Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi.  Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon Apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di RSUP Fatmawati, Apotek Prima Sehat, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Cilandak selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A Pharmacist plays an important role in hospitals, pharmacies, and government. Pharmacists must have competency standards as a requirement for working and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to assist the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at Fatmawati General Hospital, Prima Sehat Pharmacy, and Cilandak District Health Center during the January-April 2019 period. During PKPA, it is expected that Pharmacist candidates can be changed, understanding Pharmacists, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Farmawati bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat pada pasien DM tipe 2 dengan Akut on CKD dan Hipertensi stage II. Bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan dan kerasionalan terapi penggunaan obat pada pasien. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pesanggrahan bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa pemberian informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang cara pencegahan hipertensi dan bagaimana cara mengontrol tekanan darah sehingga hipertensi dapat dikendalikan dengan baik. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek JacoebSon bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa analisis prioritas pengendaliaan obat khususnya obat antibiotik di apotek JacoebSon Pharmacy dengan menggunakan metode pareto (ABC) periode Oktober 2018-September 2019.

ABSTRACT

The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the Farmawati Central General Hospital aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the hospital in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. A special task is given in the form of monitoring drug therapy in DM type 2 patients with acute on CKD and hypertension stage II to evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness, safety and rationality of drug use therapy in patients. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Pesanggrahan aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Puskesmas in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. The special task given is in the form of providing health information to the public about how to prevent hypertension and how to control blood pressure so that hypertension can be controlled properly. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the JacoebSon Pharmacy aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmacy in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. The special task given is in the form of a priority analysis of drug control, especially antibiotic drugs at the JacoebSon Pharmacy using the Pareto (ABC) method for the period October 2018-September 2019.

Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. This Proffesion have standards that must be fulfilled as a requirement for entering work environment and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) grades as the capabilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work environment. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Program Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was held at PT. Fonko International Pharmaceuticals, PT. SamMarie Tramedifa, and Apotek Prima Sehat during the period of January - April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work environments."

"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di berbagai bidang, baik di Industri Farmasi, Distributor, maupun Fasilitas Kesehatan, seperti Apotek, Puskesmas, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit, dan sebagainya. Seorang Apoteker haruslah mampu memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dan senantiasa mengikuti standar dan etik yang berlaku selama menjalankan tugasnya sehingga peran Apoteker pada berbagai bidang tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut, dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di tiga tempat praktik kefarmasian yang berbeda, yaitu PT Guardian Pharmatama, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, dan Apotek Kimia Farma 14 Bandung pada periode Januari hingga April 2019. Dengan melaksanakan praktik kerja tersebut, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam praktik pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Distributors, or Health Facilities such as Pharmacies, Puskesmas, Hospital Pharmacy Installation, etc. Pharmacists must be able to establish competency standards and always follow the applicable standards and ethics along their duties so that Pharmacist's role can be fulfilled properly. To accomplish those aims, internship were done in three different pharmacy practice facilities, namely PT Guardian Pharmatama, The South Jakarta Administration City Health Office, and Apotek Kimia Farma 14 Bandung period Januari to April 2019. Hopefully, Pharmacists will gain knowledge and experiences in pharmaceutical practice."

"Apoteker memegang peranan penting di rumah sakit, apotek, dan puskesmas. Praktik kerja bertujuan agar calon apoteker memahami peranan apoteker sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku profesional, serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata. Selain itu, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat belajar berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas. Praktik kerja dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak SamMarie Basra, Apotek Hidup Baru, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Cilandak pada bulan Januari-April 2019.

Pharmacist plays an important role in hospital, retail, and community health center. Internship was aimed to make apothecary students understand the role of pharmacist based on law and have knowledge, skills, profesionalism behaviour, insights, and real experiences. Besides, apothecary students can learn how to communicate and interact with other health professionals. Internship was done in SamMarie Basra Mother and Child Hospital, Hidup Baru Drugstore, and Community Health Center of Kecamatan Cilandak. Internship was held from January to April 2019."

"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Fatmawati Jl. RS Fatmawati, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan PKPA bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat melihat langsung kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan, memahami tugas dan fungsi Instalasi Farmasi RSUP Fatmawati, memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam bidang manajerial (perencanaan, pengadaan,penerimaan, penyimpanan, distribusi, pemusnahan, pengendalian dan administrasi) dan farmasi klinis (pengkajian dan pelayanan resep, Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO), Pemberian Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, visite, dispensing sediaan steril). Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul pemantauan terapi obat pada pasien cerebrovascular disease stroke ischemic berulang digedung teratai lantai 5 Selatan periode 26 januari - 31 januari 2017. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui masalah terkait obat yang terjadi pada pasien di ruang perawatan High Care Unit (HCU) melalui pemantauan terapi obat dengan Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) system.

Pharmacists Internship Working Program aims to understand the duties and functions of Pharmacy at RSUP Fatmawati, understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and to improve their knowledge and skills in managerial (planning, procurement, storage, distribution, extermination, control and administration) and clinical pharmacy (assessment and prescription services, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Provision of Drug Information, counseling, visite, dispensing sterile preparations). Special assignment given entitled monitoring of drug therapy in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, stroke at Teratai 5th floor period 26 January - 31 January 2017. The purpose of this special task is to investigate drug-related problems occur in patients in the treatment room High Care Unit (HCU ) through the monitoring of drug therapy to the Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) system."
