"ABSTRAKPedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memiliki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) selama 2 (dua) minggu bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, gambaran nyata dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan farmasi di bidang distribusi farmasi. Selama praktik kerja berlangsung, Apoteker mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Good Distribution Practices(GDP)dan penerapan nyata dalam distribusi farmasi dan mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pelaporan obat golongan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah agar mahasiswa mengetahui proses pelaporan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA yang dilakukan setiap bulannya oleh distributor.

ABSTRACTPedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) is a corporation which obtains permission to supply, store, and distribute drugs and/or the materials in a huge number according to what regulated by law. During the Praktik Kerja Apoteker (PKPA) in duration of 2 weeks, the pharmacists had the opportunities to know the applications of principals of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and the real-time applications of pharmacy distribution while completing the special task that is to report the psychotropic drugs and precursor through E-NAPZA. The goal of the special task is that the students know the monthly process of reporting psychotropic drugs and precursors report done by the distributors."

"ABSTRAKApotek sebagai sarana penunjang kesehatan harus memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang tepat dan bermutu. Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan suatu pelayanan langsung kepada pasien untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien atau mencapai hasil terapi yang pasti melalui kegiatan pekerjaan kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan, pengetahuan, pemahaman dan gambaran singkat mengenai peran Apoteker dalam penyelenggaraan kesehatan kepada calon Apoteker sebelum mengabdi pada masyarakat. Selama praktik kerja berlangsung, calon Apoteker mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu Rancangan Klinik Pratama yang Memperoleh Jatah Pengobatan Rujuk Balik Dari BPJS yang Berlokasi di Jalan Raya Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Tugas khusus ini diberikan dengan tujuan agar calon Apoteker dapat membuat rancangan Klinik Pratama yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS sehingga nantinya dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dan benar dalam dunia kerja.

ABSTRACTPharmacy as a stake holder in health service has to deliver high quality pharmacy service. The pharmacy service is one of the direct services to improve the life quality of patients or to achieve the desirable therapy result through pharmacy works of the pharmacists. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is aimed to equip the pharmacists with the knowledge and understanding of the role of pharmacist in providing health before they begin their service. During their PKPA, pharmacists did a special task that was Rancangan Klinik Pratama yang Memperoleh Jatah Pengobatan Rujuk Balik Dari BPJS yang Berlokasi di Jalan Raya Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. This special task was given so that the pharmacists could design Klinik Pratama which works hand in hand with BPJS and hopefully the experience will help the pharmacists in their future service."

Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan mask ke tempêta praktik kerja profesi. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT Abbot Indonesia, Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 362, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari JDC for the period January-April 2019. During PKPA, expected candidates pharmacists can expand their insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmacy work in the professional workplace."

"Apoteker memiliki peran yang penting, baik di Industri Farmasi, Distributor ataupun Fasilitas Kesehatan seperti Apotek, Puskesmas, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit, dll. Untuk dapat memenuhi peran Apoteker dengan baik, seorang Apoteker diwajibkan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dan selalu mengikuti standar yang berlaku dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi calon Apoteker untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Apoteker di tiga tempat praktik kefarmasian yang berbeda, yaitu PT. Abbott Indonesia, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 295 Jatiwaringin dan Distributor PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Dengan praktik kerja ini diharapkan calon apoteker mendapat banyak pengetahuan, wawasan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important role, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Distributors or Health Facilities such as Pharmacies, Puskesmas, Hospital Pharmacy Installations, etc. To be able to fulfill the Pharmacists role properly, a Pharmacist is required to meet established competency standards and always follow the applicable standards in carrying out the duties. Therefore, it is important for pharmacists to learn and practice pharmaceutical work directly, so the Intenships were done in three different pharmacy practice places, namely PT. Abbott Indonesia, Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 295 Jatiwaringin and PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari from January to April 2019. With this work practice it is expected that pharmacists will gain a wealth of knowledge, insights, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical work."

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Monitoring Change Request di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Oktober 2017 ndash; Maret 2018 rdquo;. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan monitoring terhadap Change Request yang terjadi pada periode Oktober 2017 ndash; Maret 2018. Secara umum, PT Abbott Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.
