"ABSTRACTWe use an exhaustive list of Indonesias macroeconomic variables in a comparative analysis to determine which predictor variables are most important in forecasting Indonesias inflation rate. We use monthly time series data for 30 macroeconomic variables. Using both in sample and out of sample predictability evaluations, we report consistent evidence of inflation rate predictability using 11 out of 30 macroeconomic variables."

"ABSTRACTThe paper presents the performance of energy development programs during the 2015-2019 RPJMN period, evaluates them, and proposes some recommendations for that of the next 2020-2024 RPJMN. Energy development programs in the 2015-2019 RPJMN performed quite well, however some indicators such as coal production and the share of new-new and renewable energy in the countrys energy mix were not encouraging. While most of energy infrastructure program was not delivered well, the oil and gas production declining trends, in addition to excessive exports of coal reminds that Indonesias energy security is not safe. In 2020-2024 RPJMN exploration efforts must be increased, aiming at achieving reserves replacement ratio more than 1. Meanwhile, the share of new and renewable has to be increased, by emphasizing the development of biofuels in particular. In addition, energy conservation efforts have to be continued."

"Tulisan ini merupakan studi yang mengungkap keterkaitan event temporer dengan pergeseran variabel interioritas. Event temporer yang dibahas dalam studi ini adalah gig musik yang diadakan secara berkala pada setting interior, Yesterday Backyard Kafe Bar. Variabel interioritas dalam ruang interior meliputi boundary, performance, intimacy, betweenness, dan atmosphere. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh adanya komponen yang terdapat dalam event temporer meliputi aspek visual tata cahaya, aksi performer, dekorasi , dan auditori genre, tempo, dinamika yang menjadi stimulan bagi variabel interioritas dalam ruang. Shifting variabel interioritas terjadi karena adanya pergeseran kondisi ruang interior yang berbeda dari kondisi awalnya. Masing- masing komponen yang terkandung dalam event temporer dapat membuat satu atau lebih variabel interioritas mengalami shifting. Hasil studi ini menunjukan bahwa event temporer dapat memengaruhi terjadinya shifting variabel interioritas dalam ruang interior.

This study examines the interrelation between temporary event with the shifting of interiority variables. The temporary event discussed in this study is music gig held periodically at interior setting, Yesterday Backyard Cafe Bar. Interiority variables in interior space consist of boundary, performance, intimacy, betweenness, and atmosphere. The presence of components contained in temporary event are the visual aspect, including lighting, performer action, decoration, and auditori aspect, including genre, tempo, dynamics which become stimulant for interiority variables in space. Shifting variables interiority occurs because of the interior space conditions are changing from the initial conditions. Each component contained in a temporary event can maje various shifting of interiority variables. The results of this study show that temporary event can influence the occurrence of shifting interiority variables in interior space."

"Bagi warga negara yang tunduk pada hukum waris perdata barat, penggugat memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan harta warisan sebagaimana dalam ketentuan hukum waris perdata barat. Hibah yang dilakukan oleh pewaris pada saat masih hidup menimbulkan permasalahan karena salah satu ahli waris merasa belum mendapatkan hak warisnya sehingga ahli waris tersebut menggugat ke Pengadilan. Hakim memutuskan untuk menolak gugatan, bahkan dalam tingkat Banding maupun Kasasi. Putusan hakim ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengapa seseorang yang tunduk pada hukum waris perdata barat tidak berhak mendapatkan hak warisnya sesuai ketentuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan yuridis-normatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis serta jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data sekunder sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi dokumen. Hasil dari penulisan tesis ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan saran untuk umum dan khususnya untuk praktisi hukum.

"ABSTRACTThis study tests for a long-run relation between oil prices and the rupiah US dollar exchange rate. We discover, first, that the long-run cointegration relation between oil prices and the real exchange rate (RER) is sensitive to different exchange rate regimes in Indonesia. Second, we find a long-run cointegrating relation between oil prices and the RER over the float exchange rate regime. However, in the managed float period, there is no evidence of a long-run relation between oil prices and the RER. In the long run, higher oil prices lead to an appreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar in the float period (post-August 1997 period). We demonstrate that these results are robust to different data frequencies."
