"Utilization hydroacoustic methods in recent years have become increasingly effective for estimating the abundance of marine fish, especially fish stocks, where is impossible to do with conventional methods approach. Widely hydroacoustic technology has been used to map and classify the content of the resource base of waters and benthic animals that are on the bottom, type of substrate and benthic biota. Target Strength is the most important factor in the detection and prediction of fish stocks by using hydroacoustic. The TS is a measure that can describe the ability of a target to reflect sound waves that come about it. In the propagation of sound waves, the amount of energy per second will be flowing through the unit certain area perpendicular to the direction of propagation. The amount of energy per second crossing a certain area of the unit refers to as the intensity of the wave. The system of detection and measurement of underwater involves three components, namely medium, targets, and equipment. Sonar equation is built based on the similarity or balance between the parts of the received signal, the desired called signal and the unwanted parts referred noise or noise, depending on the specific sonar functions are applied."

"Detects the sound frequency range of fish, the intensity of the sound amplitude, sound fluctuations, and shape the sound patterns of the fish. Passive acoustic methods used to monitor marine mammals expressed. In general, the signal obtained from the animal record sounds is poor and difficult to determine from which directions it is produced, therefore it requires that require amplification strengthening. Bioacoustic research is needed to identifies the communication language (Acoustic communication) in mammals. Bioacoustic detect mammal produced frequency ranges of sound, amplitude intensity of sound, voice fluctuation, and form sound patterns of mammals. Studying bioacoustic is inseparable from the science of underwater acoustics, biology of mammals, and the study of mammalian behavior: Generally bioacoustic include physiology of mammals organ that produce sound, earning voice mechanism, sound characteristics of mammals, mammals sound approaching mechanism, the hearing capacity of fish, and the evolution of the auditory system, and to obtain the fequency range of each sound produced by the dolphins (mammals). Environmental conditions and parameters (salinity and temperature) will greatly affect the value of the intensity and frequently generated the target, the more extreme the environmental conditions, the lower value of the intensity and frequency generated."

"Dalam rangka mengakselerasi transformasi digital di Indonesia, Regulatory Technology (“Regtech”) dan Supervisory Technology (“Suptech”) hadir sebagai pendekatan pengawasan berbasis teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan para Penyelenggara Teknologi Finansial. Regtech merupakan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan secara efektif dan efisien yang digunakan oleh Penyelenggara Teknologi Finansial, sedangkan Suptech merupakan penggunaan teknologi inovatif oleh Lembaga Pengawas dengan tujuan untuk mendorong pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan. Skripsi ini meneliti mengenai pengaturan Regtech dan Suptech serta permasalahan dan tantangan yang ditimbulkan dari pemanfaatan Regtech dan penerapan Suptech terhadap Teknologi Finansial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang didasarkan pada bahan hukum tertulis seperti Undang-Undang, Peraturan Bank Indonesia, dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan Regtech dan penerapan Suptech di Indonesia. Kesimpulan dari Skripsi ini adalah pemanfaatan Regtech dan penerapan Suptech telah memiliki dasar hukum yang diterbitkan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia. Kemudian, permasalahan dan tantangan yang muncul menghambat pemanfaatan Regtech dan penerapan Suptech oleh para Penyelenggara Teknologi Finansial, seperti permasalahan regulasi, permasalahan infrastruktur informasi teknologi, permasalahan jaringan internet, dan permasalahan biaya. Penulis menyarankan adanya pedoman mengenai pemanfaatan Regtech dan penerapan Suptech dan melakukan penyelarasan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 13 Tahun 2018 dengan Surat Penetapan Hasil Regulatory Sandbox untuk Penyelenggara Aggregator.

