentation systems, quality assurance, supplier management, country quality,stability studies, warehouse management, waste management, change management,engineering in the pharmaceutical industry, and distribution chain management.Application of aspects of GMP guidelines PT. Bayer Indonesia is described in the formof Standard Operating Procedure so that all activities carried out by each personnel are inaccordance with GMP guideline standards."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant Periode Bulan Februari - Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi, posisi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam mengelola industri farmasi yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan mengetahui kondisi nyata tentang permasalahan yang terjadi terkait penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Selama praktik kerja, penulis ditempatkan di Laboratorium Quality Control bagian Finished Goods produk jadi dan mendapatkan tugas untuk merevisi Standard Operational Procedure SOP untuk analisis produk jadi, membuat User Requirement Spesifications URS terhadap alat atau instrumen baru, dan membuat gap analysis. Tugas khusus yang penulis kerjakan berjudul ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji risiko terhadap penggantian alat pada evaporator untuk keperluan analisis yang terdapat di Laboratorium menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA . Pengkajian risiko yang dilakukan dituangkan ke dalam Risk Assessment Report sebelum proses penggantian alat untuk disetujui departemen terkait. Secara umum, PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik. Penulis juga telah memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan kemampuan untuk memberikan solusi pada permasalahan yang terjadi di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant Period February - March 2018 aims to understand the duties, positions, and responsibilities of pharmacists in accordance to regulations and knowing the real conditions about good manufacturing practice GMP related issues. During the practice, the author is placed in Quality Control Laboratory and gets assignments to revise Standard Operational Procedure SOP for product analysis, create User Requirement Spesifications URS for the new equipment or instrument, and also create gap analysis. The special assignment that given is ldquo;Risk Assessment rdquo; to assess risks of the display board in evaporator replacement that placed in the laboratory using Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA methods. The assessed risks are being reported into the Risk Assessment Report before the replacement process to get related department approval. In general, PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant has applied 12 aspects of GMP well. The authors also understand the roles, duties, insights, and responsibilities of pharmacists and have the ability to provide solutions for some issues in the industry."
