"Social work as a profession and academic discipline has long centered women and issues of concern to women, such as reproductive rights, labor rights, equal rights, violence and poverty. In fact, the social work profession was started by and maintained in large part by women and has been home to several generations of feminists starting with recognized first wave feminists. This wide-ranging volume both maps the contemporary landscape of feminist social work research, and offers a deep engagement with critical and third wave feminisms in social work research. "Skripsi ini membahas Peranan Pekerja Sosial dalam proses Rehabilitasi Sosial bagi Anak yang Berhadapan dengan Hukum. Namun dalam melaksanakannya tugasnya masih banyak hambatan yang dihadapi baik oleh Pekerja Sosial. Skripsi ini mengambil lokasi penelitian di Panti Sosial Parmadi Putra Handayani Bambu Apus Jakarta Timur dan Panti Sosial Marsudi Putra Galih Pakuan Ciseeng Bogor sebagai perbandingan. Permasalahannya bagaimana Pekerja Sosial menjalankan fungsinya dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, bagaimana hubungan antara Pekerja Sosial dengan Balai Pemasyarakatan dan apa saja hambatan yang dihadapi Pekerja Sosial dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk memberikan Perlindungan melalui Rehabilitasi Sosial. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris, dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam proses Peradilan Pidana Anak Pekerja Sosial tidak hanya bertugas untuk membina dalam Rehabilitasi Sosial tetapi juga mempunyai tugas dan fungsi lain. Penulis juga mendapat kesimpulan bahwa Dilihat dari hubungan kerjasama terutama dengan pihak Balai Pemasyarakatan belum terlihat adanya kerjasama yang baik, karena dalam banyak kasus Pekerja Sosial selalu dilibatkan setelah proses peradilan selesai. Selain itu dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk membina dan menangani anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pekerja Sosial.

This thesis discusses the Role of Social Workers in the Social Rehabilitation of Children in Conflict with the Law. But in doing its job still many obstacles faced by Social Workers. This thesis research took place at the Social Institution Parmadi Putra Handayani Bambu Apus, East Jakarta and Social Institutions Marsudi Putra Galih Pakuan Ciseeng Bogor as a comparison. The problem is how Social Workers function in the Children Criminal Justice System, how the relationship between the Social Worker with the Correctional Center and what are the barriers faced by Social Workers in their duty to provide protection through Social Rehabilitation. The author uses empirical legal research methods, using secondary data.

The study concluded that in the process of Children's criminal justice Social Workers not only served to foster the Social Rehabilitation but also has other duties and functions. The author also gets the conclusion that the terms of cooperation, especially with the Correctional Centres have not seen a good cooperation, because in many cases Social Workers are always involved after the judicial process is completed. In addition, in carrying out their duties to develop and handle children in conflict with the law are still many obstacles faced by Social Workers."
