"Peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peran apoteker dalam Apotek dan Industri Farmasi perlu dilakukan dengan melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 254 Pos Pengumben dan PT Takeda Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 254 Pos pengumben adalah studi literatur mengenai obat penyakit dermatitis, mencari ketersediaan resep yang tersedia di apotek, pengkajian resep, sedangkan metode pembuatan tugas khusus di PT Takeda Indonesia adalah studi literatur sistem produksi ramping dan perhitungan
cycle time dan
takt time. Pada pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 254 Pos Pengumben, penulis melakukan analisis resep penyakit dermatitis berdasarkan resep yang didapatkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis resep penyakit dermatitis, terapi yang diterima pasien rasional, aman, dan efektif. Pada pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Takeda Indonesia, penulis menhitung
cycle time dan
takt time. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, didapatkan bahwa nilai
cycle time lebih besar dari
takt time, yang artinya perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi
cycle time dengan cara menghilangkan kemacetan proses dan pemborosan berupa penungguan dan pergerakan berlebihan, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi pada proses pengemasan sekunder yaitu dengan cara penambahan konveyor melingkar, pembesaran sudut antara konveyor atas dan perosotan.
Increasing knowledge and understanding of the role of pharmacists in the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Industry could be done by implementing the Professional Pharmacist Work Practices (Internship) at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 254 Pos Pengumben and PT Takeda Indonesia. The method that used to make this study at Kimia Farma No. 254 Pos pengumben was literature study on dermatitis drugs, looking for the availability of prescriptions available in pharmacy, reviewing prescriptions, while the method that used to make this study at PT Takeda Indonesia was literature study on lean production systems and calculation of cycle time and tact time. Based on the analysis of dermatitis prescriptions in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 254 Pos Pengumben, therapy received by patient was rational, safe, and effective. In the implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at PT Takeda Indonesia, the authors calculated cycle time and tact time. Based on the results of these calculations, it is found that the value of the cycle time is greater than the Takt time, which means that improvements need to be made to reduce cycle time by eliminating bottlenecks and waste in the form of waiting and excessive movement, so it is necessary to make efforts to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the secondary packaging process by adding a circular conveyor, enlarging the angle between the top conveyor and the slide."
