"Apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki wawasan dan keahlian dalam mengaplikasikan serta mengembangkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh untuk dapat menjalankan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional. Untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi maka calon Apoteker melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dilaksanakan di industri farmasi bertujuan untuk membekali calon Apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, dan  tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker di industri farmasi. Praktik langsung yang dilakukan di industri farmasi diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terdapat di industri farmasi.  Sedangkan, Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di apotek memiliki tujuan agar calon apoteker bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pelayanan kefarmasian salah satunya dengan melaksanakan pengkajian resep. Untuk memenuhi Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Mahakam Beta Farma dan Apotek Roxy cabang Klender selama bulan Maret-Juni 2020.

Pharmacists are required to have insight and be expertise in applying and developing knowledge that has been obtained in order to be able carrying out pharmaceutical practices in professional manner. In order to complete the competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice, Pharmacist need to carry out internships. The aim of internship in the pharmaceutical industry is to to equip prospective Pharmacists regarding the role, function and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship in the pharmaceutical industry is expected to provide a real picture of the problems in the pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile, the aims of internship in pharmacy are to improve prospective Pharmacists knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical services, one of which is by conducting a prescription screening. In order to complete the internships, prospective Pharmacists did the internship at PT Mahakam Beta Farma and Apotek Roxy Klender branch during March-June 2020."

"Praktik kefarmasian harus dapat diimplementasikan oleh seorang apoteker. Untuk dapat menjadi seorang apoteker yang kompeten, calon apoteker harus memiliki wawasan dan pemahaman yang baik terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang nantinya akan dilaksanakan. Wawasan dan pemahaman tersebut didapatkan dengan adanya pembelajaran secara teoritis dan praktis. Demi terwujudnya seorang apoteker yang profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakukan pelayanan dan pekerjaan kefarmasian pada institusi kefarmasian, seperti apotek dan industri farmasi. Apotek dan industri farmasi dapat menjadi wadah bagi seorang calon apoteker untuk dapat mengasah keterampilan kefarmasiaannya sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam dunia kerja nanti. Untuk itu, mahasiswa melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 345 dan PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKPA ini, mahasiswa mampu menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam melakukan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung di apotek.

Pharmaceutical practices must be implemented by a pharmacist. In order to become a competent pharmacist, prospective pharmacists must have good insight and understanding of the pharmacy practice to be carried out. These insight and understandings are obtained through theoretical and practical learning. For the sake of realizing a professional pharmacist in doing pharmacy practice, one of the important things to do is directly in carrying out work and pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical institutions, such as the pharmacies and pharmaceutical industry. The pharmacies and pharmaceutical industry can be a place for prospective pharmacists to be able to hone their pharmacy skills so that they can be applied in the current world of work. For that, students do Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma Number 345 and PT Mahakam Beta Farma. With this internship, students are able to build insights, skills, and knowledge in pharmaceutical practice directly in pharmaceucitcal intitutions."

"Apoteker memiliki peranan penting di dalam industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Pada tiap-tiap tempat tersebut, apoteker memiliki peranan yang berbeda-beda. Di dalam menjalankan peranannya tersebut, apoteker harus memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia dan menjalani praktek kerja profesi. Terdapat 10 poin di dalam Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia yang harus dipenuhi supaya seorang apoteker di Indonesia dapat dikatakan terkualifikasi di dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Oleh sebab itu, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan memahami peranan apoteker secara nyata di dunia kerja maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 96 Slipi, dan Suku Dinas Wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur periode Januari-April 2019. Selama melaksanakan PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists have an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies and government. In each of these places, pharmacists have different roles. In order to carrying out this role, pharmacists must meet Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards and do the internship.There are 10 points in the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards that must be met so that a pharmacist in Indonesia can be said to be qualified in carrying out their duties.Therefore, for increasing competencies and understanding the role of pharmacists in the real life, the internship is carried out at PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Apotek Kimia Farma No.96 Slipi, and The East Jakarta Administration City Health Office for the January-April 2019 period. During internship, future pharmacists are expected to be able to broaden their knowledges and experiences to do pharmaceutical practice in professional workplaces."

Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi, apoteker diharuskan untuk dapat memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh seorang apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Selain ilmu yang cukup, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal berupa pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker, maka dari itu dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Guardian Pharmatama dan Apotek Roxy Pamulang selama periode Bulan Februari - Juni 2020. Setelah PKPA dilaksanakan, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan dan pemahaman terkait praktik profesi apoteker di berbagai instansi seperti industri farmasi dan apotek.

Pharmacists have an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, government, pharmaceutical distributors and apotek. Before entering the real of work and undergoing professional practice, pharmacists are required to have the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacists which consist of ten competency standards. This competency standard is the ability that is expected to have by a pharmacist when graduates and enters a professional work practice. Besides sufficient knowledge, a pharmacist candidate is also expected to have experience in practicing the pharmacist profession, therefore the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out at PT. Guardian Pharmatama and Apotek Roxy Pamulang during the period of February - June 2020. After PKPA, it is hoped that pharmacists candidates will get a knowledge of the pharmacist's professional practice in various institutions such as the pharmaceutical industry and apotek."

