"ABSTRAKSeorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di apotek, industri farmasi, dan distributor farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan PT Pfizer Indonesia selama periode Februari-Mei 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja farmasi.

ABSTRACT

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmacy, the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributors. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of 10 competencies as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) at  Apotek Atrika, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and PT Pfizer Indonesia during February-May 2019 period are expected. During PKPA, prospective pharmacists can expand their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical works in pharmaceutical works practices.

Apoteker dalam melaksanakan tugasnya haruslah memenuhi standar komptensi yang telah ditetapkan. Pharmacists play an important role in the world of health, especially regarding pharmaceutical preparations in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy and government. Pharmacists in carrying out their duties must meet the competency standards that have been set. Implementation of the internship of pharmacist profession aims to help prospective pharmacists understand the role of pharmacists as a provision to face the world of work. The internship of the pharmacist profession are carried out at the Atrika Pharmacy, East Jakarta Administrative Office of Health, and PT. Eisai Indonesia during the period from February to May 2019. During the work practice, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"Dalam apotek, industri farmasi, dan pemerintahan khususnya di bidang kefarmasian, peran apoteker sangatlah penting. Untuk dapat menjalankan peranannya dengan baik dan benar, apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi yang ada. Pemahaman akan standar kompetensi tersebut tidak hanya sebatas materi yang diperoleh semasa perkuliahan, akan tetapi hal tersebut perlu didukung dengan pengalaman langsung dalam dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendapatkan wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman yang lebih terkait peranan apoteker dan standar kompetensinya, calon apoteker diberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika, PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk Plant Gunung Putri, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan Periode Bulan Februari-Mei 2019.

In pharmacy, pharmacy industry, and government particularly in pharmacy area, the role of apothecary is very important. To be able to execute its role well, an apothecary must fulfill the existing standard of competence. The understanding of the standard of competence is not limited to the knowledge gained during varsity, but it must be supported with real life work experience too. Hence, to gain more insight, understanding, and experience regarding the role of an apothecary and its standard of competence, the apothecary aspirant is given the chance to do Internship at Apotek Atrika, PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk Plant Gunung Putri, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan Period February-May 2019."

Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

There are 10 (ten) Indonesian pharmacist competency standards as capabilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. Pharmacist Professional Intern (PKPA) at PT Bintang Toedjoe, National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Republic of Indonesia, and Apotek Atrika are carried out as provisions and experiences of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve their competence. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowledge, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces.

"Apoteker memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, rumah sakit, dan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat.  Dalam ini, Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk menjalankan praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi merupakan praktik kerja yang bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis pakai, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian. "Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan GMP (CPOB) di industri farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu Analisis Perbedaan Antara Approval Terbaru dari Suatu Perubahan Yang Didaftarkan di BPOM dengan Approval yang Telah Diimplementasikan Sebelumnya. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk megetahui perbedaan antara approval terbaru dari suatu perubahan yang didaftarkan di Badan POM dengan approval yang telah diimplementasikan sebelumnya, serta memastikan spesifikasi produk yang di produksi di PT Abbott Indonesia masih sesuai dengan ketentuan Badan POM.

Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia for the September-October 2019 Period aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective Pharmacists also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP (CPOB) in the pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship in the Pharmaceutical Industry lasts for two months with a special assignment, namely Analysis of the Difference Between the Latest Approval of a Change Registered at the BPOM and the Approval that has been previously implemented. This special task aims to find out the difference between the latest approval of a change registered at the POM with the approval previously implemented, and to ensure that the product specifications produced at PT Abbott Indonesia are still in accordance with the provisions of the POM."

Semua kegiatan tersebut harus dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki keahlian dan kewenangan, yaitu apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan oleh calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan kompetensi calon apoteker dalam menerapkan tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika, Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama Periode Bulan Januari-April 2019.

Pharmacist professional internship were carried out by prospective pharmacists to improve the competency of prospective pharmacists in implementing the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists. Therefore, the internship was carried out at Apotek Atrika, Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Central General Hospital, and Kebayoran Lama Primary Health Centre Period of January-April 2019"
