"Information technology application of in libraries functionsin a variety offorms, one of which shaped by the utilization of libraryi nformation system to enablet he processing of data and reports quickly. Therefore the libraryi nformation system is in dispensable in determining business decisions. The development of library information systems are needed to carried out in accordance with the need of the business process. The purposeof this research is developing feature reports SliMS at President University Libraryto meet business process. SLiMS has been chosenasone of the development library information system to creat the enrichment of the report feature. They are Annual Circulation, Circulation per Capita, Membership Report, Registration as a Percentage of Population, Visitor perYear, Library Visit perCapita, Growing of Collection, with using the method of prototyping model.The Testing sistem results the enrichment of report feature can help to create library report with user friendly dan based on decision making for future library planning at President University Library."

"[ABSTRAK
CV. Apel Mas merupakan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di
bidang produksi air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK). Dalam menjalankan
kegiatan proses bisnis sehari-hari, pemilik CV. Apel Mas mengalami berbagai
tantangan, baik yang sifatnya eksternal maupun internal. Tantangan internal yang
saat ini menjadi fokus utama dari pemilik CV. Apel Mas adalah mengenai
pengelolaan dan kontrol atas data dan informasi produksi pada perusahaan. Untuk
mengatasi hal tersebut, dibutuhkan perancangan sistem informasi yang memenuhi
kebutuhan manajemen dalam mengelola data dan informasi industri AMDK ini.
Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perancangan Requirements untuk sistem informasi
produksi AMDK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process
yang memiliki artefact yang lengkap serta framework yang terstruktur dalam
melakukan proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa dokumen Requirement Artefact Set yang merepresentasikan kebutuhan sistem informasi.

ABSTRACT
CV Apel Mas is a small medium enterprise having business on the production of
the Packaged Drinking Water. In conducting its daily business, the owner of CV.
Apel Mas encounters various challenge, both from external and internal. The
current internal challenge considered as the main focus of the CV. Apel Mas?s
owner is regarding on the management and control for the company?s data and
information production. In order to overcome such matter, it is necessary to obtain
the information system design which satisfies the management?s requirement in
managing the data and information of the Packaged Drinking Water Production.
This research provide Requirements design for the information system for the
Packaged Drinking Water Production. The method being used in this research is
the Rational Unified Process which has the comprehensive artefacts and
structurized framework for the information system development process. The

"Pengetahuan dewasa ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki bagi suatu perusahaan. Adanya sebuah pemerataan pengetahuan di antara pegawai akhirnya akan meningkatkan kemampuan kompetitif bagi perusahaan, dimana manfaat awal yang didapat akan dialami oleh pegawai itu sendiri. Pengelolaan pengetahuan yang buruk dalam perusahaan akan mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses pemerataan kompetensi pegawai. Hal ini terjadi antara lain, karena terbawanya pengetahuan unik oleh pegawai yang telah pensiun, terbatasnya lingkungan kerja yang ada, hingga budaya kerja yang tidak mendukung pembagian pengetahuan. Atas permasalahan ini maka diperlukan suatu solusi untuk menampung semua pengetahuan pribadi yang ada pada pegawai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model yang sesuai untuk sebuah sistem manajemen pengetahuan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bagian Helpdesk Support di VP-ASP, dimana lokasi bekerja pegawai terpisah di beberapa negara. Penelitian menggunakan metodologi Fernandez karena sifatnya yang sederhana dan cocok diterapkan pada perusahaan berskala kecil. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berasal dari observasi, survei, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapat empat proses manajemen pengetahuan, yaitu direction, internalization, externalization, dan socialization of knowledge sharing.
Berdasarkan proses-proses yang dianalisis, maka didapatkan empat teknologi, yaitu chatting, discussion forum, document management, dan online library. Semua proses dan teknologi tersebut dijadikan dasar untuk pengembangan sistem manajemen pengetahuan. Berdasarkan pengembangan yang dilakukan, implikasi yang paling besar ada pada organisasi. Diharapkan pegawai dapat menyimpan dan menyebarkan pengetahuan pribadi melalui sistem manajemen pengetahuan, sehingga semua pegawai bisa memanfaatkan pengetahuan ini untuk memberikan layanan dukungan yang lebih baik untuk pelanggan perusahaan.

Nowadays, knowledge has become a very important thing for company. An even knowledge sharing among employees will eventually improve the company's competitive capability, whereas the initial benefit will be gained by the employees themselves. Poor knowledge management within a company will results in the delay of employee’s competence sharing. This happens, partly because of the unique knowledge that carried over by employees who have retired, the limited existing work environment, and culture that does not support the knowledge sharing. Based on these problems, there is a need for a solution to accommodate all of the existing personal knowledge that located on the employee.
This research aims to design a suitable method for a knowledge management system. The study was conducted at the Helpdesk Support in VP-ASP, where the employee’s working location is separated between several countries. This research uses Fernandez's methodology due to its simple approach and suitable to be applied in small-scale enterprises. Data used in this research is obtained from observations, surveys, and interviews. Based on research conducted, the result is four knowledge management processes, which are direction, internalization, externalization, and socialization of knowledge sharing.
Based on analyzed processes, the research obtained four technologies, which are chatting, discussion forum, document management, and online library. All the above processes and technology are used as the basis for knowledge management systems’ development. Based on development that has been done, the greatest implication is located on the organization. It is expected that employees will be able to store and spread personal knowledge through knowledge management system, so that all employees can utilize this knowledge to provide better support services for enterprise customers.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor pendorong penerapan konsep Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) pada sektor publik dan hal-hal yang perlu dipersiapkan organisasi dalam penerapan BCMS sesuai dipersyaratkan standar ISO 22301:2019. Objek penelitian adalah Sekretariat Utama Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) yang memegang fungsi pendukung jalannya kegiatan pengawasan BPKP. Penerapan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Jenis data primer adalah hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan narasumber meliputi unit manajemen risiko, unit teknis manjemen insiden, dan unit pengelola teknologi informasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan faktor pendorong penerapan BCMS organisasi dan membandingkan kondisi organisasi dengan persyaratan BCMS. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat urgensi dan kebutuhan organisasi akan terhadap penerapan BCMS terutama dalam faktor dukungan infomal manajemen puncak, belum meratanya praktik continuity pada organisasi, dan peningkatan dependensi organisasi pada teknologi informasi. Organisasi perlu membuat kebijakan BCMS, peningkatan kompetensi dan awareness mengenai BCM, dan pemutakhiran prosedur dalam mempersiapkan penerapan BCMS pada organisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi sebagai dasar kajian rencana implementasi BCMS pada sektor publik ke depannya.

Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) is not widely implemented in Indonesian public sector, therefore his study aims to reveal the drivers of BCMS implementation at the public sector and preparation that organization should done for BCMS implementation as required by the ISO 22301:2019 standard. The object of the study is Chief Secretariat of Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) which has supporting function for government’s internal audit as BPKP core-business. The research done with case study method with qualitative approach. The primary data in the study was collected through semi-structured interview with people from risk management unit, incidents management unit, and IT management unit. The data analysis carried out with the benchmarking the drivers of BCMS implementation with previous study and literature and benchmarking the organizaiton existing condition with BCMS requirements. The study found that there are urgency and need for BCMS implementation in the organization, with the main drivers are informal top-management support, uneven continuity practices, and the increase of organization’s dependency of information technology. Organization need to create the BCMS policy, enhance the competency and awareness about BCMS, and update the incident response procedure as the preparations of BCMS implementation. This research contributing for future public sector implementation of BCMS."
