"Perilaku caring teman sebaya disinyalir mampu mengatasi kesulitan yang dialami mahasiswa keperawatan dan merupakan faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan perilaku caring setelah orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku caring teman sebaya dan perilaku caring mahasiswa perawat terhadap pasien. Sebanyak 94 mahasiswa profesi dari dua program studi perawat di Jakarta dan Depok dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Perilaku caring peer diukur dengan Peer-Group Caring Interaction Scale (PGCIS) dan perilaku caring pelajar terhadap pasien diukur dengan Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI-24). Hasil uji pearson menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perilaku caring teman sebaya dengan perilaku caring siswa (p <0,001) dengan nilai korelasi positif (r = 0,415). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik perilaku caring teman sebaya maka semakin baik pula perilaku caring mahasiswa perawat terhadap pasien. Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa perilaku caring teman sebaya yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah modeling, sedangkan perilaku caring mahasiswa terhadap pasien yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah keterhubungan positif Lembaga pendidikan keperawatan perlu memberdayakan teman sebaya dalam mengembangkan budaya caring pada mahasiswa, baik terintegrasi dengan kurikulum dan kegiatan kemahasiswaan.

Peer caring behavior is allegedly able to overcome the difficulties experienced by nursing students and is a supporting factor in the formation of caring behavior after parents. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer caring behavior and student caring behavior towards patients. A total of 94 professional students from two nursing study programs in Jakarta and Depok were selected using simple random sampling technique as the sample of this study. Peer caring behavior was measured by the Peer-Group Caring Interaction Scale (PGCIS) and students' caring behavior towards patients was measured by the Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI-24). The Pearson test results showed that there was a relationship between peer caring behavior and student caring behavior (p <0.001) with a positive correlation value (r = 0.415). This shows that the better the caring behavior of peers, the better the caring behavior of nurse students towards patients. In this study, it was also found that peer caring behavior that needs to be improved is modeling, while student caring behavior towards patients that needs to be improved is a positive relationship. Nursing education institutions need to empower peers in developing a caring culture in students, both integrated with curriculum and student activities."

"Kebudayaan dapat memengaruhi perilaku dan persepsi sehat dan sakit seseorang. Asuhan keperawatan secara peka budaya diperlukan untuk memahami kebutuhan klien dengan budaya yang beragam. Efikasi diri sangat diperlukan dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan peka budaya agar memberikan kepercayaan dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan peka budaya sehingga menghasilkan perilaku caring yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan peka budaya terhadap perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners. Penelitian ini melibatkan 102 orang mahasiswa profesi ners yang berasal program regular dan ekstensi menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan metode pengumpulan data secara cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan efikasi diri dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan peka budaya mahasiswa profesi ners sudah sangat tinggi dilihat dari proporsinya (83,2%) dan perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners juga sangat baik dilihat dari proporsinya (93,67%). Hasil uji analisis dengan menggunakan uji spearman rho menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan peka budaya terhadap perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners (p value = 0.0001). Penelitian ini menyarankan dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai tingkat efikasi diri dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan peka budaya terhadap perilaku caring pada tahap akademik sarjana yang sudah memulai praktik di rumah sakit, maupun perawat di yang bekerja di rumah sakit.

Culture can influence a person's behavior and perception of health and illness. Culturally sensitive nursing care is needed to understand the needs of clients with diverse cultures. Self-efficacy is very necessary in carrying out culturally sensitive nursing care in order to provide confidence in performing cultural nursing care so as to produce good caring behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy in providing cultural care to the caring behavior of nursing profession students. This study involved 102 professional students from both regular and extension programs using a descriptive correlation design with cross sectional data collection methods with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that self-efficacy in providing nursing care to nursing professional students was very high seen from the proportion (83.2%) and caring behavior of nursing professional students was also very good seen from the proportion (93.67%). The results of the analysis using the Spearman Rho test showed that there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy in providing cultural care to the caring behavior of nursing professional students (p value = 0.0001). It is recommended that further research be conducted on the level of self-efficacy in providing cultural care for caring behavior at the academic level who have started practicing in hospitals, as well as nurses working in hospitals."

