Program Wajib Kerja Dokter Spesialis (WKDS) merupakan suatu kebijakan Pemerintah denga tujuan memenuhi jumlah dokter spesialis yang jumlahnya kurang dan distribusinya tidak merata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi peserta program WKDS angkatan VI-XII di Provinsi Jawa Barat tentang  WKDS Tahun 2019. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah crosssectional dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan (p value 0,038), harapan (p value 0,0001), jenis rumah sakit (p value 0,003) dan lingkungan kerja (p value 0,0001) perserta program WKDS angkatan VI-XII di Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2019 memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap persepsi tentang program WKDS, sedangkan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi persepsi tentang program WKDS dengan OR 29,4 adalah lingkungan kerja. 


The Specialist compulsory Work Program (WKDS) is a Government policy with the aim of meeting the number of specialist doctors whose numbers are lacking and the distribution is not evenly distributed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the perceptions of participants in the VI-XII WKDS program in West Java Province on WKDS in 2019. The design in this study was cross sectional with quantitative data types. The results of the study illustrate that knowledge variables (p value 0.038), expectations (p value 0.0001), types of hospitals (p value 0.003) and work environment (p value 0.0001) participants in the VI-XII WKDS program in West Java Province The year 2019 has a significant relationship to the perception of the WKDS program, while the dominant factor that influences the perception of the WKDS program OR 29.4 is the work environment.

"RSP dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga sangat mendukung Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang telah diluncurkan per tanggal 1 Januari 2014,yang juga merupakan salah satu bentuk tantangan bagi dokter spesialis untuk tetap melakukan pelayanan terbaik dalam rangka melayani kebutuhan dasar kesehatan masyarakat yang layak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan depth interview dan dari hasil wawancara terstruktur terungkap bahwa mayoritas belum merasa puas terhadap pembagian jasa pelayanan dan menginginkan transparansi administrasi keuangan para dokter spesialis, serta mengharapkan peningkatan sarana dan fasilitas yang ada. RSP dr. Ario Wirawan beserta para dokter spesialis sangat mendukung program BPJS.

dr. Ario Wirawan Lung General Hospital in Salatiga, very supportive to The National Health Insurance program which has been launched on January 1, 2014. This is one of the challenges for specialists to keep doing the best services in order to serve the basic needs of public health and eligible. Research on specialists satisfactions have give a fairly good result on majority of the research variables. This study used a qualitative approach with a depth interviews and structured interviews revealed that the majority do not feel satisfied with the services division and wants transparency of financial administration specialists, as well as the expected increase in facilities and existing facilities. dr. Ario Wirawan Lung General Hospital and spesialists were appreciated with BPJS program.

"Latar Belakang: Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Patologi Anatomik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia (PPDS PA FKUI) menggunakan kurikulum berdasarkan kompetensi/outcome (competency-/outcome-based curriculum). Namun, PPDS PA FKUI selama ini belum pernah melaksanakan ujian formatif berdasarkan kerja (workplace-based Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif untuk mengekplorasi secara mendalam pemanfaatan ujian formatif Diskusi berdasarkan Kasus dalam proses pendidikan di PPDS Patologi Anatomik FKUI. Dilakukan wawancara dan focused group discussion terhadap pengelola program, staf pengajar dan peserta PPDS PA FKUI. Staf pengajar diminta melakukan intervensi berupa ujian formatif DbK terhadap PPDS PA FKUI sebanyak tiga kali menggunakan borang yang telah diterjemahkan. Setelah intervensi, kembali dilakukan wawancara dan focused group discussion terhadap staf pengajar dan peserta PPDS PA FKUI.

 

Hasil: Staf Pengajar dan peserta PPDS PA FKUI menunjukkan respons positif terhadap pelaksanaan ujian formatif DbK. Ujian formatif DbK dianggap memungkinkan proses diskusi mendalam antara staf pengajar dan peserta PPDS PA terkait proses penegakkan diagnosis dari suatu kasus. Staf pengajar dapat memantau kemajuan proses pembelajaran serta memberikan umpan balik yang spesifik terhadap peserta PPDS. Peserta PPDS dapat mempelajari suatu kasus dengan lebih komprehensif, memperoleh umpan balik yang spefisik, serta mendapatkan simulasi ujian sumatif.

Kesimpulan: Ujian DbK bermanfaat dalam proses pencapaian kompetensi dalam pendidikan yang menggunakan pendekatan competency- atau outcome-based curricula.

