Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. ETHICA Industri Farmasi, bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas apoteker dan terpenuhinya syarat-syarat Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik adalah cara pembuatan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaan. Sumber daya manusia sangat penting dalam pembantukan dan penerapan Sistem Pemastian Mutu dan Pedoman CPOB. Menurut CPOB, Apoteker dibutuhkan sebagai Kepala Bagian Produksi, Kepala Bagian Pengawasan Mutu dan Kepala Bagian Pemastian Mutu di industri farmasi. Selain itu, mutu obat tergantung pada bahan awal, bahan pengemas, proses produksi dan pengendalian mutu, bangunan dan peralatan yang dipakai. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penilaian terhadap pemenuhan persyaratan CPOB atau Gap Assessment. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan adalah melakukan gap assessment yang bertujuan mengetahui, membuat dan menyesuaikan sistem yang dimiliki PT. ETHICA Industri Farmasi Joint Venture with Fresenius Kabi dengan sistem Fresenius Kabi maupun peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Internship at PT. ETHICA Industri Farmasi, aims to know the role of Apothecary and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance. Good Manufacturing Practice is a method of making drugs that aims to ensure that the quality of the drugs produced is in accordance with requirements and intended use. Personalia is needed for establishment and implementation of quality assurance systems and GMP. According to GMP, Apothcary is needed for Head of Production, Head of Quality Control and Head of Quality Assurance. Beside of that, the quality of drugs depends on raw materials, packaging materials, production, facility and equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the GMP compliance or Gap Assessment. Special assigment that has been done is making gap assessment, aims to evaluating the GMP compliance at PT. ETHICA Industri Farmasi.

The special assignment given is Product Quality Review ACTD Dossier of Phenytoin Sodium Injection. The objective of this special assignment is so that prospective pharmacist is able to understand the quality of product on that year and its suitability with GMP."

Ethica Industi Farmasi joint venture with Fresenius Kabi Cikarang Periode Bulan Juli ndash; Agustus 2017 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Penentuan Metode Analisis Penetapan Residu Senyawa Marker Validasi Pembersihan rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah membuat dan mengkaji protokol metode analisis penetapan residu senyawa marker untuk validasi pembersihan. Secara umum, PT. Ethica Industi Farmasi joint venture with Fresenius Kabi telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Abbott Indonesia Period July - August 2017 aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Analysis Method Determination of Marker Residue Compound for Cleansing Validation rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is study the protocol of residue analysis of marker residue compound for cleaning validation. In general, PT. PT. Ethica Industi Farmasi joint venture with Fresenius Kabi has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penyusunan Standard Operating Procedure Aseptic Behavior dimana dilakukan pembuatan serta penyusunan standar operasi tingkah laku aseptis di dalam ruang kelas A dan B PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi plant Pulo Gadung. Dalam dua bulan dilaksanakannya praktik kerja dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi telah menerapkan aspek CPOB sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku serta setelah pengerjaan tugas khusus, SOP tingkah laku aseptis didalam ruang kelas A dan B di PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi telah disusun dan juga di terapkan sebagai SOP yang berlaku PT ETHICA Industri Farmasi

"Salah satu standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang ditetapkan oleh IAI, yaitu kompetensi dalam hal formulasi dan produksi obat. Dalam hal produksi obat, penjaminan mutu produk sangat penting karena terkait dengan keamanan dan khasiat dari obat tersebut. Upaya penjaminan mutu obat yang dilakukan industri farmasi yaitu dengan cara memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan pembuatan obat yang baik yang tertera pada CPOB Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik . Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Industri Farmasi sangat diperlukan oleh calon apoteker sebagai sarana penunjang dalam hal memahami penerapan CPOB. PT Ethica Industri Farmasi merupakan salah satu tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan PKPA yang berlangsung selama dua bulan. Berdasarkan pengalaman yang diperoleh selama kegiatan PKPA, PT Ethica Industri Farmasi sudah menerapkan CPOB dalam setiap aspek pembuatan obatnya.

One of the competency standards for pharmacist in Indonesia, according to IAI, is the ability to formulate and produce drug. In process of drug production, quality assurance is important aspect regarding of the safety and efficacy of the drug itself. In order to fulfil the quality assurance of the drug, Pharmacy Industry should implement the GMP/CPOB Good Manufacturing Practice in all aspect of the drug production. Internship in Pharmacy Industry is an important activity to facilitate pharmacist graduate to undersand more about the implementation of GMP. PT Ethica Industri Farmasi is one of the Pharmacy Industry where the internship takes place for about two month. According to the experiences from the internship, PT Ethica Industri Farmasi has implemented GMP in all aspects of the drug production. "