"Perilaku caring dapat dipengaruhi faktor individual, salah satunya adalah kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan perilaku caring perawat rawat inap di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan 154 perawat ruang rawat inap di satu RSUD wilayah Kota Bandung. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik saturation sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI-24) dan Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS-10). Uji korelasi Spearman mendapatkan hasil ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat (p=0,001, ±=<0,05) dengan tingkat kekuatan korelasi adalah hubungan yang cukup kuat dan positif (r=0,414). Kepuasan kerja berkontribusi mempengaruhi perilaku caring sebesar 17% dengan kolega dan rekan kerja, serta kesempatan menggunakan keahlian sebagai dimensi kepuasan kerja dengan skor tertinggi yang memberi kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan: kepuasan kerja berhubungan dengan perilaku caring, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja akan semakin baik perilaku caring. Perilaku caring perawat perlu terus dipertahankan dan dikuatkan dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang di antaranya didapat dari hubungan yang baik dengan kolega dan rekan kerja, serta pemberian kesempatan kepada perawat untuk menggunakan dan mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya.

Caring behavior can be influenced by individual factors, one of which is job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and caring behavior of inpatient nurses at the hospital. This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach involving 154 inpatient nurses at a regional hospital in the city of Bandung. Sampling using saturation sampling technique. The measurement tools used are the Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI-24) and the Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS-10). Spearman's correlation test found that there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction and nurse caring behavior (p=0.001, α=<0.05) with the strength of the correlation being quite strong and positive (r=0.414). Job satisfaction contributes to influencing caring behavior by 17% with colleagues and co-workers, as well as the opportunity to use skills as a dimension of job satisfaction with the highest score giving job satisfaction. Conclusion: job satisfaction is related to caring behavior, the higher the job satisfaction, the better the caring behavior. Nurses' caring behavior needs to be maintained and strengthened by increasing job satisfaction, which can be obtained from good relationships with colleagues and co-workers, as well as providing opportunities for nurses to use and develop their potential."

"Praktik klinik dapat menjadi beban tersendiri bagi mahasiswa profesi ners yang dapat mengakibatkan burnout. Burnout akan berdampak pada performa selama praktik klinik, terutama dalam berperilaku caring ketika memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara burnout dengan perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners. Dengan desain cross-sectional, penelitian ini melibatkan 89 mahasiswa profesi ners di satu perguruan tinggi di Jawa Barat. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Burnout diukur menggunakan maslach burnout inventory yang telah dimodifikasi dan perilaku caring menggunakan caring behavior inventory-24. Hasil uji pearson menunjukkan skor burnout dengan skor perilaku caring berkorelasi sedang dan negatif, serta bermakna (r= -0,460; p<0,001). Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan rerata skor dimensi kelelahan emosional paling tinggi dibanding dimensi lain dan dimensi menciptakan hubungan positif dari perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners masih rendah. Kesimpulan: Burnout berhubungan dengan perilaku caring, yaitu semakin tinggi tingkat burnout semakin rendah skor perilaku caring. Institusi pendidikan keperawatan perlu mengavaluasi iklim pembelajaran klinik dan merancang program untuk mencegah burnout selama pendidikan profesi agar tidak berdampak pada perilaku caring mahasiswa terhadap pasien.