Postgraduate program for Anatomical Pathology Specialist in Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia use competence-/outcome-based curriculum approach. However, until now, the program has not yet adopted formative workplace-based assessment, for example, case-based discussion.
This was a qualitative research to explore the use of formative assessment case-based discussion during educational process in postgraduate program for anatomical pathology specialist in FMUI. Interview and focused group discussion to the program manager, teaching staff and the residents were performed. Teaching staff was asked to perform three times case-based discussion (CbD) formative assessment toward the resident. Postintervention, interview and focused group discussion to the staf and resident were conducted.
The staffs and residents of Anatomical Pathology Specialist Program of FMUI showed positive response toward CbD formative assessment. CbD formative assessment enabled deeper discussion between the staffs and residents regarding establishing diagnosis. The staffs were able to monitor the residents learning process and giving specific feedback toward the residents. The residents were able to learn about a case in a more comprehensive way, acquiring specific feedback and summative assessment simulation.
Conclusion: CbD formative assessment is useful in the process of acquiring competence in diagnosis in a postgraduate education that uses competence- or outcome-based curricula."

"Era globalisasi mendatang menuntut adanya peningkatan mutu lulusan fakultas kedokteran negeri dan fakultas kedokteran swasta. Disamping harus meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada masyarakat, RSUP Fatmawati sebagai mitra pelaksana pendidikan dengan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Trisakti sejak tahun 1969, ditantang untuk memantapkan diri sambil memperbaiki penyelenggaraan pendidikan profesi calon dokter.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif formatif dan studi kasus dengan cara melakukan telaah mendalam, wawancara mendalam, pembagian /pengisian kuesioner dan melakukan observasi di empat (4) Staf Medis Fungsional atau Unit, yakni Unit Bedah, Unit Penyakit Dalam, Unit Kesehatan Anak, dan Unit Kebidanan.
Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa informasi dan pola Kepaniteraan Klinik pendidikan Program Studi Profesi Dokter, yang diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai acuan pendidikan di sepuluh (10) rumah sakit lainnya yang dipakai sebagai lahan pendidikan profesi dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Trisakti.
Saran yang diusulkan dapat dipakai sebagai rekomendasi bagi Direktur RSUP Fatmawati dan Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Trisakti serta jajarannya untuk menyempurnakan penyelenggaraan Program Studi Profesi Dokter. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi semua pihak. yang berkecimpung dalam pendidikan kedokteran di negeri yang kita cintai ini.

The Analysis of Implementation the Study Program of Medical Doctor Profession of the Faculty of Medicine of Trisakti University in the Fatmawati General Hospital, Cases Study in Four Functional Medical Staff or UnitsThe coming globalization era is going to need the improvement of graduate quality of the state and private FACULTY OF MEDICINE Besides being demanded to improve the service quality to the society, the Fatmawati General Hospital as a partner of the faculty of medicine of Trisakti University to implement the education since 1969 has been being challenged to establish itself while improving the education of medical doctor candidate profession.
This was a qualitatively formative research and cases study by doing a carefully examination, interview, questionnaire distribution, and carrying out an observation in the four Functional Medical Staff or Units ( Internal Medicine Unit, Surgery Unit, Pediatrics Unit, Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit). The final result of this research is to obtain the information and pattern of the Education of Study Program of Medical Doctor Profession, which is expected to be practicable or applicable as a reference of education in ten other hospitals which are used as the places of Education of Medical Doctor Profession of the faculty of medicine of Trisakti University.
Suggestions proposed can be used as a recommendation for the Director of the Fatmawati General Hospital and Dean of the faculty of medicine of Trisakti University and Staff to improve the implementation of the Study Program of Medical Doctor Profession. Further, this research result is expected to be beneficial for anyone involved in the education of medicine in our beloved country."

"This study was aimed at explaining the correlation of aspiration, perception, locus of control, learning environments, instruction and learning activity with the students's learning achievement and find the most effective set of variable to explain the students learning achievement. The subjects of this study were 178 students of the faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Padang State University. The data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by the regression technique. The results indicated that there is relationship between locus of control, aspiration, perception, learning environmental condition, instruction and learning activity with the students learning achievement and the most effective set of variable to explain the student learning achievement are learning activity, instruction, perception and aspiration."

