"Dahulu, telepon hanya digunakan untuk berkomunikasi untuk panggilan telepon atau SMS, tetapi sekarang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan selain komunikasi, seperti membaca, mengambil gambar, mendengarkan musik, bermain game, olahraga, bahkan dompet ponsel. Pada tahun 1997, Coca-Cola, sebuah perusahaan global, memelopori pembayaran mobile. Meningkatnya penggunaan telepon seluler untuk transaksi keuangan telah mengakibatkan berkembangnya berbagai sistem pembayaran seluler yang menangani pembayaran produk dan layanan melalui Internet. Ada berbagai mobile wallet terkenal di Indonesia, antara lain ShopeePay, GoPay, OVO, DANA, dan lain-lain. Dalam penelitian ini, mobile wallet yang akan kita bahas adalah GoPay, m-wallet Gojek. Hadirnya GoPay memudahkan kita dalam melakukan transaksi, seperti membayar layanan Gojek, tagihan, membayar di restoran dan e-commerce, membeli tiket, dsb. masalah, seperti saldo yang hilang, server yang sibuk, dan opsi pembayaran yang tidak dapat diakses. Meski demikian, GoPay sebagai Gojek M-Wallet tetap menjadi dompet seluler terdepan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menawarkan pengetahuan yang jelas tentang bagaimana keuntungan relatif, kesesuaian, kompleksitas, keterlihatan, uji coba, dan penghalang resiko semua mempengaruhi GoPay, niat pengguna Gojek Mobile Wallet untuk terus menggunakan dan niat untuk merekomendasikan. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 355 GoPay, pengguna mobile wallet Gojek sebagai bagian dari penelitian ini. Kuesioner memiliki tiga jenis pertanyaan tertutup: pertanyaan skala likert 5, pertanyaan dikotomis, dan pertanyaan pilihan ganda. Software SPSS AMOS digunakan untuk menganalisis validitas dan reliabilitas data. Dari hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan hubungan positif antara keuntungan relatif kompleksitas, keterlihatan, uji coba dan niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakan dan mempromosikan. Dan hubungan negative antara penghalang resiko dan niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakan dan mempromosikan.

Previously, the telephone was solely used to communicate for phone call or SMS, but it is now used for a variety of activities other than communication, such as reading, taking pictures, listening to music, playing games, sports, and even mobile wallets. In 1997, Coca-Cola, a global corporation, pioneered mobile payment. The increased use of mobile phones for financial transactions has resulted in the development of a variety of mobile payment systems that handle payments for products and services through the Internet. There are various well-known mobile wallets in Indonesia, including ShopeePay, GoPay, OVO, DANA, and others. In this research, the mobile wallets that we will discuss are GoPay, Gojek m-wallet. The presence of GoPay makes it easy for us to make transactions, such as paying for Gojek services, bills, paying at restaurants and e-commerce, buying tickets, etc. However, despite the multiple benefits provided by GoPay's presence, there were a number of issues, such as a missing balance, a busy server, and an inaccessible payment option. Despite this, GoPay as Gojek M-Wallet remains the leading Mobile Wallet in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to offer a clear knowledge of how relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, observability, trialability, and risk barrier all influence GoPay, Gojek Mobile Wallet users' intentions to continue ing and intention to recommend. A questionnaire was 55 GoPay, Gojek mobile wallet users as part of this study. The questionnaire has three types of closed-ended questions: Likert scale 5 questions, dichotomous questions, and multiple-choice questions. SPSS AMOS 26 software was sed to analyze the data's validity and reliability. The findings indicate a positive influence between relative advantage, complexity, observability, and trialability and user intentions to continue using and recommend. And a negative influence between risk barrier and intention to continue using and intention to recommend."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran, dan intensitas R D perusahaan terhadap intensitas inovasi perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2015, dengan jumlah total sampel 13 perusahaan. Uji model dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara profitabilitas, pertumbuhan, dan intensitas R D perusahaan terhadap intensitas inovasi perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya ukuran perusahaan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas inovasi perusahaan. Pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan dan profitabilitas perusahaan terhadap intensitas inovasi perusahaan dapat berbeda-beda dari satu perusahaan dengan perusahaan lain, tergantung pada lingkungan teknologi perusahaan.

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of firm profitability, firm growth, firm size, and the intensity of firm's R D on the intensity of firm's innovation. The samples used are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 2015, with a total sample of 13 companies. Model test is done by using multiple regression model. This study proves that there is no influence between the profitability, growth, and intensity of firm's R D on the intensity of firm's innovation in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 2015. The results showed that only the size of the company that has a significant influence on the intensity of firm's innovation. The influence of firm growth and firm profitability on the intensity of firm's innovation may vary from one company to another, depending on the company 39 s technological environment."

"Faktor penyebab berbedanya keinginan untuk mengadopsi inovasi pada konsumer dapat ditemukan pada perbedaan antara grup dan individual. Faktor yang membedakan tingkat adopsi pada suatu produk, layanan, atau proses bergatung pada tingkat keterbukaan yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing individu. Karya ini berasumsi bahwa memanipulasikan emosi dan mendeteksi perasaan takjub dapat meningkatkan keinginan untuk mengadopsi suatu inovasi. Studi dengan 329 subyek dari berbagai latar belakang berpartisipasi dalam studi untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keterbukaan dan korelasinya dengan keinginan untuk mengadopsi inovasi. Studi dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: dengan manipulasi n = 171 dan tanpa manipulasi n = 158.
Hasil studi membuktikan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan antara keterbukaan dengan keinginan mengadopsi inovasi r = .27 dan hubungan signifikan antara kelompok dengan manipulasi dengan adopsi inovasi. Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara keterbukaan dengan berubahnya tingkat emosi takjub. Secara keseluruhan, karya ini berbanding lurus dengan asumsi bahwa saat keterbukaan seseorang lebih tinggi, maka keinginan untuk mengadopsi inovasi akan meningkat.

Innovation adoption in the market largely depends on different factors found in groups and individuals. Whether or not the market adopts a certain innovation in products, services, and process further varies depending on the level of openness to experience in an individual level. This study suggests that by manipulating emotions and probing for awe, the level of openness to experience would increase and thereby increasing the willingness to adopt innovation. A sample of 329 participants of various backgrounds took part in the study to evaluate their level of openness to experience with their willingness to adopt an innovation. The study were divided into two groups one induced by an awe inducing stimuli n 171 and one which did not n 158.
The results proved that there is a significant correlation between openness to experience and innovation adoption r .27 and a significant relationship between the group exposed with awe inducing stimuli and innovation adoption t 2.318 . However, there were no significant interaction between emotion of awe and openness to experience. Overall, the study supports the view that higher level of openness to experience constitutes higher willingness to adopt innovation.