In order to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia, Regulatory Technology (“Regtech”) and Supervisory Technology (“Suptech”) are present as technology-based supervisory approaches that can improve compliance by Financial Technology Operators. Regtech is the use of technology for compliance with laws and regulations effectively and efficiently used by Financial Technology Operators, while Suptech is the use of innovative technology by the Supervisory Agency to encourage the implementation of the supervisory function. This thesis examines the regulation of Regtech and Suptech as well as the problems and challenges that arise from the use of Regtech and the application of Suptech to Financial Technology in Indonesia. This study uses a normative juridical method based on written legal materials such as the Act, Bank Indonesia Regulations, and Financial Services Authority Regulations relating to the use of Regtech and the application of Suptech in Indonesia. The thesis concludes that the use of Regtech and the application of Suptech have a legal basis issued by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. Then, the problems and challenges that arise hinder the use of Regtech and the application of Suptech by Financial Technology Operators and Supervisory Agencies, such as regulatory issues, information technology infrastructure problems, internet network problems, and cost issues. The author suggests guidelines regarding the use of Regtech and the application of Suptech and harmonizing the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 13 of 2018 with a Letter of Determination of Regulatory Sandbox Results for Aggregator Operators."

Remote sensing combined with geographic information systems. can be used as a technology tool to obtain information about the object quickly and accurately, including objects in coastal and ocean areas. Remote sensing data essentially can be used as an alternative technology in obtaining information at a cheaper cost when compared with the conventional way."

"Artikel ini membahas tentang peran embedded librarian di Perpustakaan Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT). Embedded librarian adalah seseorang yang proaktif dalam memberikan layanan perpustakaan dalam pencarian informasi dan memahami kebutuhan informasi penggunanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei. Survei dilakukan terhadap peneliti yang bekerja di BPPT. Survei dilakukan pada bulan Juni dengan 35 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran embedded librarian di Perpustakaan BPPT sangat penting dalam membantu peneliti mencari informasi saat melakukan penelitian. Sebanyak 49% responden menyatakan bahwa pustakawan Perpustakaan BPPT telah melaksanakan kegiatan pustakawan tertanam dengan baik dengan mengedepankan layanan informasi kepada peneliti. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pustakawan tertanam seperti memberikan informasi dengan kualitas informasi yang baik, pustakawan juga telah melaksanakan dengan baik, sebanyak 63% responden setuju dengan hal tersebut. Namun, pustakawan perlu meningkatkan kemampuannya untuk memahami topik terkini terkait penelitian yang sedang dilakukan oleh peneliti, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan mengikuti pelatihan terkait topik terkait, atau pustakawan dapat menjadi spesialis mata pelajaran dengan melanjutkan studinya dengan mengambil bidang yang menjadi fokus BPPT.

This article discusses the role of embedded librarians in the Library of the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT). An embedded librarian is someone who is proactive in providing library services in information retrieval and understanding the information needs of their users. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques through surveys. The survey was conducted on researchers working at BPPT. The survey was conducted in June with 35 respondents. The results show that the role of embedded libraries in the BPPT Library is very important in helping researchers find information when conducting research. As many as 49% of respondents stated that the librarians of the BPPT Library have carried out embedded librarian activities well by promoting information services to researchers. In carrying out their duties as embedded librarians such as providing information with good quality information, librarians have also carried out well, as many as 63% of respondents agree with this. However, librarians need to improve their ability to understand current topics related to the research being carried out by researchers, this can be done by participating in training related to related topics, or librarians can become subject specialists by continuing their studies by taking the field that is the focus of BPPT."

"Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemenristekdikti) mempunyai visi untuk "mewujudkan pendidikan tinggi yang bermutu serta kemampuan ilmu pengetahuan (iptek) dan inovasi untuk mendukung daya saing bangsa. Makna daya saing bangsa tersebut adalah kontribusi iptek dan pendidikan tinggi dalam perekonomian yang ditunjukkan oleh keunggulan produk teknologi hasil litbang yang dihasilkan oleh industri/perusahaan yang didukung oleh lembaga litbang (LPNK, LPK, Badan Usaha, Perguruan Tinggi) dan tenaga terampil pendidikan tinggi. Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Iptek dan Dikti (Ditjen SDID) adalah satu unit organisasi di dalam Kemenristekdikti menetapkan sasaran strategis meningkatnya relevansi, kualitas, dan kuantitas sumber daya iptek dan pendidikan tinggi.
Namun, strategi bisnis dan strategi sistem informasi (SI) / teknologi informasi (TI) yang ada di Ditjen SDID belum mendukung aspek relevansi, terutama dalam aspek keekonomian. Ada kelebihan sekaligus kekurangan produksi sarjana dari pendidikan tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang berimplikasi pada rendahnya efisiensi pendidikan tinggi dalam mendukung perekonomian.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi bisnis dan strategi SI/TI yang selaras dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran strategis Ditjen SDID dan Kemenristekdikti, yang diwujudkan dengan melakukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis bisnis eksternal dan internal menggunakan metode value chain, 5-competitive forces, dan SWOT. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menelaah penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dalam hal peran, strategi dan perubahan/disrupsi pendidikan tinggi dalam mendukung daya saing bangsa, kemudian memvalidasi opsi-opsi yang dihasilkan kepada pejabat eselon I dan II di Ditjen SDID. Selanjutnya, analisis SI/TI eksternal dan internal dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis portofolio aplikasi eksisting, polesei Pangkalan Data Dikti serta praktek-praktek TI terbaik dalam pendidikan tinggi. Strategi digital Ditjen SDID dilakukan dengan kerangka kerja strategi sistem informasi bisnis dan tool business dependency network, dengan memperhatikan sumber daya SI/TI saat ini untuk membentuk portofolio aplikasi di masa yang akan datang serta peta jalan untuk mewujudkannya. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini, dapat diusulkan menjadi bagian dari rencana strategis Ditjen SDID tahun 2020-2025 dan bagi para eksekutif dapat mendorong pemikiran-pemikiran kreatif untuk menghasilkan strategi yang unggul.

ABSTRACT
The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (MoRTHE) has a vision to realize qualified higher education, and science & technology capability and innovation to support national competitiveness. The national competitiveness means the contribution of science, technology, and higher education in economy that is indicated by technology products superiority which are produced by industries that are supported by research and development institutions, and high-skilled workforce. The Directorate General of Science, Technology, and Higher Education Resources is an organization unit within The Ministry of Science, Technology, and Higher Education. The organization unit has established a strategic goal of increasing the relevancy, quality, and quantity of science, technology, and higher education resources.
However, the directorate general strategies on business and information system (IS) / information technology (IT) had not been spotting the relevancy aspect, especially on its economic impact. There was overproduction of graduates over its demand in some fields. There was also shortage of graduates in certain fields. Thus, the condition implied inefficiency of higher education system in promoting economy.
This action research is aimed to align business and IS/IT strategies with the organization`s strategic goals and objectives. The research was done by committing an information system strategic planning. At the preliminary stage, some planning methodologies were evaluated and Peppard & Ward methodology has been selected. According to the methodology, internal and external business environment analyses were conducted using value chain method, Porter`s 5-competitive forces and SWOT analysis. Further literature reviews were needed to construct a model on how higher education can promote competitiveness, global trends, changes, and disruptions, to shape Indonesia`s higher education future. Then, internal and external IS/IT environment analyses were done by application portfolio analysis, Indonesia higher education database (PDDIKTI) policy review, and IT best practices in higher education review. Business information system strategy framework and business dependency network tool were used to formulate business information system strategy.
The result of the research is a future application portfolio, roadmap, and IS management strategy that has better control to the ultimate goal of national competitiveness, human capital oriented, and better utilization of higher education resources in all segments. Hopefully, the result would be incorporated as a part into the next 5-year period strategic plan of the organization and will unleash creative ideas of the executives using the IS/IT solution."

