It tries to examine the specific character of existing techniques for managing and controlling urban land growth and tries to match them to the Indonesian situation. The techniques can be categorized into two major types. Indonesian urban sprawl can be distinguished into two models. The physical, social, and historical backgrounds are responsible for this conditions. The urban-rural oriented strategy is highly recommended for managing and controlling urban land development on the outer islands."

In architecture world, space has many definitions. Among them, there're absolute space which has static nature and relative space which has more dynamic nature. Whichever it is, it has its own interiority that works as a system of space. As a system of space, interiority has various contents that help it works. These contents itself consist of many elements and variables that, eventually, have an impact to the evolution, revolution, and opposition of space itself. Conversely, evolution, revolution, and opposition could also be used as a method to control interiority. The interrelation of both has its own uniqueness as a method for understanding and controlling interiority, space, even time."

"Pada proyek pembangunan perumahan di Bintaro Jaya masalah yang terjadi ialah keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek yang diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor resiko yang berasal dari pengendalian sumber daya material. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan pengendalian sumber daya material agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja waktu pada proyek tersebut. Analisa statistik dan analisa regresi linier berganda merupakan metode olah data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini.Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 25 faktor resiko yang teridentifikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu, yang mana 6 diantaranya merupakan faktor resiko dominan. Pembuatan respon resiko yang efektif pada pengendalian sumber daya material akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode analisa berbasis resiko pada PMBOK Guide 5th Edition 2013 dengan cara menambahkan proses baru pada alur eksisting pengendalian sumber daya material.

The problem that occurred at housing project in Bintaro Jaya is project delay which caused by some risk factors from controlling material resources. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and develop controlling material resources in order to improve project time performance of those projects. Statistical analysis and multiple linier regression analysis are used in this research.

This research identified that there are 25 risk factors affecting time performance, which 6 of it are dominant. The effective risk respond of controlling material resources will developed by analysis method based on risk at PMBOK Guide 5th Edition 2013 by adding new processes in existing flow of controlling material resources."
