"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh proses pendampingan sosial yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kesejahteraan sosial kecamatan TKSK terhadap pencapaian tujuan kelompok usaha bersama fakir miskin KUBE-FM . Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan di antara proses pendampingan sosial TKSK dan pencapaian tujuan KUBE-FM. Hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis awal Ho yang menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan di antara proses pendampingan tenaga kesejahteraan sosial kecamatan TKSK terhadap pencapaian tujuan KUBE-FM Anggota KUBE rdquo; H0 : p = 0, 0.

This thesis was discussed the influence of the social assistance process conducted by the social welfare workers of the sub district TKSK towards the achievement of the poor cooperative business group KUBE FM objectives. The method research is quantitative approach. This result of research indicates that there is no relationship between TKSK social assistance process and the achievement of KUBE FM objectives. This result is in accordance with the initial hypothesis Ho which states that there is no relationship between the process of assisting of social welfare workers of the sub district TKSK on the achievement of KUBE FM objectives KUBE FM Members H0 p 0,0 ."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Jaminan Sosial untuk Lansia (Idosos) terhadap Pemenuhan Kebutuhan dasar Lansia, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jaminan Sosial untuk Lansia (idosos) terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar lansia di Distrik Dili, Sub-Distrik Nain Feto, Timor Leste. Melakukan penelitian terhadap 100 orang dari 1,139 orang, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh jaminan sosial untuk lansia (idosos) terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan lansia, melalui Uji Gamma, memiliki derajat kekuatan menengah atau cukup 0,643 dan hubungan ini signifikan.

This thesis is discussed about Social Security for Elderly Pension (idosos) to the fulfillment of senior citizens primary needs using quantitative approach. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of Social Security for Elderly (idosos) towards the fulfillment of senior citizens primary needs in Dili District, Sub-District of Nain Feto, Timor-Leste. This research conducted to 100 people out of 1,139 people, the results of the research is showed that the impact of social security for the elderly (idosos) towards the fulfillment of the primary need of citizens, through Gamma testing, strength and medium degree or only 0.643 and this is a significant relationship."