"Internet saat ini menjadi sebuah media bagi setiap manusia untuk memperoleh atau mengakses informasi, serta berkomunikasi dengan mudah. Dari internet juga muncul berbagai media sosial dan teknologi digital. Istilah dan kata dalam media sosial dan teknologi digital yang sebagian besar berasal dari bahasa Inggris banyak diserap oleh bahasa lain, seperti bahasa Belanda. Permasalahan mengenai proses morfologis pembentukan kata serapan dari bahasa Inggris dalam bahasa Belanda dan penyesuaian kata tersebut dalam konteks gramatikal bahasa Belanda menarik untuk diteliti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hal yang menjadi fokus utama pada penelitian ini adalah proses morfologis pembentukan kata serapan tersebut. Selain itu, penggunaan kata tersebut dalam konteks kaidah gramatikal bahasa Belanda juga menjadi hal lain yang menarik dalam skripsi ini. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa kata serapan yang berasal dari bahasa Inggris tersebut dapat menjadi kata bahasa Belanda yang disesuaikan dengan aturan morfologis Belanda, sehingga dari hal tersebut dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa kata-kata serapan yang mengalami perubahan bentuk dalam bahasa Belanda tersebut sebagian besar merupakan loanwords atau vreemde woorden yang dapat menjadi bastaardwoorden setelah mengalami penyesuaian kaidah morfologis bahasa Belanda.

Internet has now become a media for people to access information and to communicate with ease. Through internet many social medias and digital increase. Terms and words in social medias and digital technologies that are mostly from English are borrowed by other foreign languages, like Dutch. The problems of the morphological word formation of the English loanwords in Dutch and the adaptation of the words in Dutch grammatical context are interesting to be researched. The method used in this research is qualitative. The main focus in this research is the morphological processes of word formation of those loanwords. Furthermore, the use of the words in the the Dutch grammatical context is another interesting case. The result of this research indicates that the English loanwords would be adopted in Dutch after the morfphological adjustment. The conclusion of this research is that the borrowed words in Dutch are mostly loanwords or vreemde woorden lsquo foreign words rsquo that would become bastaardwoorden lsquo hybrid words."

Perkembangan Kemajuan teknologi menimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif dalam bidang perbankan. Dampak positif dapat dimanfaatkan guna menyejahterakan dan memudahkan kehidupan juga perekonomian. Sedangkan dampak negatif harus diminimalisir dengan cara dibuatnya peraturan yang menunjang upaya perlindungan bagi konsumen dan pelaku penyelenggara industri perbankan berbasis teknologi finansial. Perkembangan kemajuan teknologi finansial juga melahirkan adanya peluang dan tantangan yang harus dihadapai oleh masyarakat dan perbankan. Otoritas Jasa keuangan dan Bank Indonesia mengeluarkan peraturan terkait teknologi finansial guna memitigasi risiko yang ditimbulkan dari dampak negatif tersebut. Peraturan yang dibuat oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan yaitu Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 77/POJK.01/2016 Tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi, Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 19/12/PBI/2017 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Teknologi Finansial, Peraturan Anggota Dewan Gubernur Nomor 19/14/PADG/2017 Tentang Ruang Uji Coba Terbatas Regulatory Sandbox , Peraturan Anggota Dewan Gubernur Nomor 19/15/PADG/2017 Tentang Tata Cara Pendaftaran, Penyampaian Informasi, dan Pemantauan Penyelenggara Teknologi Finansial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tesis ini adalah pendekatan normatif.

ABSTRACT
Progress of development technology naturally generate both positive and negative impacts in mainly banking sector. The positive effects of Financial Technology should be helpful for prospering and facilitating life. While the negative ones should be minimalized mainly through regulations that support for protecting both consumer and technology based banking industry. The development progress also giving opportunities and challenges that should be faced by people and banking. To decreases the negative effect, The Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia having regulations which relating to financial technology. Regulation that made by the Financial Services Authority is the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 77 POJK.01 2016 on the Information Technology Borrowed Borrowing Service, Bank Indonesia also have two Regulations Number 19 12 PBI 2017 Regarding the Implementation of Financial Technology, Member of the Board of Governors Regulation Number 19 14 PADG 2017 Regulatory Sandbox, Regulation of the Board of Governors Number 19 15 PADG 2017 Regarding Procedures for Registration, Delivery of Information and Monitoring of Financial Technology Providers.