Clinical practice can be a burden for nursingstudents and its can cause burnout. Burnout will have an impact on performance during clinical practice, especially in caring behavior when providing nursing care. This study aimed to determine the relationship between burnout and caring behavior of nursing students. With a cross-sectional design, this study involved 89 students of the nursing students in clinical stage at one university in West Java. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique. Burnout was measured using a modified Maslach Burnout Inventory and caring behavior using Caring Behavior Inventory-24. The results of the Pearson test showed that the burnout score with caring behavior score was moderately and negatively correlated and significant (r = -0.460; p <0.001). This study also found that the average score of the emotional exhaustion dimension was the highest compared to other dimensions of burnout and the dimension positive connectedness in the caring behavior of the nurse profession students was still low. Conclusion: Burnout is related to caring behavior, the higher the burnout level will impact to the lower the caring behavior score. Nursing education institutions need to evaluate the clinical learning climate and design programs to prevent burnout during professional education so as not to have an impact on student caring behavior towards patients."

"Perilaku caring dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, salah satunya adalah karakteristik kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik kepribadian dan perilaku caring perawat di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan 153 perawat di satu rumah sakit swasta di Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Caring Behavior Inventory (CBI-24) dan data sekunder hasil tes Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI). Hasil uji anova didapatkan ada perbedaan skor perilaku caring di antara karakteristik kepribadian, namun tidak bermakna secara statistik (p=0,320; α=0,05). Hasil analis post hoc test didapatkan perawat berkarakteristik conceptualizers memiliki skor perillaku caring tertinggi, sementara experiencers memiliki skor terendah. Kesimpulan: Karakteristik kepribadian menurut MBTI tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku caring perawat. Hal ini mungkin karena MBTI tidak secara spesifik mengukur kepribadian caring. Hasil tes psikologi tentang karakteristik kepribadian perawat dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan karir dan penempatan perawat. Akan tetapi, alat ukur yang lebih spesifik mengukur kepribadian caring diperlukan untuk seleksi dan mengukur perilaku caring perawat yang lebih stabil.

Caring behavior can be influenced by psychological factors, one of which is personality characteristics. This study aimed to determine the relationship between personality characteristics with nurses' caring behavior in hospitals. The study design used a cross-sectional approach involving 153 nurses in a private hospital in Jakarta. The samples selected by convenience sampling technique. This study used Caring Behavior Inventory (CBI-24) and secondary data from Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI) test results. The result of statistic test found that there was a difference in caring behavior scores among personality characteristics, but it was not statistically significant (p = 0.320; α= 0.05), In the post hoc test analysis showed that the conceptualizers's nurses had the highest caring behavior score, while the experiencers's nurses had the lowest scores Conclusion: Personality characteristics according to the MBTI are not related to the caring behavior of nurses. The possible cause that MBTI does not specifically measure caring personality. The results of psychological tests on the personality characteristics of nurses can be used in career development and nurses placement. However, a more specific tool in measuring caring personality is needed to identify and measure the nurse caring behavior which is more stable."

"Caring merupakan ciri khas perawat yang menentukan kualitas sebuah layanan. Namuntidak semua perawat memiliki perilaku caring yang baik. Salah satu penyebabrendahnya perilaku caring adalah rendahnya efikasi caring perawat yang menyebabkankurangnya keyakinan dan kemampuan diri untuk membina hubungan caring dalammemberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhpelatihan efikasi caring terhadap perilaku caring perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakandesain kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-post testdesign with control group. Partisipan adalah 50 perawat pada kelompok intervensi diRSUD Kota Dumai dan 50 perawat pada kelompok control di RSUD Kecamatanmandau.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh pelatihan efikasi caring terhadapperilaku caringperawat dengan nilai p = 0,0001, ada perbedaan bermakna pada nilaiperubahan perilaku caring baik di kelompok intervensi p = 0,0001 maupundikelompok kontrol p = 0,021 dengan ? = 0,005 dan pengetahuan memiliki hubunganbermakna dengan perilaku caring perawat. Pelatihan mampu meningkatkan efikasicaring sehingga perilaku caring perawat juga meningkat. Manajer perlu memikirkanupaya untuk mempertahankan perilaku caring yang telah dicapai terutama denganmeningkatkan pengetahuan perawat mengenai efikasi caring.