"Analisis biaya dan perhinmgan SPP pendidikan dolcter di departemen medik RSCM belum pemah dilakukan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui biaya total, biaya satuan aktual, cos: recovery rare, dan SPP (tarif pendidikan). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptii menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan metode Aclfvizy Based Costing (ABC).
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total pendidikan dokter tahap kepaniteraan klinik di Departemen Obstetri dan Ginekologi RSCM sebesar Rp 576.499.686. Biaya satuan tingkat IV adalah Rp 608.405 per mahasiswa per kali kepaniteraan dan tingkat IV adalah Rp 2.254.581 per mahasiswa per kali kepaniteraan. Cost recovery raie adalah 50,2% untuk tingkat IV dan 38,4% untuk tingkat VI. Usulan SPP di Dcpanemen Obstetri dan Ginekoiogi jika scmua dibebankan kepada mahasiswa adalah Rp 610.000 per mahasiswa tingkat IV dan Rp 2.275.000 per mahasiswa tingkat Vl. Jika sebagian biaya dibebankan kepada pihak sclain FKUI (pemcrintah, rumah sakit, dan sumbangan) usulan SPP adalah sebesar Rp 305.000 pcr mahasiswa tingkat IV dan Rp 752.000 per mahasiswa tingkat VI.
Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk dilakukan analisis biaya di departemen medik lain di RSCM dan menetapkan kebijakan yang jelas khususnya mengenai biaya pendidikan di RSCM sebagai Salah satu rumah sakit pendidikan FKUI.

The cost analysis of service and tuition fee in medical departments in RSCM has never been conducted before. This research was conducted to estimate the total cost, the actual unit cost, cost recovery rate, and tuition fee. This research is a descriptive research, employed both primary and secondary data, using Activity Based Costing (ABC) method.
The result of the research shows that the total cost is Rp 576.499.686. The actual unit cost is Rp 608.405 per 4th year student and Rp 2.254.581 per 6th year student. Cost recovery rate in general is 50,2% for 4th year students and 38,4% for 6th year students. In hall costing, tuition fee suggested in Obstetric and Gynaecology Departments for 4th year student is Rp 610.000 per 4th year students and Rp 2.275.000 per 6th year student. If we excluded non FKUI’s cost (govemment, hospital, and donor) tuition fee suggested is Rp 305.000 per 4th year students and Rp 752.000 per 6 th year student.
The study suggests to conducted cost analysis in other medical departments in RSCM and made a clear policy especially about cost of education in RSCM as one of FKUI's education hospital.

"Fenomena yang berkembang di masyarakat Provinsi Gorontalo sekarang ini, menjadi alasan untuk meneliti tentang apa sebenarnya persepsi masyarakat terhadap program unggulan yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Fenomena tersebut adalah adanya anggapan masyarakat terhadap belum maksimalnya program unggulan Provinsi Gorontalo menaikkan kesejahteraan dan pendapatan masyarakat, serta pada tingkat pelayanan. Fenomena lainnya secara positif memandang pembangunan Provinsi Gorontalo lewat Program Unggulan membawa dampak baik dan peningkatan kesejahteraan serta pelayanan.
Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apa persepsi masyarakat terhadap program unggulan Provinsi Gorontalo yang terdiri dari program peningkatan sumber daya manusia (SDM), agropolitan dan etalase perikanan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dengan pengumpulan data lewat cara : kuisioner pada masyarakat dan wawancara berpedoman atau focus discusion kepada Pemerintah Daerah, DPRD dan LSM.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ternyata tidak terdapat perbedaan persepsi dan pengetahuan terhadap program unggulan Provinsi Gorontalo pada masyarakat perkotaan dan perdesaan. Secara umum persepsi masyarakat terhadap program unggulan ini sangat bagus, karena 107 responden dari 201 responden atau 53,2% menyatakan dengan adanya program unggulan ini etos kerja masyarakat Provinsi Gorontalo meningkat dan 53 responden atau 26,4 % menyatakan etos kerja masyarakat jadi lebih baik. Namun di sisi lain pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep program unggulan masih sangat dangkal.
Jika program ini akan terus dilakukan, maka sosialisasi program harus lebih mendalam pada tingkat konsep dan pencapaian ukuran/standar keberhasilan dan target program jangka pendek, menengah dan jangka panjang perlu disesuaikan antara masyarakat dan pemerintah, agar bisa mengakomodir kepentingan semua pihak, dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Provinsi Gorontalo.

