"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional Periode Bulan Juli - Agustus Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, serta untuk memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat Yang Baik (CPOB) di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu pembuatan protokol validasi fogging untuk seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menyusun protokol validasi fogging dan penentuan letak indikator biologi (Bacillus atrophaeus) yang akan digunakan dalam proses sanitasi pada seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practices at PT. Finusolprima Farma International for the Period of July - August 2019 aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective Pharmacists can also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry, as well as to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB) in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Professional work practices carried out at PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional lasted for two months with a special assignment, namely the creation of a fogging validation protocol for all production areas and the first floor microbiology laboratory at PT. Finusolprima Farma International.

This special task aims to develop a fogging validation protocol and determine the location of the biological indicators (Bacillus atrophaeus) which will be used in the sanitation process in all production areas and the first floor microbiology laboratory at PT. Finusolprima Farma International."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik  profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standard kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Demi memperoleh pengalaman untuk calon apoteker, maka dilaksanakan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, dan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 284 Siliwangi selama periode bulan Januari - April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy, and government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. In order to gain experience for prospective pharmacists, the pharmacist's internship are carried out at PT Finusolprima Farma International, South Jakarta Health Service, and Apotek Kimia Farma No. 284 Siliwangi during the period January - April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Dalam rangka pencapaian standar kompetensi tersebut, calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Yosa Medika selama periode Februari-Mei 2020. Setelah melaksanakan PKPA diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

"ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Farmawati bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat pada pasien DM tipe 2 dengan Akut on CKD dan Hipertensi stage II. Bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan dan kerasionalan terapi penggunaan obat pada pasien. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pesanggrahan bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa pemberian informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang cara pencegahan hipertensi dan bagaimana cara mengontrol tekanan darah sehingga hipertensi dapat dikendalikan dengan baik. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek JacoebSon bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa analisis prioritas pengendaliaan obat khususnya obat antibiotik di apotek JacoebSon Pharmacy dengan menggunakan metode pareto (ABC) periode Oktober 2018-September 2019.

ABSTRACT

The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the Farmawati Central General Hospital aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the hospital in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. A special task is given in the form of monitoring drug therapy in DM type 2 patients with acute on CKD and hypertension stage II to evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness, safety and rationality of drug use therapy in patients. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Pesanggrahan aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Puskesmas in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. The special task given is in the form of providing health information to the public about how to prevent hypertension and how to control blood pressure so that hypertension can be controlled properly. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the JacoebSon Pharmacy aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmacy in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. The special task given is in the form of a priority analysis of drug control, especially antibiotic drugs at the JacoebSon Pharmacy using the Pareto (ABC) method for the period October 2018-September 2019.

"ABSTRAKSeorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

ABSTRACTA pharmacist has an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Pharmacy. Pharmacists must fulfill the competency standards as the requirements to enter the working life and undergo professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work practice. As a provision and experience for pharmacist candidates to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competence, so the internship at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and the Apotek Roxy Galaxy was held during the period February-June 2020. During internship, it was expected that pharmacist candidates expand their insight, understandings, and experience doing pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

"Kedudukan Apoteker pada industri farmasi telah tercantum jelas dalam CPOB yaitu berperan sebagai personil kunci dalam produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu yang harus independen antara satu terhadap yang lain serta merupakan apoteker purnawaktu. Mengingat pentingnya peran apoteker dalam industri farmasi, maka calon apoteker harus mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan yang cukup serta memiliki pengalaman yang memadai. Univesitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Guardian Pharmatama dalam mengadakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai suatu sarana pembelajaran bagi calon apoteker yang berlangsung pada periode Juli – Agustus 2019. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, calon apoteker menjadi lebih siap ketika bekerja dan dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang dimilikinya dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang ada di industri farmasi. Selama PKPA penulis diberikan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pembuatan standar waktu untuk kegiatan penyiapan mesin produksi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengurangi waste time produksi yang berakibat pada pengurangan lead time produk serta meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.

The position of Apothecary in the pharmaceutical industry has been clearly stated in CPOB, namely having a role as key personnel in production, quality control, and quality assurance who must be independent from one another and are full-time pharmacists. Given the important role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists must obtain sufficient knowledge and have sufficient experience. Univesitas Indonesia collaborates with PT Guardian Pharmatama in holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) activity as a learning tool for prospective pharmacists which takes place in the period July - August 2019. With this activity, prospective pharmacists are more ready when working and can apply knowledge owned in order to overcome problems related to pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. During PKPA the author is given a special task, namely making time standards for production machine preparation activities. The purpose of this special task is to reduce production waste time which results in reduced product lead time and improves company performance."

"Apoteker memiliki peranan penting di dalam industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Pada tiap-tiap tempat tersebut, apoteker memiliki peranan yang berbeda-beda. Di dalam menjalankan peranannya tersebut, apoteker harus memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia dan menjalani praktek kerja profesi. Terdapat 10 poin di dalam Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia yang harus dipenuhi supaya seorang apoteker di Indonesia dapat dikatakan terkualifikasi di dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Oleh sebab itu, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan memahami peranan apoteker secara nyata di dunia kerja maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 96 Slipi, dan Suku Dinas Wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur periode Januari-April 2019. Selama melaksanakan PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