Caring is a characteristic of nurses that determine the quality of a service. But not allnurses have good caring behaviors. One of the causes of low caring behavior is the lowefficacy of caring that leads to lack of confidence and self ability to foster caringrelationships in providing nursing care. This study aimed to determine the effects ofcaring efficacy training on caring behavior of nurses. This research used quantitativedesign with quasi experimental method with approach of pre post test design withcontrol group. Participants were 50 nurses in the intervention group at RSUD Dumaiand 50 nurses in the control group at RSUD Mandau.
The results showed that there wasan effect of caring efficacy training on caring nurse behavior with p value 0.0001,there was significant difference in the value of caring behavior change in bothintervention group p 0.0001 and control group p 0,021 with 0.005 andknowledge have significant relationship with caring behavior of nurse. Training canimprove caring efficiency and increasescaring nurse behavior. Managers need to thinkabout efforts to maintain caring behavior that has been achieved primarily byincreasing the nurse's knowledge aboutcaring efficacy.

"Kepribadian, teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional diprediksi dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian, teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional pada mahasiswa profesi ners. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dan melibatkan 126 mahasiswa profesi ners di dua institusi pendidikan ners wilayah regional 5 Asosiasi Institusi Pendidikan Ners Indonesia (AIPNI) yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan sedang dan positif kepribadian, perilaku caring teman sebaya, dan nilai profesional keperawatan dengan perilaku caring mahasiswa profesi ners (p <0,001; r berturut-turut 0,483, 0,567, dan 0,742). Kepribadian caring berkontribusi 22,7%, perilaku caring teman sebaya 31,7%, dan nilai profesional 54,7% dalam membentuk perilaku caring mahasiswa. Peneliti merekomendasikan adanya mata kuliah ataupun program yang dapat menjadi sarana penguatan kepribadian caring dan nilai profesional keperawatan, serta pembentukan kelompok caring dan bekerja dalam kelompok yang dapat meningkatkan perilaku caring teman sebaya.

Personality, peers, and professional values are predicted to enhance caring behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship of personality, peers, and professional values with caring behavior in nursing students. The research design was cross-sectional and involved 126 nursing students from two nursing education institutions in the 5th region of the Association of Indonesian Nurse Education Center (AINEC), which were selected by consecutive sampling. The findings of the study indicated a moderate and positive relationship between personality, the caring behavior of peers, and professional values of nursing with the caring behavior of nursing students (p < 0.001; r respectively 0.483, 0.567, and 0.742). The analysis revealed that a caring personality contributed 22.7%, peer caring behavior 31.7%, and professional values 54.7% in shaping students' caring behavior. The researcher proffers recommendations for courses or programs that have the potential to fortify the caring personality and professional values of nursing, in addition to the establishment of caring groups and the cultivation of peer caring behavior within professional contexts."

Instrumen penelitian Caring Behavior Assessment Tool (CBA) untuk menilai perilaku caring, dan terjemahan The Frommelt Attitude Toward Care of the Dying Scale (FATCOD) untuk menilai sikap perawat pada end of life. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara perilaku caring dengan sikap perawat terhadap end of life. Perilaku caring penting untuk dijadikan budaya dalam merawat setiap klien.

The data sample was taken by 115 nurses in the concurrent room, and in a special room using the incidental sampling method. The research instrument is the Caring Behavior Assessment Tool (CBA) to assess caring behavior, and the translation of The Frommelt Attitude Toward Care of the Dying Scale (FATCOD) to assess nurses' attitudes towards end-of-life care. The results of the study found a relationship between caring behavior and nurses' attitudes towards end-of-life care. Caring behavior is important to become a culture in caring for each client."

