"Hubungan antara manfaat yang dirasakan dan kepuasan pengguna pada SCELE-UI di antar siswa merupakan hal yang penting untuk diketahui sebagai salah satu evaluasi terhadap sistem SCELE-UI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara manfaat yang dirasakan dan kepuasan pengguna pada pengguna SCELE-UI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Perceived. alat pengukur Kegunaan dan Kepuasan Pengguna diadaptasi dari Mohammadi (2015). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 212 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang masih atau pernah menggunakan SCELE-UI semester ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pengguna.

The relationship between perceived benefits and user satisfaction on SCELE-UI among students is an important thing to know as one of the evaluations of the SCELE-UI system. This study aims to see the relationship between perceived benefits and user satisfaction on SCELE-UI users. This research is a quantitative research that uses the Perceived method. measuring device User Usability and Satisfaction adapted from Mohammadi (2015). This research was conducted on 212 University of Indonesia students who are still or have used SCELE-UI this semester. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness has a significant relationship with user satisfaction."

"Kepuasan pengguna pada siswa pengguna SCELE-UI salah salah satu indikator untuk menilai keberhasilan e-learning di Universitas Indonesia. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna adalah manfaat yang dirasakan dan faktor intrinsik individu itu sendiri, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan akan kognisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara manfaat yang dirasakan dan kepuasan pengguna dengan kebutuhan kognisi sebagai moderator pada pengguna SCELE-UI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada 236 mahasiswa menggunakan SCELE-UI. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa manfaat yang dirasakan (M=19.72, SD=4.80) memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan (r = .761, p < .01, two tails) dengan kepuasan pengguna (M=16.40, SD=4.33). Hasil lain yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah perlunya kognisi yang tidak memiliki pengaruh moderasi yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai t = 0,75; p = 0,45. Perlu perbaikan dalam hal penampilan SCELE-UI dan penambahan fitur notifikasi tugas akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna yang akan mengarah pada niat menggunakan SCELE-UI dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar pengguna.
User satisfaction on SCELE-UI user students is wrong one of the indicators to assess the success of e-learning at the University of Indonesia. The factors that most influence user satisfaction are the perceived benefits and the individual's own intrinsic factors, one of which is the need for cognition. This study aims to identify the relationship between perceived benefits and user satisfaction with cognitive needs as a moderator of SCELE-UI users. This research is a quantitative research conducted on 236 students using SCELE-UI. The results of the study found that perceived benefits (M=19.72, SD=4.80) had a positive and significant relationship (r = .761, p < .01, two tails) with user satisfaction (M=16.40, SD=4.33). Another result found in this study is the need for cognition which does not have a significant moderating effect on user satisfaction with a value of t = 0.75; p = 0.45. Need improvement in the appearance of SCELE-UI and the addition of the task notification feature will affect user satisfaction which will lead to the intention to use SCELE-UI and increase user learning motivation.

"Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia dan kepuasannya setelah menggunakan SCELE-UI. Perbedaan individu memiliki peran penting untuk memprediksi tingkah laku pembelajar; karenanya trait conscientiousness yang erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian akademis digunakan sebagai moderator penelitian ini. Responden merupakan 236 mahasiswa dari Universitas Indonesia. Trait conscientiousness diukur menggunakan Big Five Inventory (John, Donahue, & Kentle, 1991) yang telah diadaptasi Ramdhani (2012). Kepuasan pengguna dan persepsi kegunaan menggunakan alat ukur Mohammadi (2015). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) terdapat hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna; 2) terdapat hubungan antara conscientiousness dan persepsi kegunaan dan dengan kepuasan pengguna; 3) Tidak terdapat efek moderasi dari conscientiousness pada hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar konsiderasi inovasi dan penyesuaian fitur SCELE-UI bagi KSDP UI.

This study examined the relationship between perceived usefulness felt by University of Indonesia students and their satisfaction after using SCELE-UI. Individual differences have an important role to predict learner's behavior; hence conscientiousness trait, which is closely related to academic achievement, is used as the moderator of this research. The respondents were 236 students from University of Indonesia. Conscientiousness was measured using the Big Five Inventory (John et al., 1991) which had been adapted by Ramdhani (2012). User satisfaction and perceived usefulness was measured using instruments developed by Mohammadi (2015). The results show that, 1) there is a relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction; 2) there is a relationship between conscientiousness and perceived usefulness and with user satisfaction; 3) There was no moderating effect from conscientiousness on the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction. This research can be a basis for innovation consideration and adjustment of SCELE-UI features for KSDP UI."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna e-procurement. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, transparansi dan akuntabilitas serta efisiensi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei kepada pengguna e-procurement yang terdiri dari Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), Pejabat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa dan Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP). Data yang diperoleh berjumlah 213 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang didukung dengan software lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, transparansi dan akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan efisiensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna

This study aimed to look at the factors which affect the user satisfaction of e-procurement. Such factors are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, transparency and accountability, and also efficiency. A survey towards users of e-procurement, consisting of Committing Officer (PPK), the Goods/Service Procurements Officials and Procurement Services Unit (ULP), was conducted for this study. Data obtained amounted to 213 respondents. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) supported by LISREL 8.8 software. The results showed that the observed factors namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, transparency and accountability positively impacted on user satisfaction. In contrast, the efficiency factor proved to have no influence on user satisfaction.

"Usia dewasa muda berkaitan dengan banyaknya stres, seperti dalam hal akademik, karier, finansial, maupun hubungan sosial. Perceived stress dan inhibitory control memegang peranan penting dalam kepuasan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara ketiga variabel, khususnya peran inhibitory control sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara perceived stress dan kepuasan hidup bagi usia dewasa muda. Perceived stress diukur dengan menggunakan Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS) versi 21 sub skala stres, kepuasan hidup diukur dengan menggunakan The Satisfaction with Life Scale, dan inhibitory control diukur dengan menggunakan tugas kognitif berupa Negative Affective Priming Task. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode korelasi. Melalui 116 partisipan non-depresi (usia 18-25 tahun), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek negatif perceived stress terhadap kepuasan hidup yang signifikan dimana hubungan keduanya dimoderasi oleh inhibitory control. Hasil tersebut dapat membuka wawasan baru terkait proses regulasi emosi secara kognitif dan dapat dijadikan landasan dalam mengembangkan metode intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan hidup bagi usia dewasa muda.

Emerging adulthood is associated with a great deal of stress, such as in academics, careers, finances, and social relationships. Perceived stress and inhibitory control play an important role in life satisfaction. This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between those variables, specifically the role of inhibitory control as a moderator in the relationship between perceived stress and life satisfaction in emerging adults. Perceived stress was measured using The Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale version 21 of the stress subscale, life satisfaction was measured using The Satisfaction with Life Scale, and inhibitory control was measured by using a cognitive task in the form of Negative Affective Priming Task. This study was carried out using correlation method. The findings of this study, which included 116 non-depressed participants (aged 18-25 years), indicate that perceived stress has a significant negative effect on life satisfaction, with the relationship between the two moderated by inhibitory control. These findings provide new insights on the process of cognitive emotion regulation and can be used to develop intervention methods to improve the life satisfaction of young adults."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap hasil lelang pada Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara DJKN Penelitian ini dibatasi pada lingkup pelayanan lelang yang dilakukan oleh DJKN Untuk menguji pengaruh tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap hasil lelang tersebut digunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan rentang waktu penelitian mulai dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2012 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif atas tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap hasil lelang DJKN yang diukur dengan frekuensi pelaksanaan lelang baik pada periode saat ini maupun periode berikutnya Sedangkan terkait ukuran hasil lelang DJKN lainnya yaitu jumlah bea lelang hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh atas tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap pencapaian jumlah bea lelang tersebut.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna SIM-KAS seperti kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan. Kemudian lebih lanjut menguji pengaruh antara kepuasan pengguna SIM-KAS terhadap kinerja individu. Penulis menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari 100 responden, dimana para responden adalah pegawai bagian keuangan Pusat Administrasi Universitas maupun Fakultas/Satuan Kerja yang dalam menjalani pekerjaannya menggunakan SIM-KAS. Lebih lanjut data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner diolah dengan model persamaan struktural atau biasa dikenal dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi LISREL 8.7.
Dari hasil penelitian ini kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas informasi tidak terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dan kepuasan pengguna secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja individu.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect SIM-KAS user satisfaction such as system quality, information quality, and quality of service. Then, further test the effect between SIM-KAS user satisfaction on individual performance. Authors analyzed data obtained from 100 respondents, of which the respondents were employees of the finance department at Central Administration of University and Faculty/Unit in carrying out the work using the SIM-KAS. Further primary data obtained through a questionnaire prepared by a structural equation model or commonly known as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL applications 8.7.
The results indicate that the quality system and quality of service are significantly affect the user satisfaction. Otherwise, quality of information is not significantly affect the user satisfaction. Moreover, user satisfaction has significantly positive effect on individual performance.

"Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta II adalah institusi yang menghasilkan tenaga kesehatan di bidang radiografi. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu, teknologi dan globalisasi, lulusannya dituntut mempunyai kualitas yang memadai. Lulusannya sebagai output dari sistem pendidikan yang diselenggarakan institusi ini tentunya berhubungan dengan komponen input dan proses. Salah satu aspek pada komponen proses adalah pelayanan proses pembelajaran. Peningkatan pelayanan proses pembelajaran secara terus menerus harus dilakukan agar kualitas lulusan juga meningkat. Langkah awal untuk melakukan perbaikan kualitas tersebut adalah melakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diselenggarakan. Penilaian kepuasan mahasiswa merupakan salah satu bentuk pemantauan mutu proses pembelajaran (Wijono, 1999). Mutu proses pembelajaran dapat dikatakan baik jika mahasiswa merasa puas (Tampubolon, 2000).
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan proses pembelajaran dan aspek pelayanan proses pembelajaran yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki pada Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta 11, menggunakan desain cross sectional, dengan analisis diagram kartesius.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepuasan mahasiswa tertinggi adalah terhadap keharmonisan penampilan dosen ketika mengajar (84,5 %). Sedangkan ketidakpuasan tertinggi adalah terhadap kebersihan di laboratorium (47,8 %).
Hasil analisis diagram kartesius menunjukkan aspek pelayanan yang paling banyak mempunyai prioritas utama untuk perbaikan adalah pada pelayanan administrasi, paling banyak dipertahankan adalah pada pelayanan perpustakaan, mempunyai paling banyak prioritas rendah untuk diperbaiki adalah pada pelayanan dosen dan paling banyak aspek pelayanan yang tidak efisien adalah pada pelayanan laboratorium.

Relationship Between Student's Characteristics and Satisfaction on Learning Process Services in Department of Radiodiagnostics and Radiotherapy Technique in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II year 2003Department of Radiodiagnostics and Radiotherapy Technique in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II is an institution producing health personnel in radiography area. in accordance to science and technology development as well as globalization, quality of the graduates is to be improved. As an output of education system, the graduates are closely related to input and process components. One aspect within the process component is learning process services, which should be enhanced continuously as to improve the quality of graduates. First step to be taken is to conduct measurement of and evaluate student's satisfaction rate regarding the service. Assessment of student's satisfaction rate is one form of quality monitoring of learning process (Wijono, 1999). Learning process quality could be graded as good if students are satisfied (Tampubolon, 2000).
This study discussed the relationship between student's characteristics and satisfaction towards learning process service; using cross sectional design, employing chi-square test and multiple logistic regressions enter method as statistical analysis tools.
The study showed that only 5.9% students who satisfied with the administrative service; 73% were satisfied with lecturers' service; 6.8% were satisfied with laboratory service; and 6.4% were satisfied with library service. Overall, there were only 5.9% of students who satisfied with learning process services.
Statistical analysis found significant relationship between gender and satisfaction towards library service (p=0.02) and towards overall services (p=0.04); between grade and satisfaction towards administrative service (p--0.00), towards lecturers (p-0.00), towards laboratory (p=0.00), towards library (p=0.00), and towards overall services (p=0.00); and between study achievement and satisfaction towards overall services (p=0.04).
The multiple logistic regressions showed that grade was independent variable with strongest relationship with satisfaction towards administrative process (p).02), towards lecturers' service (p=0.00), towards laboratory service (p=0,00), towards library service (p--0.01), and towards overall learning process services (p-O.OO).
It is suggested to (l) conduct continuous evaluation and satisfaction measurement to know the quality of learning process services organized by the department, (2) to refresh and to train human resources in their working areas, (3) to implement monitoring and evaluation of administrative personnel and lecturers in providing services, (4) to re-arrange the situation and accessories of library considering more the needs of students and (5) to conduct meeting between department's management and students of all grades in the beginning of new academic year.

"Many researchers in behavioural organizational science found that multidimensional effect of commitment variables - effective commitment and normative commitment - have different influence to turnover intention. This research aims to investigate influence multidimensional effect of commitment to turn over intention and to analyze multidimensional of commitment as mediator variables. Quesionaires distribute among lectures and nurses of Sultan Agung Foundation amounting 59 respondents. The result using regression analysis find that all of multidimensional of commitment have no signifinance to turn over intention and discussed deeply in discussion session."
