"This book gathers the proceedings of the I-ESA 18 Conference, which was organised by the Fraunhofer IPK, on behalf of the European Virtual Laboratory for Enterprise Interoperability (INTEROP-VLab) and the DFI, and was held in Berlin, Germany in March 2018. It presents contributions ranging from academic research and case studies, to industrial and administrative experiences with interoperability that show how, in a globalised market scenario-where the ability to cooperate with other organisations efficiently is essential in order to remain economically, socially and environmentally cost-effective-the most innovative digitised and networked enterprises ensure that their systems and applications can interoperate across heterogeneous collaborative networks of independent organisations. Furthermore, the content addresses smart services, and the business impact of enterprise interoperability on organisations. "

Enterprise University Information System (Euis) software is a product owned by the Pusat Ilmu Komputer Univesitas Indonesia, abbreviated as Pusilkom UI. EUIS has been developed since 2011, which in the initial development used the methodology of the Pusilkom Agile Unified Process and in the last two years it was generated using the Scrum framework. Still, in the development process there were problems namely the sprint goal was not achieved and the task execution exceeded the estimated time given. With these problems which can indirectly affect the overall work schedule of EUIS products, an evaluation is expected to be able to overcome the existing challenges by measuring the level of maturity of the development process. In measuring the level of maturity, data is collected through the implementation of Focus Group Discussions, document studies, and observations. The data obtained is then analyzed using the KPA Rating calculation to get the level of maturity. The results of the maturity level analysis will be discussed with the organization to determine the level of maturity to be achieved. The improvement target can be identified from the Scrum Maturity Model practices that the organization has not yet reached. The proposed improvements will later be generated from mapping improvement targets with Scrum best practices. The results showed that the Scrum Maturity level in the organization has now reached Scrum Maturity Level 2 and wants to reach Scrum Maturity Level 3."

The background of this research is the arising of several global issues related to motor vehicles. These issues were including safety issues, environmental issues, and energy conservation issues. Safety issues more highlight on the high number of accidents and fatalities. We need to find a way to reduce those number. Meanwhile, environmental issues and energy conservation issues further highlight the search for new or renewable energy which ultimately converges on electrical energy. On the other hand, the attention of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) was aimed at the use of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in urban areas. Based on global issues and the attention of the Government, the research was conducted with the aim of impact energy absorbers (IEA) developing and crush initiators optimization to improve the crashworthiness on electric buses.
The method for research development are the experimental analysis using drop test, theoretical analysis using basic folding mechanism, and numerical analysis using finite element method and also Pam Crash software as a tools. Meanwhile, for optimization using Response Surface Method (RSM). The drop test using a tower with 3 m high, effective drop height of 1,5 m and drop load of 80 kg or 1.175 J. The measuring instrument is an 88.9 kN load cell and a 960 fps high speed camera.
The results of this study related the position of the crush initiators in component of IEA (c-IEA) which had a low peak force and high energy absorption located close to the initial of the impact force which was 10 mm on a steel square tube with 0.6 mm wall thickness and structure of IEA (s-IEA) on an electric bus with a configuration of 2 (two) c-IEA on the front cross member where the value of the peak force is 4.900,53 kN reducing 11,4% from 5.529,86 kN and energy absorption is 1.193.328 J. The s-IEA had the ability to absorb 48.497 J only 4% of 1,26 MJ and comply to the UN ECE R29 where it had the ability to absorb the energy ≥ 44.100 J.