"ABSTRAK
Kompetensi pembimbing klinik berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan perilaku caring dan komitmen perawat baru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kompetensi pembimbing klinik dengan perilaku caring dan komitmen perawat baru di RS. Desain penelitian adalah analitik komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 104 perawat baru di satu RS di wilayah Jakarta Selatan yang dipilih dengan metode random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Kuesioner Kompetensi Pembimbing Klinik, Caring Behavior Inventory CBI -24 dan kuesioner Komitmen Allen Meyer. Hasil uji t-independent menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kompetensi pembimbing klinik dengan perilaku caring perawat baru p < 0,001; ? = 0,05 dan hasil uji chi square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara kompetensi pembimbing klinik dan komitmen perawat baru p = 0,844 . Uji regresi linier mendapatkan bahwa karakteristik personal pembimbing klinik merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yang berhubungan perilaku caring. Upaya pembinaan dan pemeliharaan karakteristik personal caring yang baik perlu diprogramkan, juga pelatihan dan penyegaran pembimbing klinik perlu dimasukkan dalam perencanaan strategis dan rencana kerja tahunan. ABSTRACT
Competence of clinical instructure contributes to improving caring behavior and commitment of new nurses to improve the quality of nursing service. This study aims to identify the relationship of clinical instructure rsquo s competence with caring behavior and commitment of new nurses at the hospital. The study design was analytic comparative with the cross sectional approach of 104 new nurses in one hospital in South Jakarta area selected by random sampling method. The measuring instruments used are Competency Guidance Questioner Clinic, Caring Behavior Inventory CBI 24 and Allen Meyer 39 s Commitment Questionnaire. The result of the t independent test showed that there was a relationship between clinical instructure rsquo s competence and caring behavior of new nurse p 0,001 0,05 and chi square test showed the clinical instructure rsquo s competence was not relation to new nurse rsquo s commitment p 0,844 . The linear regression test found that personal characteristics of clinical instructure were the most dominant factor in caring behavior. Better coaching and maintenance of good personal caring characteristics needs to be programmed, as well as training and review of clinical instructures should be included in strategic planning and annual workplans. "Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) merupakan trauma yang berulang yang dialami individu seperti keadaan kegawatdaruratan di rumah sakit dan kematian. Kepedulian merupakan inti dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara posttraumatic stress disorder dan perilaku caring perawat ruang pelayanan COVID-19. Perawat pelayanan ruang COVID-19 mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan 74% (n=148) dengan rata-rata usia responden 30.24 tahun. Sebanyak 104 orang (70.3%) merawat pasien COVID 19 memiliki gejala PTSD. Sedangkan caring dengan empat dimensi dimana clinical care (mean 38.90), relational care (mean 28.11), humanistic care (mean 16.91), dan comforting care (mean 13.37). Hasil uji korelasi menggunakan person product moment menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara gejala PTSD pada perawat dengan perilaku caring di ruang pelayanan COVID-19. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa kondisi psikologis perawat sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku caringnya. Maka penting untuk melakukan asesmen rutin status psikologis perawat terutama di ruang pelayanan COVID sehingga dapat memberikan asuhan keperawatan holistik dan komprehensif bagi pasien COVID-19.

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a repetitive trauma experienced by individuals such as emergency situations in hospital and death. Caring is at the core of providing nursing care. This research uses correlational descriptive with cross sectional approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between posttraumatic stress disorder and the caring behavior of nurses in the COVID-19 service room. The majority of respondents who served in the COVID-19 room were female, 74% (n=148) with an average age of 30.24 years. A total of 104 people (70.3%) treating COVID-19 patients had PTSD symptoms. While caring with four dimensions where clinical care (mean 38.90), relational care (mean 28.11), humanistic care (mean 16.91), and comforting care (mean 13.37). The results of the correlation test using the person product moment show that there is a significant negative relationship between PTSD symptoms in nurses and caring behavior in the COVID-19 service room. The results of this study illustrate that the psychological condition of nurses greatly influences their caring behavior. Therefore, it is important to carry out routine assessments of the psychological status of nurses, especially in the COVID-19 service room so that they can provide holistic and comprehensive nursing care for COVID-19 patients."