Pharmacists must fulfill the competency standards as the requirements to enter the working life and undergo professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work practice. As a provision and experience for pharmacist candidates to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competence, so the internship at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and the Apotek Roxy Galaxy was held during the period February-June 2020. During internship, it was expected that pharmacist candidates expand their insight, understandings, and experience doing pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

"Setiap industri farmasi memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menangani keluhan dan informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan kemungkinan terjadinya kerusakan obat dan dilakukan pengkajan sesuai dengan prosedur tertulis. Keluhan yang diterima dilakukan penyelidikan, evaluasi, tindak lanjut yang sesuai termasuk pertimbangan untuk penarikan kembali produk dalam menanggapi keluhan terhadap obat yang diduga cacat. Metode yang digunakan untuk mempelajari prosedur penanganan keluhan kualitas produk dengan membaca standar prosedur operasional terkait dengan penanganan keluhan di PT. Pfizer Indonesia kemudian metode untuk membuat trend product quality complaint untuk produk Pfizer dengan menggunakan rangkuman data yang telah diperoleh dari Quality Tracking System (QTS) yang terintegrasi dengan sitem manajemen yang menangani keluhan/keluhan yang disebut Complaint Intake. Triage, and Investigation (CITI). Sementara itu, untuk produk third party J&J keluhan diperoleh langsung melalui komunikasi dengan pihak J&J. Penanganan keluhan kualitas produk di PT.Pfizer Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan GMP guideline Indonesia, Pfizer Quality System (PQS), dan toller requirement. Secara garis besar, hasil trend keluhan terhadap produk Pfizer maupun third party J&J yang diproduksi dan dikemas di PT. Pfizer Indonesia mayoritas termasuk normal priority, tidak ada keluhan tampering complaint (pemalsuan produk), dan berdasarkan perbandingan dengan data keluhan di tahun 2018 terdapat 1 (satu) produk Pfizer yang mendapat keluhan dengan klasifikasi yang sama. BPJS Kesehatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan serta memudahkan akses pelayanan kesehatan khususnya untuk peserta penderita penyakit kronis dengan kondisi stabil namun masih membutuhkan pengobatan jangka panjang maka dilakukan optimalisasi dengan implementasi Program Rujuk Balik. Apotek yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS sebagai fasilitas kesehatan penunjang dalam program PRB ini bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan dan melakukan pelayanan obat. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah rancangan apotek PRB dengan memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian secara mandiri dalam sistem jaminan kesehatan. Data yang digunakan dalam laporan ini diperoleh dari data pada website BPJS, website PTSP di wilayah Cirebon, website e-katalog LKPP, serta peraturan perundang-undangan tentang BPJS, JKN, Pajak Penghasilan dan Badan Usaha dan lain sebagainya. Nama apotek yang akan dibuka bernama Apotek Sejiwa, lokasinya terletak di Jl. Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo No. 70, Kecamatan Kejaksan, Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Apotek Sejiwa menggunakan tenaga kerja sebanyak 1 (satu) Apoteker Pengelola Apotek, 1 (satu) Apoteker lain, dan 1 (satu) Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian untuk menjalankan operasional Apotek. Apotek Sejiwa layak untuk dibangun dan beroperasional dengan modal yang telah ditentukan dengan Break Even Point sebesar Rp. 109.126.075/ bulan dan PayBack Period 2 tahun 9 bulan.

Pharmacy industries have responsibilities for complaint handling and other information to all concerning potentially defective products and must be carefully reviewed according to a written procedure. Receipt complaint must be investigation, evaluation, and appropriate corrective action include consideration for recall products in response complaints toward drugs that suspected defect. The method that used for study product quality complaints by reading standard operational procedure related to handling complaints at PT. Pfizer Indonesia. Meanwhile, the method used for create trend product quality complaints for Pfizer products by using summary data obtained from Quality Tracking System (QTS) integrated with management system which handling complaints called Complaint Intake, Triage, and Investigation (CITI). Futhermore, for complaint of third party J&J products obtained through direct communication with J&J. Handling product quality complaints at PT. Pfizer Indonesia in accordance with GMP Guideline Indonesia, Pfizer Quality System (PQS), and toller requirement. Overall, trend result of product quality complaints for Pfizer products and third party J&J products which produced and packaged at PT. Pfizer Indonesia majority include normal priority, theres no complaint about tampering product (product counterfeiting), and based on comparised between trend complaint 2018, theres one Pfizer product which have complaint in same classification.

BPJS Kesehatan improve the quality of health services and facilitating access to health services, especially for participants with chronic diseases with stable condition but still need long term treatment then BPJS Kesehatan implementation Program Rujuk Balik. Pharmacy retail which collaboration with BPJS as supporting health facility in Program Rujuk Balik is responsible for providing and conducting pharmaceutical services. Therefore, retail pharmacy was designed which could provide pharmaceutical services independently in the health insurance system. The data used in this report is obtained from data on BPJS website, PTSP Cirebon website, LKPP e-catalog website, and regulations about BPJS, JKN, income tax and business entities, et cetera. The name of retail pharmacy to be opened is Apotek Sejiwa located on Jl. Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo No. 70, Kejaksan, Cirebon, West Java. Apotek Sejiwa use a one Managing Pharmacist, one other Pharmacist, one Pharmacy Technician for operation retail pharmacy. Apotek Sejiwa is feasible to build and operate with asset which has been determined with Break Even Point Rp. 109.126.075/month and PayBack Period 2 years and 9 months."