There were growing perception in some part of Gorontalo communities that current leading programs of Gorontalo government did not live up to its expectation. The communities perceived that the prosperity and income of the people of Gorontalo were still in the lower side. In contrast, some other communities thought that these programs gave benefit and increase the service and wealthy.
The aim of this study is to clear up that conflicting perception on those leading programs, which were developing human resource, agropolitan and fishery.
The study used qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collected using questioner to the communities, government officials, staffs of non-government organization and the local legislative representatives.
The study found that in our samples, there was no different perception and understanding to the Government program between urban and rural communities. Most of the people perceived that the program was in excellent shape. Half of them stated that the program could increase the mood of the people. One fourth of them said that community spirit became better. However, while the people understood on the program as the Gorontalo brand, the substances underlying the concept were not understood.
The study recommends that to sustain the program, socialization of concept must be carried out. People should understand the concepts. Standard achievement should be clearly spelled for the short term, the middle term and the long-term period.

"Latar Belakang:Presentasi kasus merupakan bagian dari experiential learning dalam Kolb's learning cylce yaitu dalam fase refleksi. Pelaksanaan presentasi kasus saat ini tidak optimal sehingga terjadi penurunan kualitas. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya perbedaan persepsi antara peserta didik dan dosen klinik mengenai manfaat pelaksanaan presentasi kasus. Penelitian ini menggali secara mendalam proses pelaksanaan presentasi kasus dan mengidentifikasi kendala pelaksanaannya di rumah sakit pendidikan FK Unsyiah.
Metode: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap 6 koordinator pendidikan dan 18 dosen klinik, Focus Group Discussion FGD terhadap 57 peserta didik, studi dokumen dan observasi dari 6 Bagian yang diteliti, yaitu Ilmu Penyakit Dalam, Ilmu Kesehatan Anak, Ilmu Bedah, Obstetri dan Ginekologi, Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin dan Ilmu Penyakit Saraf. Data dianalisis melalui tiga tahapan yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil: Presentasi kasus merupakan metode pembelajaran yang sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta didik dan dosen klinik. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas presentasi kasus. Kendala utama yang teridentifikasi dari dosen klinik adalah kurangnya waktu yang dialokasikan untuk pelaksanaan presentasi kasus. kendala dari peserta didik yaitu kesungguhan dalam mengerjakan dan pemahaman mengenai manfaat terhadap presentasi kasus. Kendala sarana dan prasarana berupa ruangan diskusi yang masih kurang serta format penyusunan dan format penilaian belum dimiliki oleh seluruh Bagian. Kendala dari rumah sakit berupa variasi kasus yang kurang bervariasi karena sistem rujukan bertingkat.
Kesimpulan: Kendala dalam pelaksanaan presentasi kasus harus menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pengelola program pendidikan profesi dokter, agar manfaat presentasi kasus dapat maksimal diraih oleh peserta didik tahap klinik.

Background: Case presentation is a part of reflection in experiential learning in Kolb rsquo s learning cycle. Literatures demonstrates many benefits that students can reach with a good case presentation. But, there is a mismatch between clinical educators rsquo expectation and students rsquo perceptions of case presentation, so that the students cannot obtain an optimum benefits of case presentation. This research was conducted to explore in depth process of case presentation implementation and also to identify its implementation barriers in teaching hospital of Unsyiah Medical School.
Methods: Qualitative research with case study design was used for this research. Study casetheme used is case presentation implementation in Dr.Zainoel Abidin teaching hospital Banda Aceh. Data were taken using in depth interview with 6 education coordinators and 18 clinical teachers, focus group discussions with 57 students, observation, and documentation studies, from six departments. Followed by analysis through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.
Results: Case presentation is an useful and effective teaching method in clinical eduation. But, there were various barriers from clinical teacher, students, teaching hospital and learning support that can influence the benefit of case presentation identified. Factors identified in the clinical teachers are lack of time allotted. Factors identified in the students are lack of preparations about case presentation, and also lack understanding about case presentation method. Factors identified in the teaching hospitals are less variation of patients in some cases. Means of learning support in the form of modules containing learning outcomes and objectives clearly, form of assessment and also comfortable rooms supporting case presentation is yet exist.
Conclussion: There are various barrier factors of case presentation implementation which have been identified in this qualitative study. This barriers must becoming parameters on monitoring and program evaluation to improve the quality of a case presentation.
